本发明涉及氢能汽车储氢装置领域,尤其涉及一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车保有量逐渐增加,同时环境问题也受到了广泛关注,因此汽车行业也正在积极推动变革,努力推广新能源汽车。其中,燃料电池氢能汽车(以下简称氢能汽车)作为众多新能源汽车形式中的重要体现,其通过氢和氧的反应直接将化学能转换为电能提供动力,因其具有高效率和近零排放的优点,被世界各国普遍认为具有广阔的发展前景。燃料电池汽车的燃料是氢气,需将氢气储存在车上,按车辆实际需求供应稳定的氢气,因此储氢瓶也是氢能源汽车发展的关键部件。
现有的储氢瓶由于金属材料的强度的限制,其内存储的氢气的压强不宜太高,这样会影响氢能汽车氢气的携带量,从而使氢能汽车的续航里程难以达到要求,若通过提高储氢瓶尺寸来提高储氢瓶的储氢量,这样有会提高储氢系统及整车的质量,不利于氢能汽车的减重,同时也会使提高储氢瓶的安装难度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,包括内胆、瓶尾部以及包裹层,所述内胆包括连接一体的胆体和瓶嘴部,所述瓶嘴部中部设有一向上凸起的第一阶梯环,所述第一阶梯环和所述胆体之间形成第一颈部,所述瓶尾部固定于胆体上的与瓶嘴部相对的一端,所述胆体上还设有一限位凸起,所述瓶尾部端部设有一限位凹槽,所述限位凸起限位于所述限位凹槽内,所述瓶尾部中部设有一第二阶梯环,所述第二阶梯环与所述胆体之间形成一第二颈部,所述包裹层包裹于整个胆体外表面,且所述包裹层两端分别限位于所述第一颈部和第二颈部内,所述瓶嘴部与所述瓶尾部用于使该高压储氢瓶能便捷的固定于氢能汽车的车身上。

其中,内胆中高压气体的压强为该高压储氢瓶额定压力的100-150%,灌入该高压储氢瓶中的气体为氮气,模具对内胆进行加热温度为60-120℃。
本发明的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶及其制造方法的有益效果为:
(1)该高压储氢瓶外包裹由碳纤维材料制成的包裹层,包裹层能提高高压储氢瓶的耐压强度,从而提高高压储氢瓶的储氢能力,同时能提高高压储氢瓶的防碰撞能力。
(2)该高压储氢瓶的上设有一与瓶嘴部相对的瓶尾部,瓶嘴部与瓶尾部同轴设置,瓶嘴部、瓶尾部结构可方便该高压储氢瓶固定于氢能汽车车身上,简化高压储氢瓶的固定结构,从而有利于氢能汽车供氢系统与整车的降重;且瓶嘴部、瓶尾部结构相能便于高压储氢瓶外的包裹层的缠绕,从而提高高压储氢瓶外的生产效率。
(3)该高压储氢瓶的胆体上设有一限位凸起,瓶尾部端部设有一限位凹槽,限位凸起限位于限位凹槽内,从而使瓶尾部定位准确,便于瓶尾部的安装于焊接。
(4)采用上述制造方法,在包裹层成型时灌入高压气体可使高压储氢瓶胆体膨胀,使包裹层在受热过程中受压成型,使包裹层成型的致密度好,从而进一步提高该高压储氢瓶的耐压强度和储氢能力。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
请参考图1和图2,一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,包括内胆1、瓶尾部3以及包裹层2。
所述内胆1优选为铝合金材质,所述内胆1包括连接一体的胆体11和瓶嘴部12,所述瓶嘴部12为一管状结构,所述瓶嘴部12中部设有一向上凸起的第一阶梯环13,所述第一阶梯环13和所述胆体11之间形成第一颈部14,所述瓶尾部3固定于胆体11上的与所述瓶嘴部12相对的一端,所述瓶尾部3为圆柱形,所述瓶尾部3通过焊接的方式固定于所述胆体11上,所述瓶尾部3中部设有一第二阶梯环31,所述第二阶梯环31与所述胆体11之间形成一第二颈部32。
