Description

Preparation method of temporary antirust liquid for color-coated sheet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of color-coated sheets, in particular to a preparation method of a temporary antirust liquid for a color-coated sheet.
Background
The base materials used by the common color-coated sheet include cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, aluminum-plated zinc sheets and the like, and the surface of the base material is sequentially coated with a chemical conversion layer, a primer layer and a finish paint layer (finish paint), wherein the chemical conversion layer mainly serves to provide temporary corrosion resistance for the base material before the base material is painted, and the primer layer mainly serves to improve the binding force between the base material and the finish paint layer. In the production process, the chemical conversion layer and the base coat are coated on the substrate by two procedures, so the production cost is higher and the production time is longer. The color-coated sheet using the cold-rolled steel sheet as the base material is relatively cheap, but the cold-rolled steel sheet is exposed to air to be corroded after the paint on the surface is scratched in the using process, so that the using range of the color-coated sheet using the cold-rolled steel sheet as the base material is limited.
In order to further reduce the cost of the color-coated plate and simplify the construction process, a temporary antirust solution needs to be developed, wherein the film layer on the substrate has the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating, the adhesion and the coating processability of the primer layer, so that the traditional two procedures of a chemical conversion coating and the primer layer are replaced. If the existing antirust liquid is simply mixed with the primer for use, the mixed liquid has poor stability, and the mixed liquid has the phenomenon of particles and even gel and cannot be used; and the common primer is oil-soluble organic resin, such as epoxy resin, polyurethane and the like, which is difficult to dissolve in the aqueous antirust liquid, even if the aqueous resin is used as the primer, the organic film layer and the antirust liquid are difficult to act synergistically even if the aqueous resin is simply dissolved in the antirust liquid, and the corrosion resistance of the antirust liquid can be damaged.
In the patent application CN106283005A, a water-based rust-proof liquid is disclosed, which has a certain corrosion resistance, uses dimethyl undecanedioate as an organic film layer, has a certain adhesion with the paint, but is easy to crack when coated sheet is processed because of the poor flexibility of the film layer.
The CN110408312A patent application discloses a temporary antirust liquid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antirust agent has good corrosion resistance and adhesiveness, but the antirust liquid uses water-based sol as an adhesive, and the water-based sol is very easy to wash away by water and can not be used as a base coat.
The patent application CN106191842A discloses a water-based antirust liquid with good adhesion to paint, wherein an acrylic emulsion is used as an organic film-forming material, and the organic film-forming material has the defects of hot adhesion and cold brittleness, and is difficult to use as a base coat.

The effect test of the color-coated sheet after the temporary antirust liquid for treating the cold-rolled steel sheet base material comprises the following steps:
the cold rolled steel sheets used in the tests were taken from wuhan steel gmbh and cut into 10cm x 6cm for the following tests.
1. The test method is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of blade coating the cold-rolled steel plate with the temporary antirust liquid prepared in the embodiment 1-7 in sequence, drying at 85 ℃ to form a film, controlling the thickness of the film to be 1500-1800 mg per square meter, sequentially obtaining processed cold-rolled steel plate samples, numbering sample plates, sequentially taking 3 pieces of surfaces of the sample plates and the sample plates, slitting with a knife to destroy the surface film layer, enabling the scratch width to be not more than 2mm, then destroying the 6 pieces of surfaces, carrying out a salt spray test, and observing the corrosion resistance of the damaged area of the film layer. In the embodiment, the stability of the antirust liquid is poor, more precipitates are formed at the bottom of the antirust liquid, particles are formed on the wall of a container, and the surface of a sample plate after treatment is provided with the particles and is difficult to use.
The resulting treated cold rolled sheet samples were tested as follows:
(1) salt spray resistance test, 48 hour spray test (astm b117-2016 standard): the samples of the cold-rolled plates after the treatment are required to have no red rust for 48 hours;
(2) and (3) testing coating performance, performing an electrostatic powder spraying experiment on the sample plate, wherein the coating thickness is 40-70 um, drying and curing, and performing flat panel marking hundred-grid (the interval between cutting edges is 1mm) and 9J reverse impact experiments according to the GB/T13448-2006 standard, wherein the adhesive tapes in a flat panel marking hundred-grid area and a 9J reverse impact area are required to be stripped and not fall off.
Figure BDA0002862569360000081
Figure BDA0002862569360000091
From the above table, it can be seen that: compared with the example 4, the sample plate of the aqueous organosilicon emulsion containing no cerium salt is corroded in 24h of the cross-cut area, the sample plate of the aqueous organosilicon emulsion containing the cerium salt is corroded in 48h of the cross-cut area, the film layer of the aqueous organosilicon emulsion containing the cerium salt has certain protection effect on the cross-cut area by using the formula of the example 4, the sample plate treated by the example 4 and the example 5 is subjected to salt spray test for 24h, the component of the scratched and damaged area of the film layer is scraped to carry out XRF analysis, cerium element can be detected in the scraped component of the example 4, and therefore, the cerium salt conversion film of other areas has certain diffusion effect and is diffused to the worn area after the film layer is damaged and worn, and certain self-repairing and corrosion-retarding effects are realized on the damaged area; in example 6, when the silicone emulsion is prepared, the silane coupling agent containing amino groups is not added, and after the silicone emulsion and the inorganic metal salt are mixed and compounded, the temporary antirust liquid is poor in stability and difficult to use; in example 7, when the silicone emulsion was prepared, the silane coupling agent containing long chain alkyl was not added, the corrosion resistance of the prepared temporary rust preventive liquid was relatively poor, the red rust area for 48 hours was more than 10%, and cracking occurred at 9J impact after powder coating, which is caused by poor film toughness.
After the surface treatment is carried out on the cold-rolled steel plate base material by using the temporary antirust liquid for the color-coated plate, the cold-rolled steel plate base material has good corrosion resistance and coating property, and the use requirement of subsequent processing of the color-coated plate is met.
FIG. 1 is a morphology chart of a cold-rolled sample plate treated by the temporary antirust liquid prepared in the above example after powder spraying and a 9J reverse impact test, wherein the sample plate treated by the temporary antirust liquid prepared in example 6 has more particles on the surface and is not subjected to related performance detection; as can be seen from fig. 1: after the sample plate prepared in the embodiment 1-5 is treated by the temporary antirust liquid, after powder coating, the plate grids and 9J impact do not fall off, and the bonding performance is excellent; the samples treated with the temporary rust-proofing liquid prepared in example 7 did not peel off after powder coating, but did not peel off after 9J impact cracking, indicating that the temporary rust-proofing liquid prepared in example 7 formed a brittle film on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet.
