The forming die for preventing stainless steel pipes from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 1, wherein the pre-bending die assembly comprises: bending lower mould (5) and prepressing bending upper mould (6) in advance, bending lower mould (5) in advance sets up on cover half fixed plate (2), prepressing bending upper mould (6) set up on movable mould roof (3) and with prepressing bending lower mould (5) symmetrical arrangement.
3. The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 2, wherein the contact surfaces of the pre-press bending lower die (5) and the pre-press bending upper die (6) are S-shaped curved surfaces which are matched with each other.
4. The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 3, wherein the inner sides of the contact surfaces of the pre-bending lower die (5) and the pre-bending upper die (6) are respectively and correspondingly provided with pre-pressing forming grooves (7).

The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 4, wherein the stretching deformation-resistant member (4) is arranged in the pre-pressing forming groove (7) at a certain interval, and the stretching deformation-resistant member (4) is a hard metal block-shaped protrusion.

The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the forming assembly comprises: fill shape lower mould (8) and fill and shape last mould (9), fill shape lower mould (8) and set up on cover half fixed plate (2), fill and shape last mould (9) set up on the lower terminal surface of movable mould roof (3), and with fill shape lower mould (8) symmetrical arrangement.

The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 6, wherein forming and shaping grooves (10) are symmetrically formed in the lower filling die (8) and the upper filling die (9), respectively, and the shapes of the forming and shaping grooves (10) are consistent with the external shapes of the pipe fittings to be processed.
8. The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of ejector pins (11) are arranged in the lower filling-forming die (8).
9. The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 8, wherein a plurality of arc-shaped matching grooves are formed in the upper end face of the lower filling-shaped die (8), a plurality of arc-shaped convex blocks are arranged on the lower end face of the upper filling-shaped die (9), and the arc-shaped convex blocks are matched with the arc-shaped matching grooves.
10. The forming die for preventing the stainless steel pipe from cracking and wrinkling according to claim 1, wherein the liquid filling pressure of the hydraulic filling member (12) is 0-30 MPa.
