Abstract
The invention discloses a using method of a measurement data reading device, which comprises the steps of wearing a reading component on the end part of a human finger through a finger wearing piece; fixing the control assembly on the back of the hand or the arm of the human body; aligning and covering the reading port on a position to be read, and triggering a reading switch; the camera unit acquires image data of a position to be read and transmits the image data to the processing unit; the processing unit sends the image data to an external data receiving device through the wireless communication unit, or the processing unit performs image processing on the image data to acquire reading data in the image data and sends the reading data to the data receiving device through the wireless communication unit. The measured data reading device can be worn by one hand, image data of a position to be read is acquired through the camera unit of the reading assembly, the image data or the reading data are transmitted to the data receiving equipment through the processing unit and the wireless communication unit, the measured data can be read simply and rapidly, and the measured data is electronized.

Technical Field

Background
Conventionally, when the manufacturing industry detects whether the length, size or area of an object meets the quality requirement, especially when the product leaves the factory and needs mass detection in product proofing, the problems exist:

3) paper test reports are difficult to store, and data are difficult to electronize so as to realize data sharing.

The use method of the measurement data reading device provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the measured data reading device can be worn by one hand, the wearing mode is simple, image data of a position to be read can be acquired through the camera unit of the reading assembly during use, the image data or the converted read data are transmitted to the data receiving equipment through the processing unit and the wireless communication unit, the measured data can be read simply and rapidly, and the measured data are electronized.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment discloses a method for using a measurement data reading device, wherein the measurement data reading device includes a reading component 100 and a control component 200, the reading component 100 is provided with a finger wearing piece 110, a reading switch 120 and a reading port 130, a camera unit 140 facing the reading port 130 is arranged in the reading component, the camera unit 140 is electrically connected to the reading switch 120, the control component 200 is provided with a processing unit 210, and an operation key 220, a battery 230 and a wireless communication unit 240 which are respectively electrically connected to the processing unit 210, and the processing unit 210 is further electrically connected to the camera unit 140. The reading assembly 100 and the control assembly 100 communicate with each other through a wire 300, the battery 230 supplies power to the processing unit 210, the processing unit 210 communicates with the camera unit 140 for data, and the processing unit 210 supplies power to the camera unit 140.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a method for using a measurement data reading apparatus of the present embodiment includes the steps of:

s200, fixing the control assembly 200 on the back of a hand or an arm of a human body;
s300, aligning and covering the reading port 130 on a position to be read;
s400, triggering the reading switch 120;
s500, the camera unit 140 acquires image data of a position to be read and transmits the image data to the processing unit 210;
s600, the processing unit 210 sends the image data to an external data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240, or the processing unit 210 performs image processing on the image data to obtain reading data in the image data and sends the reading data to the data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240.
Referring to fig. 1, for convenience of description, the right-hand wearing measurement data reading device is taken as an example for description in the present embodiment, wherein the reading assembly 100 is worn on the thumb of the human body, the finger wearing piece 110 may be a finger stall, a strap, or a clamping piece, and the control assembly 200 may be fixed on the back of the hand or the arm of the human body through a back wearing piece or an arm wearing piece such as a glove, a strap, or a velcro tape according to the habit of the user, in the present embodiment, the control assembly 200 is connected with a fingerless glove and worn on the back of the hand of the human body through the fingerless glove. When the flexible rule is used for length detection, the user presses the rule head with the left hand of the human body, holds the flexible rule with the right hand of the human body and pulls out the flexible rule for measurement. When a reading is required, the reading assembly 100 worn on the thumb is pressed onto the tape, and the reading port 130 is aligned and covers the position to be read, and the reading switch 120 is triggered. It should be noted that the reading switch 120 may be disposed inside the finger-worn member 110 and triggered by pressing the reading switch 120 with a thumb, or the reading switch 120 may be disposed outside the finger-worn member 110 and triggered by pressing the reading switch 120 with an index finger. After the reading switch 120 is triggered, the camera unit 140 obtains image data of a position to be read, and transmits the image data to the processing unit 210, the processing unit 210 performs transmission or image processing on the image data according to design requirements, and sends corresponding data to a data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240, wherein the data receiving device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an electronic computer, an industrial computer or a cloud server, and the wireless communication unit 240 may be a bluetooth unit, a WIFI unit or a GPRS unit, and the like.
The measurement data reading device of the embodiment can be worn by one hand, the wearing mode is simple, when the device is used, the image data of the position to be read can be acquired through the camera unit 140 of the reading assembly 100, the image data or the converted reading data is transmitted to the data receiving equipment through the processing unit 210 and the wireless communication unit 240, the measurement data can be read simply and quickly, and the measurement data is electronized.
After the processing unit 210 transmits the image data to the external data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240, the data receiving device performs the following steps:

In the embodiment, the image processing function is completed by the data receiving device, so that the performance requirement on the processing unit 210 of the control assembly 200 can be reduced, the model selection range of the processing unit 210 is expanded, and the design difficulty and the design cost are favorably reduced.
In order to facilitate the operator to check the reading data in real time, the control assembly 200 is provided with a display screen 250 electrically connected to the processing unit 210, and the display screen 250 displays the reading data. When the processing unit 210 sends the image data to an external data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240, the data receiving device performs image processing and then feeds back the reading data to the processing unit 210, and the processing unit 210 displays the reading data through the display screen 250; after the processing unit 210 performs image processing on the image data, the processing unit 210 displays the reading data through the display screen 250, and sends the reading data to the data receiving device through the wireless communication unit 240.
In order to facilitate remote control of the data receiving device, the method for using the measurement data reading device further comprises the following steps:

In this embodiment, the operation keys 220 can be used to remotely control the cursor or function of the data receiving device, the operation is simple and convenient, the complicated software functions are transferred to the data receiving device, the performance of the data receiving device can be fully realized, the performance requirement on the processing unit 210 can be reduced, and the design difficulty can be reduced.
In the practical application process, the measured reading data needs to be utilized for two times or more, and in order to improve the universality of the data, the data receiving equipment further executes the following steps:

The reading data is arranged in the document with the common format, so that the document can be copied conveniently without being input again by hands, and the convenience of secondary or repeated use of the reading data is improved.
