Abstract
The invention discloses an oil return control method when a multi-split air conditioning system is in a standby state, which comprises the following steps: step 1, if the frequency of compressors of all running outdoor units is lower than 50hz and lasts for at least 4 hours, opening an electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit in a standby state; step 2, judging the number of the running outdoor units, if the number is 1, increasing the frequency of the compressors of the outdoor units by 3-8hz, and if the number is more than or equal to 2, increasing the frequency of the compressors of all the outdoor units; after 3 to 8 minutes, closing the electronic expansion valve opened in the step 1, and simultaneously returning the running frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit with the frequency increased in the step 2 to an initial state; and 4, if other indoor units are in a standby state, repeating the steps 1, 2 and 3. The invention brings back the lubricating oil in the heat exchanger and the high-pressure liquid pipe of the indoor unit which is standby in the system by stage time, and can avoid the damage of the compressor caused by a large amount of liquid return.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil return control method for a multi-split air conditioning system in a standby state.
Background
The multi-split air conditioner system has the defects of more indoor units, long distribution pipe, large fall and more elbows, which causes more oil return difficulties in oil storage places of the system. For the indoor unit which is in standby in the system, namely the indoor unit which is not opened in part of rooms, because part of lubricating oil can be stored in the high-pressure liquid pipe and the inner wall of the coil pipe of the indoor unit when the indoor unit is not opened for a long time, if the stored lubricating oil can not be returned to the outdoor compressor immediately, the compressor is damaged due to oil shortage.
In the prior art, in the multi-split oil return mode, all the indoor unit expansion valves in the system are opened when the compressor is lower than a certain frequency value, namely, the indoor unit electronic expansion valves which are not needed for starting the system are also opened; meanwhile, all the outer machines are started and the compressors run high frequency to participate in circulating oil return, namely, the compressors which are not started need to be started to operate.
There are two problems with the current oil return mode: 1. all indoor unit expansion valves in the system are opened, so that a large amount of refrigerant returns to the inside of the opened press of the outdoor module to cause liquid return; that is why compressors are fired in multiple compressors; 2. the compressor which is not originally opened in the module needs to be opened outdoors, so that the compressor does not work effectively and consumes power inefficiently.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an oil return control method for a multi-split air conditioning system in a standby state, which effectively solves the problems pointed out in the background art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the oil return control method for the multi-split air conditioner system in the standby state comprises the following steps of: step 1, judging the running outdoor units, and if the compressor frequency of all the running outdoor units is lower than 50hz and the running time lasts for at least 4 hours, opening the electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit in a standby state for 150-450 steps; step 2, judging the number of the running outdoor units, if only one outdoor unit runs, increasing the frequency of the compressors of the outdoor unit by 3-8hz, and if two or more outdoor units run, increasing the frequency of the compressors of all the outdoor units, wherein the sum of the increasing values of the frequencies of the compressors of all the outdoor units is 3-8hz; after 3 to 8 minutes, closing the electronic expansion valve opened in the step 1, and simultaneously reducing the running frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit with the frequency increased in the step 2 to the running frequency before the frequency is increased, thereby finishing oil return of the indoor unit; and 4, if other indoor units are in a standby state, repeating the steps 1, 2 and 3 until all the standby indoor units complete oil return operation.
The invention brings back the lubricating oil in the heat exchanger and the high-pressure liquid pipe of the indoor unit which is standby in the system by stage time, and can avoid the damage of the compressor caused by a large amount of liquid return.

The invention is described in further detail below by means of specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In a cooling mode, as shown in fig. 1, an oil return control method when a multi-split air-conditioning system is in a standby state, where the multi-split air-conditioning system includes at least two indoor units 1 and at least two outdoor units 2, and when some of the indoor units 1 are in the standby state, the oil return control method includes the following steps: step 1, judging the running outdoor units 2, and if the compressor frequency of all the running outdoor units 2 is lower than 50hz and the running time lasts for at least 4 hours, opening any electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit 1 in the standby state for 150-200 steps, preferably 180 steps; step 2, the number of the running outdoor units 2 is judged, if only one outdoor unit 2 runs, the frequency of the compressors of the outdoor unit 2 is increased by 3-5hz, if two or more outdoor units 2 run, the frequencies of the compressors of all the outdoor units 2 are increased, and the sum of the increasing values of the frequencies of the compressors of all the outdoor units 2 is 3-5hz; after 3, 3-8 minutes, preferably 5 minutes, closing the electronic expansion valve opened in the step 1, and simultaneously reducing the running frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit 2 with the frequency increased in the step 2 to the running frequency before the frequency is increased, thereby completing oil return of the indoor unit 1; and 4, if other indoor units 1 are in a standby state, repeating the steps 1, 2 and 3 until all standby indoor units 1 are subjected to oil return operation.
Example 2
In the heating mode, as shown in fig. 1, an oil return control method when a multi-split air-conditioning system is in a standby state, where the multi-split air-conditioning system includes at least two indoor units 1 and at least two outdoor units 2, and when some of the indoor units 1 are in the standby state, the oil return control method includes the following steps: step 1, judging the running outdoor units 2, and if the compressor frequency of all the running outdoor units 2 is lower than 50hz and the running time lasts for at least 4 hours, opening any electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit 1 in the standby state for 200-450 steps, preferably 350 steps; step 2, judging the number of the running outdoor units 2, if only one outdoor unit 2 runs, increasing the frequency of the compressors of the outdoor unit 2 by 5-8hz, and if two or more outdoor units 2 run, increasing the frequency of the compressors of all the outdoor units 2, wherein the sum of the increasing values of the frequencies of the compressors of all the outdoor units 2 is 5-8hz; after 3, 3-8 minutes, preferably 5 minutes, closing the electronic expansion valve opened in the step 1, and simultaneously reducing the running frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit 2 with the frequency increased in the step 2 to the running frequency before the frequency is increased, so as to finish oil return of the indoor unit 1; and 4, if other indoor units 1 are in a standby state, repeating the steps 1, 2 and 3 until all the standby indoor units 1 complete oil return operation.

The oil return control method is characterized in that the multi-split air conditioning system comprises at least two indoor units (1) and at least two outdoor units (2), and when part of the indoor units (1) are in the standby state, the oil return control method comprises the following steps: step (1), judging the running outdoor units (2), and if the compressor frequency of all the running outdoor units (2) is lower than 50hz and the running time lasts for at least 4 hours, opening the electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit (1) in a standby state for 150-450 steps; step (2), judging the number of the running outdoor units (2), if only one outdoor unit (2) runs, increasing the frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit (2) by 3-8hz, if two or more outdoor units (2) run, increasing the frequency of the compressors of all the outdoor units (2), and the sum of the increasing values of the frequency of the compressors of all the outdoor units (2) is 3-8hz; after 3-8 minutes, closing the electronic expansion valve opened in the step (1), and simultaneously reducing the running frequency of the compressor of the outdoor unit (2) with the frequency increased in the step (2) to the running frequency before the frequency is increased, so as to finish oil return of the indoor unit (1); and (4) if other indoor units (1) are in a standby state, repeating the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) until all the standby indoor units (1) finish oil return operation.
