Abstract
The invention discloses a laser wire-adding welding machine which comprises a laser welding gun and a laser welding gun nozzle arranged at the end of the laser welding gun, wherein the laser welding gun comprises a laser generator and a laser channel pipe, the head of the laser generator is provided with a focusing lens, one end of the laser welding gun nozzle is communicated with the laser channel pipe, the other end of the laser welding gun nozzle is provided with a deep through hole, and the deep through hole is a narrow rectangular through hole. According to the invention, under the condition that the laser light source of the laser generator is not influenced, the rectangular through hole is arranged, so that particles exploded by welding wires during laser welding can be reduced to the maximum degree to be shot into the laser channel tube with the laser welding gun, and the deep through hole is arranged, so that the travel distance of the exploded particles in the laser welding nozzle is further prolonged, the exploded particles are more difficult to enter the laser channel tube, and the effect of protecting a focus lens is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laser welding equipment, in particular to a laser wire-adding welding machine.
Background
In laser welding, high-energy laser pulses are used for locally heating materials in micro-areas, energy radiated by laser is diffused into the materials through heat conduction, and the materials are melted to form a specific molten pool. The novel welding mode is mainly used for welding thin-wall materials and precise parts, spot welding, butt welding, stitch welding, seal welding and the like can be realized, the depth-width ratio is high, the width of a welding seam is small, a heat affected zone is small, deformation is small, the welding speed is high, the welding seam is flat and attractive, treatment is not needed or only simple treatment is needed after welding, the welding seam is high in quality, free of air holes, capable of being accurately controlled, small in focusing light spot, high in positioning accuracy and easy to realize automation.
When the existing laser welding machine carries out laser welding, particles after a welding wire bursts can be adhered to a focus lens, the high temperature of the particles melts an optical film on the focus lens, the particles are heated by laser light energy at high temperature continuously along with the continuation of laser operation, the temperature of the particles is increased to continuously melt a polishing film on the focus lens and transparent glass of the focus lens, the high laser intensity is continuously weakened, and therefore the laser welding intensity is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a laser wire-adding welding machine, which prevents particles generated after a welding wire bursts from entering a laser channel tube to damage a focusing lens by arranging a thin and narrow rectangular deep through hole.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a laser wire welding machine which comprises a laser welding gun and a laser welding gun nozzle arranged at the end of the laser welding gun, wherein the laser welding gun comprises a laser generator and a laser channel tube, a focusing lens is arranged at the head of the laser generator, one end of the laser welding gun nozzle is communicated with the laser channel tube, the other end of the laser welding gun nozzle is provided with a deep through hole, and the deep through hole is a narrow rectangular through hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting end of the laser welding nozzle and the laser channel tube is provided with a circular boss, the circular boss is inserted into the laser channel tube, and the circular boss is in clearance fit connection with the laser channel tube.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the width of the rectangular through hole is 2 to 5 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the laser welding gun further comprises a spiral channel which is arranged in the tube wall of the laser channel tube and extends along the tube wall direction, one end of the spiral channel is communicated with a gas guide tube arranged outside the laser channel tube, and the other end of the spiral channel is communicated with the laser welding gun nozzle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of spiral channels are disposed in a tube wall of the laser channel tube, and the plurality of spiral channels are not communicated with each other.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the focusing lens is detachably mounted on the head of the laser generator, a mounting hole is formed on one side of the head of the laser generator, a focusing lens holder is inserted into the mounting hole, the focusing lens is placed in the focusing lens holder, and the focusing lens holder is fixed on the laser generator by screw locking.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the focusing lens frame further comprises a lens cover disposed thereon, and the focusing lens is disposed on the lens cover.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laser channel tube is further provided with a wire feeding frame outside, the wire feeding frame is provided with a wire feeding tube, and a welding wire passes through the wire feeding tube.

according to the invention, the laser welding nozzle is additionally arranged at the end of the original laser welding gun, the narrow rectangular deep through hole is formed in the laser welding nozzle, the original larger circular through hole is changed into the narrow rectangular deep through hole, under the condition of not influencing the laser light source of the laser generator, the rectangular through hole can reduce the particles of welding wire explosion during laser welding to the maximum degree to enter the laser channel tube with the laser welding gun, and the deep through hole is formed, so that the travel distance of the exploded particles in the laser welding nozzle is further prolonged, the exploded particles are more difficult to enter the laser channel tube, and the effect of protecting a focusing lens is achieved.

Specifically, a circle of spiral channels 8 surrounding the tube wall is arranged in the laser channel tube 2, the spiral channels 8 can be communicated with a horizontal gas guide tube 9, and the spiral channels 8 can enhance the pressure of the strong flow gas.

The high light intensity of the focusing lens 4 is ensured by periodically replacing the focusing lens 4 used for a long time, as shown in fig. 4, the focusing lens 4 is detachably mounted at the head of a laser generator 1, a mounting hole 10 is formed in one side of the head of the laser generator 1, a focusing lens frame 11 is inserted into the mounting hole 10, a lens cover 12 is arranged on the focusing lens frame 11, the focusing lens 4 is arranged on the lens cover 12, the focusing lens frame 11 can slide in the mounting hole 10, the focusing lens frame 11 is rapidly replaced by inserting and pulling the focusing lens frame 11 into the mounting hole 10, the focusing lens frame 11 is locked and fixed on the laser generator 1 through a screw 13, the screw 13 is screwed when the laser generator 1 works, so that the focusing lens frame 11 is locked and fixed, and when the focusing lens 4 needs to be replaced, the screw 13 is unscrewed, the focusing lens holder 11 is pulled out from the mounting hole 10, and the focusing lens 4 on the focusing lens holder 11 is replaced.
