5. The suction mud scraper for environmental protection engineering according to claim 4, further comprising:
the first chute plate (19) is arranged in the middle of the side part of the settling tank (1) right above the mud pump (2);
the third sliding block (20) is arranged on the first sliding groove plate (19) in a sliding mode;
a collecting frame (21) is arranged on the third sliding block (20), the collecting frame (21) is matched with the concave part of the settling tank (1), and a water outlet hole matched with the mud pump (2) is formed in the collecting frame (21);
a second fixed block (22), wherein the lower part of the third sliding block (20) is provided with the second fixed block (22);
the guide wheels (23) are symmetrically arranged on the upper part of the side wall of the settling tank (1);
the lower parts of the first guide rods (10) on the two outer side walls of the settling tank (1) are provided with second chute plates (24);
the fourth sliding block (25) is arranged in the second sliding groove plate (24) in a sliding manner;
the pull rope (26) is arranged on the fourth sliding block (25), and the pull rope (26) is connected with the second fixing block (22) on the same side by bypassing the guide wheel (23).

the middle part of the side wall of the collecting frame (21) is provided with a second guide rod (27);
a fifth sliding block (28), wherein the second guide rod (27) is provided with the fifth sliding block (28) in a sliding manner;
the fifth sliding block (28) is provided with a scraper (29);
and a third elastic piece (30) is arranged between the fifth sliding block (28) and the side wall of the collecting frame (21).
7. The suction mud scraper for environmental protection engineering according to claim 6, further comprising:
the second guide sleeves (31) are arranged on the second sliding blocks (11);
the wedge block (32) is arranged in the second guide sleeve (31) in a sliding manner;
a fourth elastic piece (33), wherein the fourth elastic piece (33) is arranged between the wedge block (32) and the second guide sleeve (31);
and a fourth fixing rod (34) is arranged on each fourth sliding block (25), and the fourth fixing rods (34) are matched with the wedge-shaped blocks (32).
