Abstract
The invention discloses a simple and convenient adjusting mechanism for chain tension, which comprises a first chain wheel, a second chain wheel, a chain, a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat, wherein the chain is tensioned to surround the peripheries of the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel; the second supporting seat is provided with a fixing hole and at least two adjusting holes, the first supporting seat is locked with bolts correspondingly locked in the fixing hole and the adjusting holes, and the adjusting holes are elongated holes; with the adoption of the structure, the tensioning degree of the chain can be adjusted without disassembling the motor and the transmission chain, the transmission effect of the transmission mechanism is good, the structure is simple, and the adjustment is convenient.

The invention relates to a simple and convenient adjusting mechanism for chain tension.
Background
The existing transmission chain is used for a long time, the chain becomes loose, the transmission cannot be tensioned, and the power transmission effect is poor; the equipment outer cover is required to be disassembled to be adjusted, the adjustment is inconvenient, the machining precision of the motor mounting seat is difficult to guarantee, and the chain tension degree is inconvenient to adjust.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and research on various deficiencies and inconveniences caused by the imperfect design of the tension adjusting structure of the transmission chain.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simple and convenient adjusting mechanism for chain tension, which can adjust the chain tension without disassembling a motor and a transmission chain, has a good transmission effect and a simple structure, and is convenient to adjust.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

When the chain tension is adjusted, the simple adjusting mechanism for chain tension can be used for locking the bolts 11 in the fixing holes 31 and the adjusting holes 32 in a rotatable manner and applying an acting force to the first supporting seat 1, the first supporting seat 1 rotates by taking the bolts 11 in the fixing holes 31 as fulcrums to drive the bolts 11 in the adjusting holes 32 to displace in the adjusting holes 32, namely, the whole first supporting seat 1 rotates, the first chain wheel 41 can be adjusted to move away from the second chain wheel 42, the distance between the first chain wheel 41 and the second chain wheel 42 can be lengthened, and the chain 43 can be adjusted to be in a tension state; after the adjustment is finished, the bolt 11 is locked and can be continuously used; the simple and convenient adjusting mechanism for the chain tension can adjust the tension of the chain without disassembling the motor and the transmission chain, and has the advantages of good transmission effect, simple structure and convenient adjustment.

The second sprocket 42 of the present invention is located at an axial position higher than or equal to the axial position at which the first sprocket 41 is located; the position of downwards adjusting first sprocket 41 could lengthen the distance between first sprocket 41 and second sprocket 42, therefore, first sprocket 41 will be located the below of second sprocket 42, when using motor gravity as the effort adjustment, the direction of gravity is downward, consequently, use bolt 11 in fixed orifices 31 as the fulcrum and rotate first supporting seat 1, rotate first supporting seat 1 downwards promptly, drive first sprocket 41 and shift down, lengthen the distance between first sprocket 41 and the second sprocket 42, it is more convenient to adjust.
The adjusting hole 32 is an inclined elongated hole; the angle of inclination of the adjustment holes 32 near the second sprocket 42 is smaller than the angle of inclination of the adjustment holes 32 away from the second sprocket 42; the further away from the second sprocket 42 the bolt 11 is rotationally displaced.
The adjusting hole 32 is an arc-shaped hole, and the adjusting hole 32 is positioned on the circumference with the fixed hole 31 as the center of circle; when the first supporting seat 1 is adjusted to rotate to adjust the position of the first chain wheel 41, the bolt 11 in the adjusting hole 32 rotates by taking the bolt 11 in the fixing hole 31 as a fulcrum, and the bolt 11 moves along the arc-shaped hole, so that the adjustment is more convenient and smooth.
The fixing hole 31 is a round hole matched and locked with the bolt 11; the bolt 11 in the limiting fixing hole 31 can only rotate and cannot move left and right, so that the position of the first supporting seat 1 can be better adjusted, and the tension degree of the chain 43 can be further adjusted.
The first supporting seat 1 is quadrilateral and has four vertex angles, the fixing hole 31 is arranged corresponding to one vertex angle of the first supporting seat 1, and the two adjusting holes 32 are arranged corresponding to the other two vertex angles of the first supporting seat 1; the vertex angles corresponding to the two adjusting holes 32 are respectively adjacent to the vertex angle corresponding to the fixing hole 31; the conveying shaft of the motor 2 is arranged in the middle of the first support seat 1, the fixing hole 31 and the adjusting hole 32 correspond to four corners of the first support seat 1, when the position of the first chain wheel 41 is adjusted, the first support seat 1 is rotated by taking the bolt 11 in the fixing hole 31 as a fulcrum, the adjusting range is not large in the rotating process, and the chain 43 is prevented from being excessively pulled.
The first supporting seat 1 is quadrilateral and has four vertex angles, three adjusting holes 32 are arranged, and the three adjusting holes 32 and one fixing hole 31 are respectively arranged corresponding to the four vertex angles of the first supporting seat 1; the fixing hole 31 is located at the lower side corresponding to the first supporting seat 1 and is close to the top angle of the second chain wheel 42.
The motor 2 of the invention is positioned at one side of the first supporting seat 33 far away from the second chain wheel 42; the center of gravity of the motor 2 is deviated to the side far away from the second chain wheel 42, so that the position of the first chain wheel 41 can be adjusted by better utilizing the gravity of the motor 2 when the tension of the chain 43 is adjusted.
The first support base 1 of the present invention is a trapezoid.
