Background
The type of the compression valve seat in the traditional compression valve assembly structure needs to be various, and particularly, the type of the compression valve seat needs to be continuously increased according to the debugging requirements of the flow area of the compression adjusting hole and the pre-tightening amount of the compression end, so that the cost is increased, and the challenge is brought to the consistency of the sizes and the like of other parts of the compression valve seat except the compression adjusting hole; there is also a compression valve assembly that uses a compression valve seat to create the required flow area by compensating for end plugging, but the gasket plugging has the following disadvantages: 1. compared with a newly opened compression valve seat, the flow area change error of the blocking hole is larger, and the consistency of high-speed damping force is poor; 2. if a compressed flow area with dense distribution is required to be obtained, the outer diameter of the hole plugging gasket is compact in distribution, difficult to distinguish and not beneficial to debugging; 3. the gasket stop hole leads to the compression round hole to be cut apart into the closed angle by the high-speed gasket excircle, is unfavorable for the fluid circulation, has the risk that produces the abnormal sound even.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, solve or at least reduce the problems that the consistency of high-speed damping force of a compression valve with a gasket blocking a hole is poor, and the gasket blocking the hole is not easy to distinguish and debug, and provide a compression valve assembly with a compression valve flow restrictor.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a compression valve assembly with a compression valve flow limiter comprises a compression valve seat, a compression valve screw and a compression valve nut, wherein the compression valve screw is sleeved on the compression valve seat from bottom to top, the compression valve nut is sleeved on the compression valve screw in a threaded manner and is positioned at the upper end of the compression valve seat, the compression valve seat is in a circular tube shape, the upper part of the longitudinal section of the compression valve seat is concave, the top surface of the outer side of the upper part of the compression valve is provided with an annular upper outer groove, the top surface of the inner side of the upper part of the compression valve is provided with an annular upper inner groove, the outer side of the bottom surface of the compression valve seat is provided with a lower outer groove which is communicated with the upper outer groove, a circulation hole is arranged between the upper inner groove and the lower inner groove, the upper end and the lower end of the circulation hole are respectively communicated with the bottom surface of the upper inner groove and the bottom surface, the upper end and the lower end of each adjusting hole are respectively communicated with the bottom surface of the upper outer groove and the bottom surface of the lower outer groove, and the circulation holes and the adjusting holes are arranged in a circumferential array;
the flow restrictor, the compensating valve plate and the compensating valve spring are sequentially arranged between the upper surface of the compression valve seat and the compression valve nut from bottom to top, the flow restrictor, the compensating valve plate and the compensating valve spring are all sleeved on a compression valve screw rod, the flow restrictor and the compensating valve plate are respectively attached to the top surface of the inner side of the upper part of the compression valve and the top surface of the outer side of the upper part of the compression valve, the flow restrictor is in an annular flat plate shape, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the through holes are formed in the circumferential array of the flow restrictor, a compensating groove is formed in the center of the compensating valve plate, the compensating groove is in a cross shape, the length value of the compensating groove is smaller than the inner diameter;
the compression valve is characterized in that a throttle valve plate and a compression valve plate are sequentially arranged between the lower surface of the compression valve seat and the lower end of a compression valve screw from top to bottom, the throttle valve plate and the compression valve plate are both in an annular flat plate shape and are all sleeved on the compression valve screw, the outer diameter value of the throttle valve plate is larger than that of a lower inner groove and smaller than that of a lower outer groove, and a plurality of throttle grooves which are radially arranged are uniformly circumferentially arranged outside the circumference of the throttle valve plate.

Through the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention realizes the accurate adjustment of the actual flow area of the flow hole of the compression valve seat in the compression stroke by adding the flow restrictor with the hole in the compression valve seat so as to meet the debugging requirement. The compression valve seat only needs one specification, a larger recess is arranged at the central part of the upper end of the compression valve seat, and inner and outer oil lines with equal height are arranged at the recess and used for placing a current limiter; the flow restrictor has various designs, and the maximum flow area of the flow restrictor is not larger than the compression flow area of the compression valve seat according to debugging requirements in specific development; the flow restrictor is closely attached to the upper end of the compression valve seat, and the upper end of the flow restrictor is provided with a compensation valve assembly. The advantages of using different specifications of flow restrictors to change the flow area of the compression stroke of the compression valve seat are as follows: 1. only one compression valve is needed, so that a lot of development cost and debugging management cost are solved; 2. the current limiter has simple structure, low price, accurate control of the size of the circulation hole and good consistency of high-speed damping force; 3. the current limiter has different hole numbers and hole diameters, has obvious characteristics, is easy to distinguish, is beneficial to debugging and selecting parts, and has obvious error-proofing effect; 4. the flow channel has no sharp corner when the oil passes through the current limiter and the compression valve seat, thereby being more favorable for oil circulation and effectively avoiding oil flowing noise caused by the sharp corner.

The invention realizes the accurate adjustment of the actual flow area of the flow hole 14 of the compression valve seat 1 in the compression stroke by adding the flow restrictor 4 with the hole in the compression valve seat 1 so as to meet the debugging requirement. The compression valve seat 1 only needs one specification, a larger recess is arranged at the central part of the upper end of the compression valve seat 1, and inner and outer oil lines with equal height are arranged at the recess and used for placing the flow restrictor 4; the flow restrictor 4 is designed in various ways, and the maximum flow area of the flow restrictor is not larger than the compression flow area of the compression valve seat 1 according to debugging requirements in specific development; the flow restrictor 4 is closely attached to the upper end of the compression valve seat 1, and the upper end of the flow restrictor 4 is provided with a compensation valve assembly. The advantages of using different specifications of the flow restrictor 4 to change the flow area of the compression stroke of the compression valve seat 1 are as follows:
1. only one compression valve is needed, so that a lot of development cost and debugging management cost are solved;
2. the current limiter 4 is simple in structure, low in price, accurate in size control of the circulation hole 14 and good in high-speed damping force consistency;
3. the current limiter 4 has different hole numbers and hole diameters, has obvious characteristics, is easy to distinguish, is beneficial to debugging and selecting parts and has obvious error-proof function;
4. the runner does not have the closed angle when fluid passes through current limiter 4 and compression disk seat 1, more is favorable to the fluid circulation, can effectively avoid the fluid noise that flows that the closed angle brought.
