The invention discloses a mineral crushing device in mining industry, which comprises a crushing chamber, an upper filter screen, a mounting plate, an L-shaped rod, an air pressure rod, a crushing disc, a rotary disc, crushing pieces, a lower filter screen, a taper plate, a discharge pipe and supporting legs, wherein the upper filter screen is arranged on the crushing chamber; the material crushing device has the advantages of reasonable and simple structure, low production cost, convenient installation and complete functions, the material is placed on the upper filter screen, the air pressure rod drives the crushing disc to press downwards for crushing, the material passes through the upper filter screen and reaches the lower filter screen, the crushing sheet on the rotary disc is crushed, and finally the material is separated from the discharge pipe.

Preferably, the upper filter screen and the lower filter screen are both metal filter screens.
Preferably, the lower filter screen is arc-shaped.
