The mounting plate 34 further includes a reset through hole 3411, the reset through hole 3411 is located between the lock body connector 322 and the cover plate 2, and an elastic member 36 is disposed between the reset through hole 3411 and the reset through hole 3411. In this embodiment, the elastic member is a spring.

The housing 1 further comprises a mounting through hole 15 and an interface opening 17; interface opening 17 communicates with charging interface 334; the installation through holes 15 are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the lock body through hole 11 and are positioned at one side of the shell 1 far away from the locking component 35; the mounting through hole is convexly provided with a mounting flange 16 from the direction far away from the center of the mounting through hole to the direction close to the center of the mounting through hole; the first identification device 332 and the first communication device 333 are disposed in the mounting hole and overlap the mounting flange 16.

In this embodiment, the positioning component is a GPS positioning device. The transmission of GPS data via bluetooth is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The warning component is also used for sending out prompt information; more than one type of prompt information is set;
in this embodiment, two or more types of the prompt messages are provided. Respectively, a first prompt message and a second prompt message. When the first terminal receives the information; the warning component sends out first prompt information; when the electric quantity of the multifunctional lock is lower than the prompt numerical value; the warning component sends out second prompt information; when the prompt is used, a prompt numerical value is preset through the first terminal. Therefore, when the electric quantity of the multifunctional lock is lower than the prompt numerical value; the warning component can send out a prompt; the multifunctional lock is prevented from being unlocked due to power failure of the multifunctional lock.
By arranging the LED assembly, different light emitting effects of the LED assembly are arranged at the first terminal; generating light-emitting effect data; the second communication device sends the light-emitting effect data to the first communication device; the first communication device sends the light-emitting effect data to the control chip; the control chip stores the light emitting effect data; when different operations are executed through the multifunctional lock; the LED components emit different light emitting effects; in the present embodiment; the identification information is successfully identified; the LED assembly emits green light; identifying the identification information failure; the LED component emits red light; the first terminal is controlled to execute operation through the key, and the LED assembly emits white light; the first terminal is controlled to execute operation through the keys and the first identification device, and the LED assembly emits blue light. The voice component comprises a voice input device (not shown in the figure) and a voice recording device (not shown in the figure); the voice input device and the voice recording device are both connected with the control chip; the voice input device is used for receiving voice; the voice recording device is used for recording voice. In the present embodiment, the voice input device is a microphone; the voice recording device is a recording pen.

(5) unlocking by the first identification device, and then performing the step (5.1); unlocking through the second identification device, and then performing the step (5.4); unlocking through the voice input device, and then performing the step (5.5);
(5.1) the first identification device receives the identification information, and the first identification device sends the current identification information to the control chip; the control chip compares the current identification information with the pre-stored identification information and judges whether the current identification information is matched with the pre-stored identification information; if yes, performing step (5.2); if not, performing the step (5.3);

(10.3) when the first terminal receives the message, the first terminal sends a first prompt signal to the second communication device; the second communication device sends the first prompt signal to the first communication device; the first communication device sends the first prompt signal to the control chip; the control chip receives the first prompt signal instruction to control the warning assembly to send out first prompt information. In this embodiment, when the first terminal receives the message, the message includes an incoming call, a short message and a message received by the application program.
(10.4) presetting a prompt numerical value of the multifunctional lock power supply at the first terminal; the prompt value is sent to the control chip for storage through the second communication device; when the electric quantity of the multifunctional lock power supply is lower than the prompt value, the control chip controls the warning assembly to send out second prompt information; therefore, the multifunctional lock can be charged in time. The multifunctional lock is prevented from being unlocked due to power failure of the multifunctional lock.

Because the multifunctional lock is arranged on the case for use; the machine code is arranged corresponding to the control chip; attaching a machine code to feedback information sent to a terminal through a first terminal; therefore, when a user needs to feed back the luggage or the multifunctional lock, the relevant information of the luggage or the multifunctional lock can be directly fed back, the feedback data of the customer can be collected to provide more valuable after-sale service, the viscosity of the customer to the platform can be increased, the communication between a buyer and a seller is promoted, the purchase rate of new products is improved, and the model of the luggage or the multifunctional lock does not need to be repeatedly confirmed; thus the use is convenient; meanwhile, the situation that the received information is not matched with the feedback information due to errors when the user confirms the type of the case and the multifunctional lock is avoided; thereby failing to solve the related problems; classifying and storing the feedback information according to the machine codes through a second terminal; therefore, the feedback information of the user is effectively stored; the improvement of the case and the multifunctional lock is facilitated according to the feedback information; meanwhile, the relevant service can be provided for the user according to the feedback information of the classification number.
The first identification device and the second identification device receive the identification information to unlock the multifunctional lock; therefore, a user can select to unlock the multifunctional lock through the first identification device and also select to unlock the multifunctional lock through the second identification device; the method is suitable for different use scenes; the use is convenient; the first terminal compares the identification information received by the first identification device with the pre-stored identification information to control the first terminal to execute the first operation, so that the safety is good.
