Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the spliceable linear lamp 101 provided by the invention comprises a housing 102, a flat cable 103, a flat cable base 104 and a splice latch 105. The installation cavity 106 is formed in the shell 102, the installation cavity 106 is in a long shape, the shell 102 is provided with the splicing port 204, the shell 102 is provided with a plurality of rib structures, and the rib structures or groove bodies defined by the rib structures can be used for installing or positioning other parts of the splicing linear lamp 101. The splice openings 204 shown in fig. 2 and 6 are notches in the rib structure, and in other embodiments, the splice openings 204 may also be holes or grooves in the rib. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the flat cable 103 is connected to the housing 102, the flat cable 103 includes a first connection terminal 201 and a second connection terminal 107, the first connection terminal 201 and the second connection terminal 107 are respectively located at two ends of the flat cable 103, and the first connection terminal 201 and the second connection terminal 107 of different spliceable linear lamps 101 can be plugged into each other. One part of the flat cable 103 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 106, the first connecting terminal 201 is positioned in the mounting cavity 106, and the second connecting terminal 107 extends out of the mounting cavity 106; the second connection terminal 107 of one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 may extend into the mounting cavity 106 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101 to be connected with the first connection terminal 201 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101. The cable seat 104 is connected to the housing 102, at least a portion of the cable seat 104 extends out of the mounting cavity 106, and the second connection terminal 107 is connected to the cable seat 104. The splice snaps 105 are mounted on the organizer 104, the splice snaps 105 project relative to the organizer 104 (e.g., the organizer 104 projects rearward in fig. 1 and 5), and the splice snaps 105 are capable of snapping into the splice openings 204.
The second connecting terminal 107 and the wire holder 104 extend from the housing 102, so that the second connecting terminal 107 and the wire holder 104 of one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 can easily extend into the mounting cavity 106 of another spliceable linear lamp 101. When two spliceable linear lamps 101 need to be spliced together, the second connection terminal 107 and the wire arranging base 104 of one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 can be inserted into the installation cavity 106 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101, so that the splice clamping piece 105 of one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 is clamped into the splice opening 204 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101. After the splicing snap 105 is snapped into the splicing opening 204, the side wall of the splicing opening 204 can abut against the splicing snap 105 to prevent the splicing snap 105 from separating from the splicing opening 204, so that the two spliceable linear lamps 101 are prevented from separating from each other, that is, the splicing of the two spliceable linear lamps 101 can be realized by snapping the splicing snap 105 into the splicing opening 204. In addition, as the second connection terminal 107 and the wire arranging base 104 of one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 extend into the installation cavity 106 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101, the second connection terminal 107 can be spliced with the first connection terminal 201, so that power supply or connection of communication cables of the two spliceable linear lamps 101 is realized, and no additional operation such as wiring and wiring is needed. Therefore, the splicing of the structures of two spliceable linear lamps 101 and the connection of cables can be simultaneously realized by extending the second connecting terminal 107 and the wire arranging base 104 of one spliceable linear lamp 101 into the other spliceable linear lamp 101, and the spliceable linear lamp 101 provided by the invention has a simple splicing mode and is convenient for splicing the spliceable linear lamps 101.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the housing 102 further includes an insertion guide groove 205, the insertion guide groove 205 extends along a length direction of the tiled linear lamp 101, the creel base 104 has a groove shape, and a sidewall of the creel base 104 can slide into the insertion guide groove 205. When the two spliceable linear lamps 101 are spliced, the wire arranging base 104 of one spliceable linear lamp 101 may be slid into the insertion guide groove 205 from one end of the insertion guide groove 205 of the other spliceable linear lamp 101, and then either one of the spliceable linear lamps 101 is pushed to slide the wire arranging base 104 along the insertion guide groove 205 until the splice clamping member 105 is clamped into the splice port 204. The wall surface of the insertion guide groove 205 has a limiting effect on the wire arranging base 104, and the arrangement of the insertion guide groove 205 can prevent the two spliced linear lamps 101 from deviating during splicing, so that the splicing clamping piece 105 and the second connecting terminal 107 are prevented from being incapable of moving to the correct position, and the splicing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the splice snaps 105 may be provided as resilient tabs. Relatively speaking, the elastic sheet with certain elasticity can reduce the resistance when the two spliceable linear lamps 101 are spliced or separated, and is convenient for the disassembly and assembly between the spliceable linear lamps 101. In the splicing process, the splicing clamping piece 105 is gradually close to the splicing opening 204, and before the splicing clamping piece 105 is clamped into the splicing opening 204, the splicing clamping piece 105 moves in a state of being abutted against the rib where the splicing opening 204 is located; because the splicing clamped piece 105 has elasticity, the splicing clamped piece 105 can deform to a certain extent, so that the interaction force between the splicing clamped piece 105 and the rib is reduced, the friction of the splicing clamped piece 105 in moving is reduced, and the resistance in splicing is reduced. In addition, under the condition that the splicing clamping piece 105 is elastic, it is simple to separate two spliced linear lamps 101, only one of the spliced linear lamps 101 needs to be pulled away from the other spliced linear lamp 101 with slight force, and after the acting force of the side wall of the splicing opening 204 on the splicing clamping piece 105 is increased to a certain degree, the splicing clamping piece 105 deforms and is separated from the splicing opening 204. Since the second connection terminal 107 is fixed to the wire arranging base 104 by a screw and the first connection terminal 201 is fixed to the housing 102, the second connection terminal 107 and the first connection terminal 201 are separated from each other while the splice insertion member 105 is separated from the splice opening 204.
