When the mounting plate 10 is fixed, the sealing spring 132 drives the sealing ring 131 to tightly abut against the mounting plate 10, and the second sealing ring 134 is pressed to seal a gap between the sealing ring 131 and the mounting plate 10; when the mounting plate 10 rotates, the sealing spring 132 is compressed to a certain degree, and when the mounting plate 10 rotates to a preset position, the sealing spring 132 recovers to deform to drive the sealing ring 131 to seal, so that the sealing performance is improved, and the rotation of the mounting plate 10 is not influenced.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to further improve the sealing performance, the modular building structure further includes two pressing assemblies 15 for driving the sealing rings 131 to abut against the mounting plate 10, the two pressing assemblies 15 are symmetrically arranged by taking the vertical cross section of the mounting hole 101 as a symmetry plane, each pressing assembly 15 includes a double-headed cylinder 151 and two pressing plates 152, the cylinder body of the double-headed cylinder 151 is connected with the door-shaped frame 42 through bolts, the double-headed cylinder 151 is parallel to the axis of the mounting hole 101, the pressing plates 152 are connected with the piston rod of the double-headed cylinder 151, the axis of the double-headed cylinder 151 is perpendicular to the pressing plates 152, and the pressing plates 152 are located on the opposite sides of the two sealing rings 131.
When the mounting plate 10 stops rotating, the double-head cylinder 151 drives the pressing plate 152 to move towards the sealing ring 131, so that the sealing ring 131 tightly abuts against the mounting plate 10, and the sealing performance is improved; when the mounting plate 10 needs to rotate, the double-head cylinder 151 drives the pressing plate 152 to be far away from the sealing ring 131, so that the influence on the rotation of the mounting plate 10 is reduced.
The implementation principle of the modular house building structure and the construction method thereof in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the outside is in haze weather, the air inlet fan 6 is turned on, the exhaust fan can be turned on or off as required, air is pumped into the air inlet pipe 5 from the outside and then enters the mounting holes 101 of the mounting plate 10, the filter cartridge 11 is a PM2.5 filter cartridge 11, and the air enters the clean air pipe 7 after being filtered by the filter cartridge 11 and then enters the room; when the outside air needs deodorization, the double-end cylinder 151 drives the pressure strip 152 to be away from the sealing ring 131, the rotating motor 121 is started, the mounting plate 10 is driven to rotate intermittently after being decelerated by the reduction gearbox 122, the mounting plate 10 is driven to rotate to a certain angle, and the mounting plate is replaced to the filter cartridge 11 with the deodorization function, so that the air quality in the modularized house is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a construction method of the modular house building structure. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing a bottom plate 1 with high-strength bolts on the ground, connecting wall plates 2 together through bolts, then fixing the wall plates with the bottom plate 1 through bolts, and fixing a roof panel 3 with the top ends of the wall plates 2 through bolts;
step two, installing a clean air pipe 7 on the wall plate 2 through bolts, installing an exhaust pipe 8 and an exhaust fan 9 on the wall plate 2 through bolts, installing a support 4 on the outer wall of the wall plate 2 through bolts, welding an air inlet pipe 5 on the support 4, installing an air inlet fan 6 in the air inlet pipe 5, installing a mounting plate 10 between the air inlet pipe 5 and the clean air pipe 7, installing a filter cartridge 11 in the mounting hole 101, and installing a rotating assembly 12 for driving the mounting plate 10 to rotate intermittently.
