As shown in fig. 6-7, the implementation process of the high-pressure pipe column sealing circulation heat tracing wax-preventing device comprises the following steps:
(a) The lower end of the oil pipe 1 is fixedly connected with a sealing bushing joint 13 and a ball throwing packer 14 in sequence, the oil pipe 1 is lowered into the sleeve 2, a sleeve blocking ring 21 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the oil pipe 1, the water inlet end of the hot water circulation system 5 is fixedly connected with an oil pipe branch pipe orifice 12, and the water outlet end is fixedly connected with a sleeve branch pipe orifice 22;
(b) The upper end of the core tube 3 is fixedly connected with the lower flange end 42 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4, the lower end is fixedly connected with the plunger 31, the core tube 3 is put into the oil pipe 1 to enable the plunger 31 to be put down to the sealing lining joint 13, and the upper flange end 41 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is fixedly connected with the produced liquid control valve 6;
(c) Connecting the lower flange end 42 of the sealing liquid sampling adapter 4 to the oil pipe plugging ring 11, pressing down the core tube 3 to seal the plunger 31 and the sealing bush joint 13, and fixedly connecting the lower flange end 42 with the oil pipe plugging ring 11;
(d) Inflating and pressurizing in the core tube 3 to push the soluble ball 143 of the ball injection packer 14 to move downwards, and extruding the annular protruding section 1411 and the sealing ring 142 of the packing tube to seal and annulus the oil tube 1 and the sleeve 2, and simultaneously, the annulus between the oil tube 1 and the core tube 3;
(e) The circulating water control valve 53 and the circulating water pump 52 of the hot water circulating system 5 are opened, circulating hot water flows in from the pipe branch orifice 12 of the oil pipe, and sequentially passes through the annular passage between the core pipe 3 and the oil pipe 1, the circulating hole on the sealing bush joint 13, the annular passage between the oil pipe 1 and the sleeve 2 and the sleeve branch orifice 22 to form hot water circulation 8, and the core pipe 3 is heated;
(f) The high-pressure oil gas produced liquid 7 flows upwards to dissolve the soluble ball 143, flows out of the core tube 3, flows to an oil gas produced liquid pipeline on the ground through the sealed produced liquid adapter 4, and performs long-term stable production.

