Abstract

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a frame structure comprises a first profile 1, a second profile 2 and a quick-connect assembly 3. Quick-connect components 3 include first connecting piece 32 and second connecting piece 31, first connecting piece 32 correspond with first section bar 1, second connecting piece 31 corresponds with second section bar 2, first section bar 1 and 2 perpendicular settings of second section bar and be connected through quick-connect components 3.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the first connecting element 32 is provided with a slot 325, one end of the slot 325 is provided with a socket, and at least one inner side wall is provided with a first clamping portion 324. As shown in fig. 3, 7, 8 and 9, the second connecting member 31 includes a bolt 311 corresponding to the slot 325, and the bolt 311 is provided with a second engaging portion 312. The second connecting member 31 further includes a connecting portion 316, the connecting portion 316 is connected to the latch 311 through a transition portion 310, and in a connected state, the transition portion 310 is inserted into the connecting port 326. The first clamping portion 324 and the second clamping portion 312 are buckled to prevent the latch 311 from withdrawing; the side of the slot 325 corresponding to the connection port 326 forms a ledge and cooperates with the pin 311 to bear the primary load. Since the first clamping portion 324 and the second clamping portion 312 do not participate in bearing the main load, the reliability of the connection is better.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, at least one inner side surface of the insertion groove 325 is a guiding inclined surface 322, and the insertion pin 311 is provided with an outer inclined surface 313 corresponding to the guiding inclined surface 322. As shown in fig. 10, an adjusting hole 317 is provided in the second connecting member 31, one end of the adjusting hole 317 is communicated with the sliding slot 33, and the other end extends to an end surface of the connecting portion 316 far away from the latch 311; the adjusting hole 317 is internally threaded with an adjusting screw 319, and one end of the elastic member 318 far away from the fixture block corresponds to the adjusting screw 319. By adjusting the depth of the adjusting screw 319 screwed into the adjusting hole 317, the extending length of the fixture block can be adjusted to realize the best buckling effect between the first clamping member and the second clamping member.

The inserting port is positioned at the end part of the first section bar 1, and the connecting port is arranged at one side of the first section bar 1. The length direction of the second section bar 2 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the plug pin 311, and the second section bar 2 is connected with the connecting part 316. The side of the slot 325 where the first clamping portion 324 is located is opposite to the side of the slot 325 where the connection port is located, and the guiding inclined plane 322 and the first clamping portion 324 are located on the same side of the slot 325.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first connecting member 32 includes an adjusting member 321, a guiding inclined surface 322 is formed on one side of the adjusting member 321, and the engaging groove is formed on the guiding inclined surface 322; one end of the first section bar 1 is provided with a base groove 11 extending along the length direction, and the adjusting piece 321 is inserted into the base groove 11 along the length direction and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the base groove 11; the base groove 11 and the adjusting member 321 together form a socket 325. The socket 325 may be constructed in a form of a combination of a conventional profile and the adjuster 321, reducing the difficulty of processing.
