Referring to fig. 4, the joystick includes a sleeve 31, a mounting seat 33 and a mounting shaft 37; two mounting seats 33 are mounted at the lower end of the sleeve 31 and are arranged at intervals, and the worm 36 is mounted between the two mounting seats 33; the mounting shaft 37 passes through one mounting seat 33, the worm 36 and the second mounting seat 33, two ends of the mounting shaft 37 are respectively connected with the first connecting rod 13 and the second connecting rod 14, and the center line of the mounting shaft 37 is perpendicular to the center line of the rotating shaft 25.
As shown in fig. 6-9, the worm 36 and the mounting seat 33 are driven by a ratchet fit. Specifically, the mounting seat 33 includes a seat body 331, and a ratchet 335, a pawl 332, a first coil spring 333 and a second coil spring 334 mounted in the seat body 331. The base 331 has an inner side wall facing the turbine 21, the inner side wall is provided with a notch for placing the ratchet 335, and the ratchet 335 is fixed with one end of the turbine 21; the pawl 332 is swingably mounted in the seat body 331 through a ratchet shaft and located at one side of the ratchet 335, the pawl 332 has a first side and a second side which are symmetrically arranged, one end of the first side close to the ratchet 335 is provided with a first ratchet 3323 for pushing the ratchet 335 to rotate in a forward direction, and one end of the second side close to the ratchet 335 is provided with a second ratchet 3324 for pushing the ratchet 335 to rotate in a reverse direction; the first coil spring 333 abuts a first side of the pawl 332 and the second coil spring 334 abuts a second side of the pawl 332. First and second coil springs 333 and 334 are used to reset the pawl 332.
On the ratchet wheel, a first protruding part 3321 is arranged at one end of the first side of the pawl 332 far away from the ratchet wheel 335, a second protruding part 3322 is arranged at one end of the second side of the pawl 332 far away from the ratchet wheel 335, and an included angle is formed between the first protruding part 3321 and the second protruding part 3322; the first coil spring 333 abuts the first protrusion 3321, and the second coil spring 334 abuts the second protrusion 3322.
As shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, the operating lever further includes a rotating rod 35 rotatably mounted on the sleeve 31, a shift lever 34 is fixedly mounted at a lower end of the rotating rod 35, the extending direction of the shift lever 34 is perpendicular to the center line of the rotating rod 35, and the shift lever 34 passes through the inner side wall of the first mounting seat 33 and abuts against the pawl 332 to push the pawl 332 to rotate. Normally, i.e. without rotating the lever 35, the lever 34 is located between the first projection 3321 and the second projection 3322, and due to the elastic force of the coil spring, the pawl 332 is offset from the ratchet 335, and the lever swings without affecting the rotation of the worm 36; rotating the rotating lever 35 counterclockwise, the lever 34 presses against the first protrusion 3321 so that the first ratchet 3323 abuts against the tooth groove of the ratchet 335, swinging the operating lever so that the ratchet 335 rotates in the forward direction, rotating the rotating lever 35 clockwise, the lever 34 presses against the second protrusion 3322 so that the second ratchet 3324 abuts against the tooth groove of the ratchet 335, and swinging the operating lever so that the ratchet 335 rotates in the reverse direction. In this embodiment, the two mounting seats 33 are arranged in a symmetrical structure, the first extending portions of the two pawls 332 are connected, and the second extending portions of the two pawls 332 are connected, so that structural balance and stability are facilitated, in other examples, the pawls 332 and the ratchet 335 which are matched with each other may be arranged in only one mounting seat 33.
As shown in fig. 3, 11, 12, the clutch operating mechanism includes a compression spring 40, a handle 43, a wire case 48, and an operating wire 47; the compression spring is abutted between the second driving gear and the clutch; the handle is sleeved at the upper end of the operating rod in a vertically sliding manner and is provided with a top wall 433, an outer ring part 432 connected with the top wall and an inner ring part 431 protruding downwards from the top wall, wherein the inner ring part is positioned at the inner side of the outer ring part and is provided with an inner conical surface; one end of the wire sleeve is connected with the lower end of the rotating rod, and the other end of the wire sleeve is arranged on the second side wall through a fixing frame 481; the operating wire penetrates through the operating rod and the wire sleeve, one end of the operating wire is connected with the poking piece, the other end of the operating wire is connected with the handle, the operating wire is driven to lift relative to the operating rod through the handle, so that the clutch moves back and forth, and the turbine is controlled to be switched between two states of synchronous rotation with the first driving gear and synchronous rotation with the second driving gear.
