Abstract
The invention discloses a round bar polishing device which comprises an upper abutting device, a lower abutting device, a driving motor, a driving wheel, a material conveyor, a first material conveying pipe, a second material conveying pipe, a material collecting bin, a third material conveying pipe, a first semi-circular plate, a second semi-circular plate, a first transverse cylinder, a second transverse cylinder, a first hose and a second hose. Compared with the prior art, the polishing device can efficiently polish the round bar.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to polishing equipment, in particular to round bar polishing equipment.
Background
The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuator which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and performs linear reciprocating motion (or swinging motion). It has simple structure and reliable operation. When it is used to implement reciprocating motion, it can omit speed-reducing device, and has no transmission gap, and its motion is stable, so that it can be extensively used in various mechanical hydraulic systems. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is in direct proportion to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides of the effective area; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder cover, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffering device and an exhaust device. When the hydraulic cylinder is produced and processed, the outer wall of the piston rod (round bar) needs to be polished, but the polishing efficiency of the existing polishing equipment is low.