The upper end of the sleeve (2) is fixedly provided with a sleeve plugging ring (21), the inner edge of the sleeve plugging ring is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the oil pipe (1), and a sleeve branch pipe orifice (22) is arranged below the sleeve plugging ring (21) on the pipe body of the sleeve (2);
An oil pipe plugging ring (11) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the oil pipe (1), the diameter of a central hole of the oil pipe plugging ring is larger than the outer diameter of the core pipe (3), a connecting threaded hole is formed in the oil pipe plugging ring (11), an oil pipe branch pipe orifice (12) is formed below the oil pipe plugging ring (11) on the pipe body of the oil pipe (1), and the lower end of the oil pipe (1) is fixedly connected with the upper port of the sealing bushing joint (13);
The sealing bushing joint (13) is in a circular tube shape, the inner diameter of the upper port of the sealing bushing joint is larger than the outer diameter of the oil pipe (1), a bushing annular protruding section (131) is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the sealing bushing joint (13), a plurality of circulating holes (132) are uniformly formed in the wall of the bushing joint above the bushing annular protruding section (131) along the circumference of the pipe, and the lower end of the sealing bushing joint (13) is fixedly connected with the upper port of the ball throwing packer (14);
The ball throwing packer (14) consists of a packing tube (141), a sealing ring (142) and a soluble ball throwing (143), wherein the inner diameter of the upper port of the packing tube is larger than the outer diameter of the lower port of the sealing bush joint (13), the packing tube (141) is in a circular tube shape, a packing tube annular protruding section (1411) is arranged at the middle lower part of the inner wall of the packing tube, the sealing ring (142) is in a circular ring shape, the outer diameter of the sealing ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve (2) and the inner diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the outer diameter of the packing tube (141), the sealing ring (142) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the packing tube (141) at the packing tube annular protruding section (1411), and the diameter of the soluble ball throwing (143) is smaller than the inner diameter of the packing tube (141) and larger than the inner diameter of the packing tube annular protruding section (1411);
the sealing liquid extraction adapter (4) consists of two sections of pipe bodies which are mutually perpendicular, wherein the upper end of the sealing liquid extraction adapter is an upper flange end (41), the lower end of the sealing liquid extraction adapter is a lower flange end (42), a coaxial limiting ring (43) extends out of the pipe body of the sealing liquid extraction adapter (4) on the end face of the lower flange end (42), the inner diameter of the limiting ring (43) is larger than the outer diameter of the core pipe (3), the outer diameter of the limiting ring is smaller than the diameter of a central hole of the oil pipe plugging ring (11), the upper flange end (41) of the sealing liquid extraction adapter (4) is fixedly connected with a liquid extraction control valve (6), the lower flange end (42) of the sealing liquid extraction adapter (4) is fixedly connected with an upper port of the core pipe (3);
the plunger (31) is in a hollow fusiform shape, the upper port of the plunger is fixedly connected with the lower end of the core tube (3), the inner diameter of the upper port is larger than the outer diameter of the core tube (3), the outer diameter of the middle section of the plunger (31) is smaller than the inner diameters of the core tube (3) and the sealing bushing joint (13) and larger than the inner diameter of the bushing annular protruding section (131);
The water inlet end of the hot water circulation system (5) is fixedly connected with the oil pipe branch pipe orifice (12), and the water outlet end is fixedly connected with the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice (22);
An inner bushing shaft gap (133) is arranged at the upper port of the sealing bushing joint (13), a packer pipe inner shaft gap (1412) is arranged at the upper port of a packer pipe (141) of the ball injection packer (14), an adapter inner shaft gap (44) is arranged at the port of a lower flange end (42) of the sealing liquid sampling adapter (4), and a plunger inner shaft gap (311) is arranged at the upper port of the plunger (31);
a plurality of groups of grooves are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the middle section of the plunger (31) along the circumference of the pipe, balls (312) are arranged in the grooves, and the diameter of the outer opening of each groove is smaller than that of each ball (312).

The high pressure pipe column sealing cycle heat tracing wax control device according to claim 1, wherein: the hot water circulation system (5) comprises a circulating water pipeline (51), a circulating water pump (52), a circulating water control valve (53) and a solar heater (54), wherein the water inlet end of the circulating water pipeline (51) is fixedly connected with the oil pipe branch pipe orifice (12), the water outlet end of the circulating water pipeline is fixedly connected with the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice (22), the circulating water pump (52) is arranged at the water outlet end of the circulating water pipeline (51), the circulating water control valve (53) is arranged between the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice (22) and the circulating water pump (52), and the solar heater (54) is arranged between the circulating water pump (52) and the water inlet end of the circulating water pipeline (51).

(c) Connecting the lower flange end (42) of the sealed liquid extraction adapter (4) to the oil pipe plugging ring (11), pressing down the core pipe (3) to seal the plunger (31) and the sealing bushing joint (13), and fixedly connecting the lower flange end (42) with the oil pipe plugging ring (11);
(d) Pumping and pressurizing in the core tube (3), pushing a soluble ball (143) of the ball injection packer (14) to descend, extruding a annular protruding section (1411) and a sealing ring (142) of the packing tube, sealing and annular space between the oil tube (1) and the sleeve (2), and annular space between the oil tube (1) and the core tube (3);
(e) The circulating water control valve (53) and the circulating water pump (52) of the hot water circulating system (5) are opened, circulating hot water flows in from the pipe orifice (12) of the oil pipe, sequentially passes through an annular channel between the core pipe (3) and the oil pipe (1), a circulating hole on the sealing bush joint (13), an annular channel between the oil pipe (1) and the sleeve (2) and the pipe orifice (22) of the sleeve, and forms a hot water circulation (8) to heat the core pipe (3);
(f) The high-pressure oil gas produced liquid (7) flows upwards to dissolve the soluble ball (143), flows out of the core tube (3), flows to an oil gas produced liquid pipeline on the ground through the sealed produced liquid adapter (4), and is produced stably for a long time.