As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the handle 43 is provided with a control wire connecting rod 46, a slider 45, a spring plate 49 and a return spring 44; two ends of the control wire connecting rod 46 are respectively fixed with the handle and the control wire connecting rod, two ends of the control wire connecting rod are respectively fixed with the handle and the control wire 45, and the tightness of the control wire and the position of the clutch are adjusted by a nut at the upper end of the control wire connecting rod; the sliding part is fixed on the control wire connecting rod in a sliding and sleeved mode, a limiting protrusion 451 (shown in figures 3 and 12) is arranged on one side of the sliding part, and a clamping groove matched with the limiting protrusion is formed in the rotating rod so that the rotating rod can rotate along with the rotating rod when the control handle rotates; the spring leaves include a loop 491 and a plurality of spring leaves 492 connected to the loop. The ring is sleeved with a control wire connecting rod and is positioned on one side of the sliding part away from the control wire, and the plurality of elastic sheets are connected with the ring and bent outwards; the side wall of the rotating rod is clamped with an elastic sheet limiting groove 351 corresponding to the elastic sheet; the reset spring is sleeved with a control wire connecting rod, and two ends of the reset spring are respectively abutted to the handle and the ring. When the handle is pulled upwards, the sliding part moves upwards and pulls the control wire upwards, the tail end of the control wire moves towards the second side wall, the shifting part moves backwards, the turbine and the second driving gear rotate synchronously, and meanwhile, the elastic sheet outwards abuts against the elastic sheet limiting groove, so that the position of the handle is limited; when the handle is pressed downwards, the elastic sheet is pushed by the inner ring part, the elastic sheet is bent inwards and separated from the elastic limiting groove, the clutch moves forwards under the driving of the compression spring, and the turbine is separated from the second driving gear and matched with the first driving gear.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the wheel set mechanism 6 includes a first rotating shaft 61, a first swing link 62, a first axle 64, a second rotating shaft 65, a second swing link 66, a second axle 67 and an axle link 68; the first rotating shaft 61 is rotatably mounted on one side of the fixing frame, a first chain wheel 611 and a second chain wheel 612 are fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft 61, and the first chain wheel 611 is in transmission connection with the first driving gear 22 through a first chain; two ends of the first swing link 62 are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft 61 and the first wheel axle 64; the front end and the rear end of the first wheel shaft 64 are both provided with a first traveling wheel 642, the first wheel shaft 64 is fixedly provided with a third chain wheel 641, and the third chain wheel 641 is in transmission connection with the second chain wheel 612 through a second chain; the second rotating shaft 65 is rotatably mounted on the other side of the fixing frame, second traveling wheels 671 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the second wheel shaft 67, a fourth chain wheel is fixedly arranged on the second wheel shaft 67, and the fourth chain wheel is in transmission connection with the second driving gear through a third chain; two ends of the second swing link 66 are respectively connected to the second rotating shaft 65 and the second wheel axle 67, and the wheel axle connecting rod 68 is connected to the first wheel axle 64 and the second wheel axle 67, so as to realize synchronous lifting of the first wheel axle 64 and the second wheel axle 67. When the automobile chassis is installed, the extending direction of the wheel axle is parallel to the front and back direction of the automobile. When the first driving gear rotates, the first wheel shaft 64 rotates, and the moving device can move transversely. When the second driving gear rotates, the second rotating shaft 65 rotates along with the second driving gear to drive the second swing rod 66 to swing, so that the wheel set mechanism 6 is lifted, and when the second driving gear is not used, the wheel set mechanism 6 can be folded, so that the walking wheel can normally run away from a ground vehicle.
The invention provides a manual worm gear and worm pipeline type control automobile transverse moving device, which has the following operation modes:
1. manually controlling the horizontal movement of the moving device:
as shown in fig. 11 and 15, the motor 5 is powered off, the handle 43 is pressed down, the clutch 24 moves forward under the action of the compression spring 40, the worm wheel 21 is synchronous with the first driving gear 22, and the second driving gear 23 is locked; rotating the handle 43 counterclockwise, the lever 34 presses against the first protrusion 3321 of the pawl 332, so that the first ratchet teeth 3323 engage with the ratchet wheel 335, as shown in fig. 8, and the operating lever is pulled back and forth, so that the first driving gear 22 rotates forward, the first wheel shaft 64 and the first traveling wheel 642 are driven to rotate forward, and the device moves forward; rotating the handle 43 clockwise, the lever 34 presses against the second protrusion 3322 of the pawl 332, so that the second ratchet 3324 engages the ratchet wheel 335, as shown in fig. 9, and the lever is pulled back and forth, and the first driving gear 22 rotates in reverse; the first axle 64 and the first road wheel 642 are driven in reverse rotation and the device moves in reverse.
2. Manually controlling the mobile device to ascend and descend:
as shown in fig. 12 and 16, the motor 5 is powered off, the handle 43 is pulled up, the operating wire 47 pulls the toggle piece backwards to enable the clutch 24 to move backwards, the worm wheel 21 is synchronous with the second driving gear 23, and the first driving gear 22 is locked; rotating the handle 43 counterclockwise, the shift lever 34 presses against the first protrusion 3321 of the pawl 332, so that the first ratchet 3323 engages with the ratchet 335, and pulling the operating lever back and forth, the second driving gear 23 rotates forward to drive the second rotating shaft 65 to rotate forward, the swing end of the second swing link 66 descends, the traveling wheel descends, i.e. the moving device is opened, and the vehicle can be jacked up, as shown in fig. 1.
