The height direction of the locking part 303 is less than or equal to the distance between the two first guide planes 302, but the locking part is required to be longitudinally matched with the locking groove 430 and the unlocking part 220; the width of the locking portion 303 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the lock pin 300 and is equal to or smaller than the width of the locking groove 430; to ensure reliable unlocking, the length of the overlapping edge of the locking portion 303 and the locking groove 430 is smaller than the depth of the groove of the unlocking portion 220 of the handle connecting plate 200 in the radial direction.
The operation principle of the locking mechanism of the manual height adjusting device for the automobile seat of the invention is described in the following with reference to fig. 11 to 16:
referring to fig. 11 and 12, the locking mechanism of the manual height adjusting device for the automobile seat according to the present invention has the following locking/locking principle:
when the handle connecting plate 200 is returned, the V-shaped groove notch of the unlocking part 220 on the handle connecting plate 200 is aligned with the locking part 303 on the lock pin 300, and the lock pin 300 is linearly moved radially toward the rotation center direction of the lock disc 400 by the spring 320, wherein the lock pin 300 is not rotated in the circumferential direction due to the sliding fit of the first guide plane 302 on the lock pin 300 and the second guide plane 131a in the lock pin hole 131. When the locking part 303 of the lock pin 300 is just right opposite to one locking groove 430 on the locking disc 400, the lock pin 300 extends out of the lock pin hole 131 under the action of the spring 320 to normally fall and lock, and the locking part 303 of the lock pin 300 is embedded into one locking groove 430 on the locking disc 400 to lock the circumferential rotation of the locking disc 400; and the locking part 303 of the locking pin 300 is also received in the V-shaped groove of the unlocking part 220 of the handle connecting plate 200 and contacts with the groove wall 221 of the V-shaped groove. When the lock pin 300 is not locked, once the brake shaft 110 of the brake member 100 rotates, the lock plate 400 integrated with the brake shaft 110 rotates synchronously, and when the lock plate 400 rotates to a normal lock-falling state, the locking portion 303 of the lock pin 300 normally falls in the above manner, and the locking portion 303 of the lock pin 300 is inserted into one of the locking grooves 430 of the lock plate 400 to lock the circumferential rotation of the lock plate 400.
When the locking is performed, the reverse driving torque from the brake shaft 110 causes the locking disc 400 to have a tendency to rotate relative to the lock pin 300, and the locking portion 303 of the lock pin 300 inserted into the locking groove 430 of the locking disc 400 provides a circumferential component force to prevent the brake shaft 110 from being reversely rotated.
Referring to fig. 13 to 16, the unlocking principle of the locking mechanism of the manual height adjusting device for the automobile seat of the invention is as follows:
the handle directly drives the handle coupling plate 200, and the handle coupling plate 200 first idles against the brake shaft 110 while the brake shaft 110 and the locking disc 400 do not rotate. The groove wall 221 of the V-shaped groove of the unlocking part 220 on the handle connecting plate 200 applies an outward component force to the locking part 303 on the lock pin 300, so that the lock pin 300 moves backwards after overcoming the resistance of the spring 320, gradually withdraws from the locking groove 430 on the locking disc 400 and retracts into the lock pin hole 131 to complete unlocking, and during the backward movement of the lock pin 300, the lock pin 300 cannot rotate around the circumferential direction due to the mutual sliding fit of the first guide plane 302 on the lock pin 300 and the second guide plane 131a in the lock pin hole 131.
After the unlocking is completed, the outer convex arc 241 of the unlocking holding portion 240 abuts on the locking portion 303 and always abuts the lock pin 300 in the lock pin hole 131 through the locking portion 303, thereby holding the lock pin 300 in the unlocked state. After unlocking, the action of firstly unlocking and then driving from the handle connecting plate 200 to the brake shaft 110 at high adjustment can be realized.
An important feature of the present invention is: there is a certain idle stroke before the handle coupling plate 200 drives the brake shaft 110 to rotate, and the unlocking stroke of the locking pin 300 is designed to be smaller than the idle stroke. That is, the handle connecting plate 200 idles relative to the brake shaft 110 during a period from the initial unlocking state to the completion of unlocking, and drives the unlocking portion 220 to drive the lock pin 300 to move away from the lock disc 400 against the resistance of the elasticity 320 until the locking portion 303 completely exits from a lock groove 430 on the lock disc 400, so as to unlock the circumferential rotation of the lock disc 400; after the unlocking is completed, the brake shaft 110 is rotated in synchronization with the handle link plate 200 and the locking disc 400.

Claims (17)

1. at least one lock pin which is configured on the brake component in a linear sliding mode, wherein one end of the lock pin, which faces the lock disc, is provided with at least one locking part, and in a locking state, the lock pin moves towards the lock disc under the action of elastic force, so that the at least one locking part is embedded into at least one locking groove on the lock disc to lock the circumferential rotation of the lock disc;
the center of the handle connecting plate is provided with a spline hole matched with the spline, and the handle connecting plate is directly provided with at least one unlocking part; at least one locking part of the lock pin is embedded into at least one locking groove on the locking disc, and when the circumferential rotation of the locking disc is locked, the lock pin is simultaneously coupled into the unlocking part; in a period from an initial unlocking state to completion of unlocking of the handle connecting plate, the handle connecting plate idles relative to the brake shaft and simultaneously drives the unlocking part to drive the lock pin to overcome elastic resistance to move towards a direction far away from the locking disc until the locking part completely exits from a locking groove on the locking disc, and the circumferential rotation of the locking disc is unlocked; after unlocking is completed, the brake shaft, the handle connecting plate and the locking disc synchronously rotate;
the locking groove is trapezoidal, and the locking part is rectangular; the locking surfaces on two sides of the locking groove are symmetrically arranged relative to the central plane of the locking groove, the included angle alpha between each locking surface and the central plane is less than 5.7 degrees, and a locking part on a lock pin inserted into the locking groove of the locking disc can provide a circumferential component force to prevent the brake shaft from rotating reversely; the length of the overlap edge of the locking part and the locking groove is required to be smaller than the radial depth of the groove of the unlocking part of the handle connecting plate;
the handle connecting plate is also provided with at least one unlocking retaining part, the unlocking retaining part is connected with the unlocking part in a penetrating manner, and the unlocking retaining part retains the lock pin in an unlocked state after the lock pin is unlocked; each locking part of the locking pin is at least divided into two parts, namely a first locking part and at least one second locking part, wherein the first locking part is matched with an unlocking part on the handle connecting plate to unlock and is matched with the unlocking holding part to unlock and hold after unlocking, and the second locking part is matched with a locking groove on the locking disc to lock.

6. The locking mechanism of claim 5, wherein the number of the second locking portions is two, and when the locking mechanism is locked, the two second locking portions are simultaneously received in the two locking grooves of the locking plate.

The manual high-adjustment device locking mechanism for automobile seats as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking groove is disposed on the outer periphery of the locking disc adjacent to the locking pin, and the unlocking portion and the unlocking maintaining portion are disposed on the outer periphery of the handle connecting plate adjacent to the locking pin.