所述包裹层2为碳纤维材料,所述包裹层2包裹于整个胆体11外表面,且所述包裹层2两端分别限位于所述第一颈部14和第二颈部32内,所述瓶嘴部12与所述瓶尾部3用于使该高压储氢瓶能便捷的固定于氢能汽车的车身上。
进一步地,所述瓶嘴部3的未连接于胆体11上的一端还设有一定位孔33,所述定位孔33的圆心与所述胆体11的轴线、瓶嘴部3的轴线在同一直线上,所述定位孔33用于缠绕包裹层时便于胆体11定位,且所述瓶嘴部3内壁设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹用于连接氢气瓶的瓶口阀。
进一步地,所述胆体11上还设有一限位凸起15,所述瓶尾部3端部设有一限位凹槽34,所述限位凸起15限位于所述限位凹槽34内从而使瓶尾部3能准确定位与胆体11上,便于瓶尾部3的焊接,所述限位凸起15和限位凹槽34的形状相同,且限位凸起15和限位凹槽34形状,优选为圆柱形。
请参考图3,一种用于制造上述燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:加工内胆1
将铝合金材料制成机加工或铸造成无缝内胆1,并通过机加工在瓶嘴部12外壁加工出第一阶梯环13,在瓶嘴部12内壁加工出内螺纹,并在内胆1的与瓶嘴部12相对的一端加工出一限位凸起15;
S2:瓶尾部3加工和焊接
加工瓶尾部3,在瓶尾部3的表面加工出第二阶梯环31,并在瓶尾部3的端部加工出一限位凹糟34,将限位凹糟34正对所述限位凸起15,使限位凸起15卡于所述限位凹糟34中,从而使瓶尾部3定位与内胆1上,焊接瓶尾部3与内胆1的连接处,从而使瓶尾部3固定于内胆1上;
S3:缠绕碳纤维材料的包裹层2;
将碳纤维材料缠绕于内胆1上,使碳纤维材料形成包裹层2,其具体步骤如下:
通过一可旋转的夹持装置夹持住内胆1的瓶嘴部12,且通过一限位装置顶入瓶尾部的定位孔33内,使内胆1可沿其轴线转动;
在内胆1表面刷上一层热固胶;
将带状的碳纤维材料的端部粘于热固胶上,旋转内胆1,使带状的碳纤维材料螺旋缠绕满整个内胆1表面,且碳纤维材料缠绕的始端在以颈部内,碳纤维材料缠绕的末端在另一颈部内(两颈部分别为第一颈部14和第二颈部32);
在上述碳纤维材料层表面再涂上一层热固胶,继续在热固胶缠绕一层碳纤维材料,重复上述步骤使碳纤维材料层数为3-10层。
S4:包裹层2成型;
对碳纤维材料的包裹层2进行加热,加压,使其固化成型;其具体步骤如下:
将表面包裹有的碳纤维材料包裹层2的内胆1放置入一模具内,且使内胆1外表面的包裹层2与模具内表面接触,同时使内胆1的瓶嘴部12露出模具外;
通过瓶嘴部12向高压储氢瓶内灌入高压气,同时通过模具对内胆1进行加热,使内胆1外的碳纤维材料固化于内胆1上,且内胆1内的高压气体使内胆1膨胀,使碳纤维材料在受热过程中受挤压成型,从而使包裹层2牢固的贴紧于胆体11表面。
其中,内胆1中高压气体的压强为该高压储氢瓶额定压力的100-150%,例如高压储氢瓶额定压力为70MPa,则灌入高压气体压力为70-95MPa,灌入该高压储氢瓶中的气体为氮气,模具对内胆进行加热温度为60-120℃。
本发明的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶及其制造方法的有益效果为:
(1)该高压储氢瓶外包裹由碳纤维材料制成的包裹层2,包裹层2能提高高压储氢瓶的耐压强度,从而提高高压储氢瓶的储氢能力,同时能提高高压储氢瓶的防碰撞能力。
(2)该高压储氢瓶的上设有一与瓶嘴部12相对的瓶尾部3,瓶嘴部12与瓶尾部3同轴设置,瓶嘴部12、瓶尾部3结构可方便该高压储氢瓶固定于氢能汽车车身上,简化高压储氢瓶的固定结构,从而有利于氢能汽车供氢系统与整车的降重;且瓶嘴部12、瓶尾部3结构相能便于高压储氢瓶外的包裹层2的缠绕,从而提高高压储氢瓶外的生产效率。
