Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-blocking S-shaped pipe assembly which comprises an S-shaped pipe fitting, a vertical pipe fitting, an elbow and a horizontal pipe fitting, wherein the S-shaped pipe fitting is arranged on the upper surface of the vertical pipe fitting; the vertical pipe fitting comprises a pipe body connected with one end of the S-shaped pipe fitting and at least two centrosymmetric spiral grooves arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body; the elbow is arranged at one end of the vertical pipe fitting, which is far away from the S-shaped pipe fitting; the horizontal pipe fitting is arranged at one end, far away from the vertical pipe fitting, of the elbow. The invention solves the problem that the S-shaped pipe fitting is easy to block.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of kitchen and bathroom drainage, and particularly relates to an anti-blocking S-shaped pipe assembly.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the defects of easy corrosion, yellow water flowing, scale blockage, short service life and the like of the traditional galvanized water supply pipe are replaced by a cross-linked polyethylene or composite plastic pipe made of plastic, and the plastic pipe has no toxicity, no corrosion, no scale, high temperature and high pressure resistance, ageing resistance and long service life and is widely used in developed countries.
In a drainage system for kitchens and bathrooms, an S-shaped pipeline is generally used as a deodorizing member, so that odor inside the pipeline is isolated by water seal inside the pipeline, and the pipeline is easy to block due to a special structure.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a new solution to the problem that the S-shaped pipe is easily clogged in the prior art.
The invention provides an anti-clogging S-shaped pipe assembly, which comprises:
an S-shaped pipe fitting;
the vertical pipe fitting comprises a pipe body connected with one end of the S-shaped pipe fitting and at least two centrosymmetric spiral grooves arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body;
the elbow is arranged at one end of the vertical pipe fitting, which is far away from the S-shaped pipe fitting; and
and the horizontal pipe fitting is arranged at one end of the elbow, which is far away from the vertical pipe fitting.
Preferably, the diameter of the pipe body is 3-20 cm, the number of the spiral grooves is 4, and the width of each spiral groove is 0.5-10 cm.
Preferably, the S-shaped pipe, vertical pipe, elbow and horizontal key are PVC pipes.
Preferably, the inner wall of the inner bend of the elbow is arranged to protrude outwards.
Preferably, the S-shaped tube is a corrugated tube.
Preferably, a telescopic push rod which penetrates through the elbow is arranged at the outer bend of the elbow.
According to the invention, the spiral groove is arranged in the vertical pipe fitting, so that when water flows through the interior of the vertical pipe fitting, the water flow rotates to form a vortex, and when the interior of the S-shaped pipe fitting is blocked, the water level of the vortex in the vertical pipe fitting continuously drops and generates negative pressure, so that a blockage in the interior of the S-shaped pipe fitting is extracted into the vertical pipe fitting, and the occurrence of blocking is reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an anti-blocking S-shaped pipe assembly, which comprises an S-shaped pipe fitting 40, a vertical pipe fitting 10, an elbow 20 and a horizontal pipe fitting 30, and is shown in figures 1 and 2; the vertical pipe fitting 10 comprises a pipe body 11 connected with one end of the S-shaped pipe fitting 40 and at least two centrosymmetric spiral grooves 12 arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body 11; the elbow 20 is arranged at one end of the vertical pipe 10 far away from the S-shaped pipe 40; a horizontal tube member 30 is arranged at the end of the bend 20 remote from the vertical tube member 10.
According to the invention, the spiral groove 12 is arranged in the vertical pipe 10, so that when water flows through the interior of the vertical pipe 11, the water rotates to form a vortex, and when the interior of the S-shaped pipe 40 is blocked, the water level of the vortex in the vertical pipe 10 continuously drops and generates negative pressure, so that the blockage in the interior of the S-shaped pipe 40 is pumped into the vertical pipe 10, and the occurrence of blockage is reduced.
In another embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the pipe body 11 is 3-20 cm, the number of the spiral grooves 12 is 4, the width of the spiral grooves 12 is 0.5-10 cm, and the S-shaped pipe 40, the vertical pipe 10, the elbow 20 and the horizontal key are PVC pipes. Through setting up many centrosymmetric spiral grooves to accelerate the rotational speed of swirl, make the water combine into an organic whole under the effect of centrifugal force and surface of water tension, promote inside negative pressure size.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the inner wall of the inner bend 21 of the elbow 20 is protruded outwards, the S-shaped pipe 40 is a corrugated pipe, and the outer bend 23 of the elbow 20 is provided with a telescopic push rod 22 penetrating therethrough. The S-shaped corrugated pipe is arranged so as to facilitate replacement and disassembly. In addition, a telescopic push rod 22 is arranged outside the elbow, which can be used for pushing the blockage at the elbow 20 to play a cleaning role.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. 1. An anti-clogging S-tube assembly, comprising:
an S-shaped pipe fitting;
the vertical pipe fitting comprises a pipe body connected with one end of the S-shaped pipe fitting and at least two centrosymmetric spiral grooves arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body;
the elbow is arranged at one end of the vertical pipe fitting, which is far away from the S-shaped pipe fitting; and
and the horizontal pipe fitting is arranged at one end of the elbow, which is far away from the vertical pipe fitting.
2. The anti-clogging S-shaped tube assembly according to claim 1, wherein the tube body has a diameter of 3 to 20cm, the number of spiral grooves is 4, and the width of the spiral grooves is 0.5 to 10 cm.
3. The anti-clogging S-tube assembly of claim 1, wherein said S-tube, vertical tube, elbow and horizontal key are PVC tubing.
4. The anti-clogging S-shaped tube assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the elbow at the inner bend is disposed to protrude outwardly.
5. The anti-clogging S-tube assembly of claim 1, wherein said S-tube is a bellows.
6. The anti-clogging S-shaped tube assembly according to claim 5, wherein a telescoping push rod is disposed through the bend at the outer bend.
