Abstract
The invention relates to a construction method of a curve type precast concrete curb, which solves the technical problems that the specifications and radians of the curve type curb at the corner are not uniform and the appearance effect of the curve type curb at the corner formed by splicing existing precast concrete curbs is poor, and comprises the following steps: preparing a mould of the curve-shaped precast concrete curb; preparing a curved precast concrete curb by using the mould in the step (1); and connecting and constructing the curved precast concrete curbs. The invention can be widely applied to municipal engineering construction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a construction method of a concrete product, in particular to a construction method of a curve type precast concrete curb.
Background
At present, the kerbstone is generally processed by stone materials. However, prefabricated curb manufacturer can't carry out the die sinking production according to every radian that requires in the design file, and the job site is mostly the concatenation of cutting current specification curb and uses, and the impression is extremely poor.
With the increasing concern of the country on environmental protection and energy conservation, the advantages of precast concrete products relative to traditional products such as stone and the like are increasingly shown. The precast concrete product has the advantages of energy conservation, material conservation, greenness, environmental protection and the like, and meets the requirements of the industrialized development direction of the building industry and national policies.
However, in the application aspect of precast concrete curbs, the problems of non-uniform specification and size, different corner radians and the like still exist, so that the molds are various, and the cost is high. Especially, the curved curbs at the corners have the problems of multiple specifications, various models, small quantity and the like, and have adverse effects on the application and popularization of the precast concrete curbs.

The invention provides a construction method of a curved precast concrete curb, which is uniform in radian, good in impression, convenient to construct and low in cost, aiming at the technical problems that the specifications and radians of the curved curbs at corners are not uniform and the impression effect of the curved curbs at the corners formed by splicing existing precast concrete curbs is poor.
Therefore, the invention provides a construction method of a curve type precast concrete curb, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a mould of the curve-shaped precast concrete curb; the die is provided with a ground plane, two sections and a vertical plane, the opening of the die is the ground plane, the die is also provided with an arc surface, and the periphery of the arc surface is respectively provided with the ground plane, the sections and the vertical plane in a surrounding manner; a section chamfer is arranged at the junction of the cambered surface and the section; an arc surface chamfer is arranged in the middle of the arc surface and is perpendicular to the section; the boundary line between the cambered surface and the vertical surface and the boundary line between the cambered surface and the ground surface are curves; (2) preparing a curved precast concrete curb by using the mould in the step (1); (3) and (3) connecting the curved precast concrete curbs in the step (2).
Preferably, the radius of the cambered surface chamfer is 30 mm.
Preferably, the section chamfer radiuses are all 3 mm.
Preferably, the curvature radius of the curve is one of R0.5, R1, R3, R6, R10, R15, R20 or R25, and the unit of the curvature radius is m.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention unifies the radian of the corner, improves the turnover utilization rate of the mould, not only can meet the requirement of design documents, but also improves the overall impression effect of the prefabricated concrete curb pavement, saves the cost, obtains high approval of design and construction units, and has great positive significance for engineering acquisition.
2. The chamfer angle is arranged in the middle of the cambered surface and at the junction of the cambered surface and the cross section, so that the abrasion of the corner can be reduced, and the appearance is more attractive.
3. According to the invention, 8 curvatures are selected according to actual construction conditions, so that the requirements in most constructions can be met, the types of the moulds are reduced, and the cost is reduced.

Example 1
The invention provides a curve type precast concrete curb, which is provided with a ground plane 4, two sections 3, a vertical plane 2 and a cambered surface 1, wherein the ground plane 4, the sections 3 and the vertical plane 2 are arranged around the cambered surface 1 in a surrounding manner; the middle of the cambered surface 1 is provided with a cambered surface chamfer 5, and the cambered surface chamfer 5 is vertical to the section 3; the vertical is approximate, not absolute; the boundary line between the cambered surface 1 and the vertical surface 2 and the boundary line between the cambered surface 1 and the ground plane 4 are curves 6. The junction of the cambered surface 1 and the section 3 is provided with a section chamfer 7 (the section chamfer proportion is too small, and is not shown in the figure).
The radius of the cambered surface chamfer is 30 mm; the radius of the section chamfer 7 is 3mm, and the chamfer is not beautiful enough when the radius is more than 3 mm; when the chamfer is less than 3mm, the die is difficult to process.
The curvature radius of the curve is one of R0.5, R1, R3, R6, R10, R15, R20 or R25, the curvature radius is m, the specification of the curve is a common specification in construction, and the curve can basically meet the requirements of most constructions.

The junction of the cambered surface and the cross section is provided with a cross section chamfer. The radius of the cambered surface chamfer is 30 mm; the radius of the section chamfer 7 is 3 mm.

(2) preparing a curved precast concrete curb by using the mould in the step (1);
(3) and (3) connecting the curved precast concrete curbs in the step (2).