(3)该高压储氢瓶的胆体11上设有一限位凸起15,瓶尾部3端部设有一限位凹槽34,限位凸起15限位于限位凹槽34内,从而使瓶尾部3定位准确,便于瓶尾部3的安装于焊接。
(4)采用上述制造方法,在包裹层2成型时灌入高压气体可使高压储氢瓶胆体11膨胀,使包裹层2在受热过程中受压成型,使包裹层2成型的致密度好,从而进一步提高该高压储氢瓶的耐压强度和储氢能力。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,其特征在于:包括内胆、瓶尾部以及包裹层,所述内胆包括连接一体的胆体和瓶嘴部,所述瓶嘴部中部设有一向上凸起的第一阶梯环,所述第一阶梯环和所述胆体之间形成第一颈部,所述瓶尾部固定于胆体上的与瓶嘴部相对的一端,所述胆体上还设有一限位凸起,所述瓶尾部端部设有一限位凹槽,所述限位凸起限位于所述限位凹槽内,所述瓶尾部中部设有一第二阶梯环,所述第二阶梯环与所述胆体之间形成一第二颈部,所述包裹层包裹于整个胆体外表面,且所述包裹层两端分别限位于所述第一颈部和第二颈部内,所述瓶嘴部与所述瓶尾部用于使该高压储氢瓶能便捷的固定于氢能汽车的车身上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶嘴部的端部还设有一定位孔,所述定位孔的圆心与所述胆体的轴线、瓶嘴部的轴线在同一直线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶嘴部内壁设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹用于连接瓶口阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,其特征在于:所述限位凸起和所述限位凹槽均为圆柱形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶尾部通过焊接的方式固定于所述内胆上。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:加工内胆
将铝合金材料制成内胆;
S2:瓶尾部加工和焊接
加工瓶尾部,并将瓶尾部焊接瓶尾部于内胆上;
S3:缠绕碳纤维材料的包裹层;
将碳纤维材料缠绕于内胆上,使碳纤维材料形成包裹层;
S4:包裹层成型;
对碳纤维材料的包裹层进行加热,加压,使其固化成型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶的制造方法,其特征在于:S3中将碳纤维材料缠绕于内胆上的方法包括以下步骤:
通过一可旋转的夹持装置夹持住内胆的瓶嘴部,且通过一限位装置顶入瓶尾部的定位孔内,使内胆可沿其轴线转动;
在内胆表面刷上一层热固胶;
将带状的碳纤维材料的端部粘于热固胶上,旋转内胆,使带状的碳纤维材料螺旋缠绕满整个内胆表面;
在上述碳纤维材料层表面再涂上一层热固胶,继续在热固胶缠绕一层碳纤维材料,重复上述步骤使碳纤维材料层数为3-10层。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于燃料电池氢能汽车的高压储氢瓶的制造方法,其特征在于:S4中对碳纤维材料的包裹层进行加热,加压的方法包括以下步骤:
将表面包裹有的碳纤维材料包裹层的内胆放置入一模具内,且使内胆外表面的包裹层与模具内表面接触,同时使内胆的瓶嘴部露出模具外;
通过瓶嘴部向高压储氢瓶内灌入高压气,同时通过模具对内胆进行加热,使碳纤维材料在受热过程中受挤压成型;
其中,内胆中高压气体的压强为该高压储氢瓶额定压力的100-150%,灌入该高压储氢瓶中的气体为氮气,模具对内胆进行加热温度为60-120℃。
