Description

Fur low-temperature dyeing auxiliary agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dyeing processes, relates to a dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to a low-temperature fur dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The dyeing is an important process in fur processing, and by selecting a proper dyeing formula and a proper dyeing process, the added value of the precious high-grade fur can be further improved, and the middle-grade and low-grade furs can be imitated into high-grade furs. It should be noted that the dyeing of pelts differs from the dyeing of leather alone and from the dyeing of wool alone, which allows the use of a long-lasting boiling dyeing process. Under high temperature, on one hand, the aggregation degree of dye particles is greatly reduced, and the diffusion speed is accelerated; on one hand, the swelling of the wool fiber is intensified, and the scales are opened, which are all factors for facilitating the dye to permeate into the wool. However, when dyeing fur, the boiling dyeing method cannot be performed because the collagen fibers constituting the fur board are inferior in high temperature resistance to the chaetoceros fibers and the fur board tends to shrink at high temperature.
When the acid dye is used for dyeing fur, the dyeing temperature is generally controlled within the range of 70-75 ℃, and the dyeing can be completed after 3-5 hours of operation. In this temperature range, the dye does not work sufficiently (the dye uptake is generally about 80%), and the damage of the collagen fiber of the dermatome is close to the critical point. Therefore, the method for exploring the low-temperature fur dyeing has practical significance. In order to reduce energy consumption and reduce damage to collagen fibers of the pelt board, it is of great interest to develop a low-temperature dyeing auxiliary suitable for pelts.
However, most of the low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries disclosed in the prior art are directed to single leather dyeing or single wool dyeing, for example, CN105297488A discloses a low-temperature wool dyeing auxiliary and a dyeing process, which include: tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether: 22-32%, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether: 10-15%, ethoxylated fatty acid amine derivative: 3-6%, polyethylene glycol: 0.2-0.5%, glacial acetic acid: 0.5-1%, soda: 0.5-1%, hexamethylenetetramine: 1-2.5%, sodium sulfate: 1-2.5%, and has low-temperature dyeing property, level dyeing property, slow dyeing property, and permeability dispersing function. For another example, CN109056386A discloses a low-temperature dyeing auxiliary for wool fabrics, which comprises 20-30% of surfactant, 40-50% of polyethylene glycol, 8-10% of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, 5-10% of citric acid, and the balance of water.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to a low-temperature fur dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a fur low-temperature dyeing auxiliary, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of a wool opener, 5-20 parts of a solubilizer, 5-30 parts of a penetrating agent, 10-20 parts of a dispersant, 5-15 parts of a stabilizer and 20-100 parts of deionized water; the hair-opening agent is organic amine.
The low-temperature dyeing auxiliary agent of the fur can ensure that the fur can be dyed at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ to achieve the dyeing effect of the fur at the temperature of 70-75 ℃, and various color fastness of the dyed leather can achieve the effect requirement of high-temperature dyeing after the fur is dyed at the temperature of 55-60 ℃.
The low-temperature fur dyeing auxiliary agent combines the fur opening agent, the solubilizer, the penetrating agent, the dispersant and the stabilizer, and the components have synergistic interaction, so that the low-temperature fur dyeing auxiliary agent is suitable for low-temperature fur dyeing, and the fur can be dyed at 55-60 ℃ and can achieve the dyeing effect of the fur at 70-75 ℃. The opening agent can promote the secondary hydrolysis of the surface of the protein fiber, so that the content of cystine is obviously reduced, the fiber becomes more loose, and meanwhile, the scale layer is opened at low temperature so that the dye can permeate into the fiber; the solubilizer enables the dye to be better dissolved in water, and further promotes the dye to permeate into the fiber; the penetrant overcomes the hydrophobic membrane on the outer layer of the protein fiber scale to ensure that the fiber has natural hydrophobicity, so that the dye is easy to permeate into the fiber, and the absorption and diffusion of the dye are promoted; the dispersant enables dyeing to achieve a uniform effect; the stabilizer stabilizes the system of the coloring agent and indirectly promotes the high efficiency and uniformity of the coloring. In conclusion, the components supplement each other, and have the effect of 1+1 & gt 2 in the aspect of promoting the low-temperature dyeing effect of the fur and solving the problem that the dye is not dyed at low temperature or is dyed unevenly too fast in dyeing.