After use, the handle 43 is rotated clockwise, the lever 34 is pressed against the second protrusion 3322 of the pawl 332, so that the second ratchet 3324 engages with the ratchet 335, the operating lever is pulled back and forth, the second driving gear 23 rotates reversely to drive the second rotating shaft 65 to rotate reversely, the swinging end of the second swing rod 66 is lifted, the traveling wheel is lifted, and the mobile device is retracted, as shown in fig. 17.
3. The motor controls the mobile device to move horizontally:
rotating the handle to the neutral position misaligns the pawl 332 and ratchet 335, as in FIG. 7, where operating the lever does not affect the worm gear movement; the handle 43 is pressed downwards, the clutch 24 moves forwards under the action of the compression spring 40, the worm wheel 21 is synchronous with the first driving gear 22, and the second driving gear 23 is locked; the motor 5 is operated to rotate forward, the first driving gear 22 rotates forward, the device moves forward, and the motor 5 rotates backward, the first driving gear 22 rotates backward, the device moves backward.
4. The motor controls the mobile device to lift:
rotating the handle to the neutral position causes the pawl 332 and ratchet 335 to be misaligned, and operating the lever does not affect the worm gear movement; the handle 43 is pulled upwards, the operating wire 47 pulls the toggle piece backwards to enable the clutch 24 to move backwards, the worm wheel 21 is synchronous with the second driving gear 23, and the first driving gear 22 is locked; the motor 5 is operated to rotate forwards, the second driving gear 23 rotates forwards along with the motor, the second rotating shaft 65 is driven to rotate forwards, the swinging end of the second swing rod 66 descends, the traveling wheels descend, and the moving device is opened as shown in fig. 1; when the motor 5 is operated to rotate reversely, the second driving gear 23 rotates reversely, the swing end of the second swing rod 66 is lifted, the traveling wheels are lifted, and the mobile device is retracted, as shown in fig. 17.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. Manual electronic dual-purpose worm gear worm pipeline formula control car lateral shifting device, its characterized in that includes:
the fixing frame is provided with a first side wall, a second side wall, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged in a front-back opposite mode;
the gear driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a worm gear, a first driving gear, a second driving gear and a clutch; the rotating shaft is arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall; the worm wheel is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft; the first driving gear and the second driving gear are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the worm wheel and rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft; the clutch can be movably arranged on the worm gear back and forth and is used for controlling the worm gear to switch among three states of synchronous rotation with the first driving gear, staggering with the first driving gear and the second driving gear and synchronous rotation with the second driving gear;
the worm wheel control mechanism comprises a mounting shaft, a worm, a control lever and a motor; the mounting shaft is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end penetrates through the first connecting rod, and the second end is mounted on the second connecting rod; the worm is fixedly arranged on the mounting shaft and is meshed with the worm wheel, and one end of the operating lever is arranged on the mounting shaft and is used for driving the mounting shaft to rotate; the motor is arranged on the fixed frame and positioned on one side of the worm wheel and drives the mounting shaft to rotate;
a clutch operating mechanism including a compression spring, a handle, and an operating wire; the compression spring is abutted between the second driving gear and the clutch; the handle is sleeved at the upper end of the operating rod in a vertically sliding manner, the operating wire penetrates through the operating rod, one end of the operating wire is connected with the poking part, the other end of the operating wire is connected with the handle, and the operating wire is driven by lifting of the handle to enable the clutch to move back and forth, so that the turbine is controlled to be switched between two states of synchronous rotation with the first driving gear and synchronous rotation with the second driving gear;
the wheel set mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft, a first swing rod, a first wheel axle, a second rotating shaft, a second swing rod, a second wheel axle and a wheel axle connecting rod; the first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the fixing frame, a first chain wheel and a second chain wheel are fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft, and the first chain wheel is in transmission connection with the first driving gear through a first chain; two ends of the first swing rod are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft and the first wheel shaft; the front end and the rear end of the first wheel shaft are respectively provided with a first travelling wheel, the first wheel shaft is fixedly provided with a third chain wheel, and the third chain wheel is in transmission connection with the second chain wheel through a second chain; the second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the other side of the fixing frame, second traveling wheels are arranged at the front end and the rear end of a second wheel shaft, a fourth chain wheel is fixedly arranged on the second wheel shaft, and the fourth chain wheel is in transmission connection with the second driving gear through a third chain; two ends of the second swing rod are respectively connected with the second rotating shaft and the second wheel shaft, and the wheel shaft connecting rod of the second swing rod is connected with the first wheel shaft and the second wheel shaft.

The manual and electric dual-purpose worm gear and worm pipeline type control automobile transverse moving device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clutch comprises a first disc body, a second disc body and a disc body connecting rod; the first disk body is arranged between the worm wheel and the first driving gear, is provided with a first gear ring matched with the first driving gear, and is provided with a second gear ring matched with the first gear ring; the second disc body is arranged between the worm wheel and the second driving gear, and is provided with a third gear ring matched with the second driving gear, and the second driving gear is provided with a fourth gear ring matched with the third gear ring; the disk body connecting rod can penetrate through the worm wheel in a front-back sliding mode, and two ends of the disk body connecting rod are connected with the first disk body and the second disk body respectively.
