The working principle of the invention is as follows: the bamboo works are designed into four-side or polygonal bamboo works by fixedly connecting the two ends of the workpiece of the combined bamboo chip leveling supporting plate 7 on a rack panel 14 according to the angle of the replaceable arc angle 3 through screw rods at the two ends of the workpiece, arranging the middle parts of a plurality of bamboo chips with corresponding lengths in parallel, fastening the movable bamboo chip fastening clamp 4 with the combined bamboo chip leveling supporting plate 7, then tightening the distance between the two ends of the bamboo chips, the movable bamboo chip fastening clamp 4 and a large bending and pulling belt of the bamboo chips to tighten the two ends of the bamboo chips, and manufacturing the largest bamboo workpiece by using a smallest bamboo hot bending molding carbonization groove; respectively inserting and placing a canvas corner bending block 9 for bamboo skin protection and a bandage stretching and bending bamboo device 1 on a rack panel 14 to appropriate positions required by two modeling bottom corners at the bottom edge and two ends of an upper bamboo tail of a bamboo bending machine by using round steel bars in a sleeving manner; any bamboo piece is suitable for hot bending processing from the middle to the two tail ends; then, the fastened bamboo chips and the rack are placed into a bent bamboo water tank 5 together, the arc angle of the bamboo chips is softened by boiling water and can be changed for about 3 minutes, the softened bamboo chips are pulled and bent in place by a bandage pulling and bending bamboo device 1, then the bamboo chips which are heated and bent in place are fastened and fixed on a combined bamboo chip leveling supporting plate 7 by a movable bamboo chip fastening clamp 4, and N angles with different sizes required by the hot bent bamboo chip modeling are repeated; hot bending and fastening the bamboo chips into required bamboo chip bodies, moving the bamboo chip bodies together with a bamboo bending machine into a bamboo chip dyeing box 8, softening the dyed bamboo chips by boiling water, and dyeing the bamboo chips for 5-30 minutes by boiling water according to the dyeing depth of the bamboo chips; similarly, a workpiece colored by boiling water is moved into a carbonization box 2 together with a rack to be made into bamboo chips for corrosion prevention, insect prevention, tempering, carbonization and shaping for ten minutes, so that the processing is finished, the bamboo chips are conveniently pulled and fixed by bending a bamboo bandage 6 and a bamboo chip pulling and tearing belt 10, after the processing is finished, the bamboo chips are polished by a cleaning component 12 and a processing component 13 on one side of a workbench 11, the bamboo chips are placed on the inner side of a positioning clamping plate 132 on the top end surface of an installation bottom plate 131, the bamboo chips are closely fixed by a positioning screw, the guide sleeve 135 slides on the outer side of a guide rod 133, so that after the height of a driving motor 137 is adjusted, a locking stud 136 is screwed, the guide sleeve 135 is fixed on the outer side of the guide rod 133, the guide sleeve 135 can be limited by a limiting seat 134, when the driving motor 137 works, a polishing grinding wheel 139 is driven to rotate by a driving shaft 138, so that the polishing wheel 139, in the polishing process, electric putter 121 works, promotes extension rod 122 and goes up and down to move, thereby drive dust catcher 125 through erection support 123 and mount 124 and remove, can clean the piece that produces through dust absorption pipe 126 with polishing, thereby improve clear convenience, reduce dust pollution.
