本发明公开了一种成人尿裤及其工艺方法，外层无纺布的上面依次敷设有透气膜、内层无纺布、木浆、高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉、高分子、导流无纺布和面料无纺布；透气膜粘合于外层无纺布的结构胶上，内层无纺布粘合于透气膜的结构胶上，内层无纺布上面的结构胶上覆盖木浆，并在木浆上依次覆盖高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉和高分子；高分子的表面喷洒结构胶，并覆盖有导流无纺布；导流无纺布上面覆盖面料无纺布。本发明与传统纸尿裤相比，大大减少成人尿裤的厚度，增强使用舒适度，提高了尿液的扩散性能，减少漏尿发生，而中草药的天然的消炎灭菌功能，具有了防止湿疹褥疮的发生功能。适应在线复合整体制作，大大地降低了生产制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品，特别涉及一种用于成人的尿裤及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有的纸尿裤结构是采用木浆粉碎加高分子材料复合而成的，一般都比较厚，当吸满了尿液后，当行走时，这种纸尿裤内的木浆和高分子材料会成为一团一团并构成吸水层，而且非常容易断裂。另外传统的纸尿裤没有护理保健性能，长期使用会给人们的臀部皮肤造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种成人尿垫及其制作工艺，其目的是防止高分子层吸水后出现断裂，使高分子材料保持均衡分布，增强成人尿垫的护理保健性能，保护使用者的皮肤不受伤害，同时降低产品厚度和生产成本。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现。一种成人尿裤，包括外层无纺布，所述外层无纺布的上面依次敷设有透气膜、内层无纺布、木浆、高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉、高分子、导流无纺布和面料无纺布；所述外层无纺布、透气膜、内层无纺布、木浆、高分子和导流无纺布的内表面均喷有结构胶；外层无纺布通过结构胶与透气膜贴合；透气膜通过结构胶与内层无纺布贴合；高分子通过结构胶与导流无纺布贴合；导流无纺布通过结构胶与面料无纺布贴合；内层无纺布的两侧包裹有木浆、高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉、高分子和导流无纺布的外侧边。
优选地，所述高分子中草药混合物是在高分子材料中掺入中草药的混合物，且高分子材料与中草药的比例为100︰5。
优选地，所述中草药包括艾叶、益母草、金银花、黄连、黄柏、车前子或蒲公英的粉末，以及其中至少二种以上的混合物。
一种成人尿垫的工艺方法，其制作步骤如下：
1）首先放置外层无纺布并在上面喷洒结构胶；
2）将透气膜粘合于外层无纺布的结构胶上，并在透气膜上面喷洒结构胶；
3）将内层无纺布粘合于透气膜的结构胶上，并在内层无纺布上面喷洒结构胶；
4）在内层无纺布上面的结构胶上覆盖木浆，并在木浆上依次覆盖高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉和高分子；
5）在高分子的表面喷洒结构胶，并覆盖导流无纺布；
6）最后在导流无纺布上面喷洒结构胶后覆盖面料无纺布。
本发明与传统纸尿裤相比，大大减少成人尿裤的厚度，增强使用舒适度，提高了尿液的扩散性能，减少漏尿发生，而中草药的天然的消炎灭菌功能，具有了防止湿疹褥疮的发生功能。适应在线复合整体制作，大大地降低了生产制造成本。

以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。参见图1至图3，一种成人尿裤，包括两端设置有折翼的外层无纺布1，其特征在于，所述外层无纺布1两侧边沿设置有松紧带，在外层无纺布1的上面依次敷设有透气膜2、内层无纺布3、木浆4、高分子中草药混合物5、蓬松棉6、高分子7、导流无纺布8和面料无纺布9；所述外层无纺布1、透气膜2、内层无纺布3、木浆4、高分子7和导流无纺布8的内表面均喷有结构胶；外层无纺布1通过结构胶与透气膜2贴合；透气膜2通过结构胶与内层无纺布3贴合；高分子7通过结构胶与导流无纺布8贴合；导流无纺布8通过结构胶与面料无纺布9贴合；上述结构胶采用德国汉高结构胶（2847E）。内层无纺布3的两侧包裹有木浆4、高分子中草药混合物5、蓬松棉6、高分子7和导流无纺布8的外侧边。高分子中草药混合物5高分子中掺入中草药的混合物，其中高分子与中草药的比例为100︰5。掺入的中草药包括艾叶、益母草、金银花、黄连、黄柏、车前子或蒲公英的粉末，以及其中至少二种以上的混合物。

其中，中草药可以是艾叶、益母草、金银花、黄连、黄柏、车前子或蒲公英的粉末，以及其中至少二种以上的混合物。
实施例：本发明具体制作工艺过程详细描述如下：用宽450mm外层无纺布1铺在最下层，并在上面喷涂德国汉高结构胶（2847E），接着铺上15 g左右平面呈“葫芦型”的木浆4后，铺洒下层宽180mm、重7 g的吸水高分子材料，然后覆盖一层宽180mm的蓬松棉5并喷涂热熔胶水6后，再铺洒上层宽180mm、重8 g的吸水高分子7材料。然后覆盖宽180mm的导流无纺布8，并喷涂结构胶胶水9后，用最下层450mm无纺布10通过包覆轮把整个吸收体包覆起来。然后用定制的弧形刀具把半成品吸收体的两边空余无纺布料切除掉，从而形成一种完整的成人尿垫吸收体成品（图1）。

1.一种成人尿裤，包括外层无纺布，其特征在于，所述外层无纺布的上面依次敷设有透气膜、内层无纺布、木浆、高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉、高分子、导流无纺布和面料无纺布；所述外层无纺布、透气膜、内层无纺布、木浆、高分子和导流无纺布的内表面均喷有结构胶；外层无纺布通过结构胶与透气膜贴合；透气膜通过结构胶与内层无纺布贴合；高分子通过结构胶与导流无纺布贴合；导流无纺布通过结构胶与面料无纺布贴合；内层无纺布的两侧包裹有木浆、高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉、高分子和导流无纺布的外侧边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成人尿裤，其特征在于，所述高分子中草药混合物是高分子中掺入中草药的混合物，且高分子材料与中草药的比例为100︰5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的成人尿裤，其特征在于，所述中草药包括艾叶、益母草、金银花、黄连、黄柏、车前子或蒲公英的粉末，以及其中至少二种以上的混合物。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的成人尿裤的工艺方法，其特征在于，其步骤如下：
1）首先放置外层无纺布并在上面喷洒结构胶；
2）将透气膜粘合于外层无纺布的结构胶上，并在透气膜上面喷洒结构胶；
3）将内层无纺布粘合于透气膜的结构胶上，并在内层无纺布上面喷洒结构胶；
4）在内层无纺布上面的结构胶上覆盖木浆，并在木浆上依次覆盖高分子中草药混合物、蓬松棉和高分子；
5）在高分子的表面喷洒结构胶，并覆盖导流无纺布；
6）最后在导流无纺布上面喷洒结构胶后覆盖面料无纺布。
