A female joint 18 is fixed at one end of the liquid inlet pipe 15 and the liquid outlet pipe 16 far away from the tooth support 11, and a male joint for sealing connection of the female joint 18 is fixed on the liquid outlet interface 221 and the liquid inlet interface 222. Preferably, the male connector is a male luer connector and the female connector 18 is a female luer connector.
The refrigerant liquid circulating system is arranged in the cabinet body 21, a plurality of groups of refrigerant liquid supply assemblies 22 are arranged at the upper part of the cabinet body 21, and four corners at the bottom of the cabinet body 21 are provided with walking wheels 27 and/or adjustable supporting legs 28. The height of the cabinet 21 at four corners can be adjusted by the four adjustable supporting feet 28, so that the cabinet can be placed more stably. The travelling wheels 27 can facilitate the movement of the cabinet 21.
The cabinet body 21 is embedded with a liquid receiving tank 23, the liquid receiving tank 23 is positioned below the refrigerant liquid supply assembly 22, and a pipeline can be installed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving tank 23 and is introduced into the refrigerant liquid circulating system, so that refrigerant liquid leaked from the refrigerant liquid supply assembly 22 in the use process can be collected through the liquid receiving tank 23 and then recycled into the refrigerant liquid circulating system.
The refrigerant fluid circulation system includes a refrigerant fluid storage tank 211 and a refrigeration system 212 for refrigerating the refrigerant fluid in the refrigerant fluid storage tank 211, and an internal circulation pump 213 is connected to the refrigerant fluid storage tank 211. The refrigerant fluid storage box 211 is internally provided with a temperature sensor which can detect the temperature of the refrigerant fluid stored inside in real time, when the refrigeration temperature requirement is not met, the internal circulation pump 213 can be opened through the master controller, and the refrigerant fluid is driven by the internal circulation pump 213 to circulate in the refrigeration system 212 until the refrigerant fluid reaches the target temperature.
The inner ends of the liquid outlet port 221 and the liquid inlet port 222 in each group of refrigerant liquid supply assemblies 22 are communicated with the refrigerant liquid storage tank 211 through a refrigerant liquid circulation pipeline, and the external circulation pump 214 is installed on the refrigerant liquid circulation pipeline and controls the circulation of the refrigerant liquid in the corresponding refrigerant liquid supply assembly 22 through the external circulation pump 214.
The refrigeration system 212 includes a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, an expansion valve, and an auxiliary refrigeration reservoir, a dry filter, a stop valve, a sight glass, and an electromagnetic valve, which are connected in sequence by pipes to form a closed system. The temperature control system arranged in the refrigerating system can refrigerate according to the input refrigerating temperature.
When the refrigerating system is working, the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor generated by the evaporator into the cylinder, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor is compressed by the compressor, and when the pressure is increased (the temperature is also increased) to be slightly more than the pressure in the condenser, the high-pressure refrigerant vapor in the cylinder is discharged into the condenser. The high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant vapor in the condenser exchanges heat with air (or normal-temperature water) with lower temperature to be condensed into liquid refrigerant, at the moment, the liquid refrigerant is cooled (decompressed) by an expansion valve and then enters an evaporator, and the liquid refrigerant is vaporized in the evaporator after absorbing the heat of a cooled object, so that refrigerant liquid is cooled, the refrigerant vapor is absorbed by a compressor, and a cycle is completed through four processes of compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation in a refrigerating system, so that the refrigerant liquid in a refrigerant storage box is refrigerated to the required temperature.
The method for using the shared oral cavity refrigerating system used by multiple persons comprises the following steps:
s1, the oral cavity cooler 1 which is sealed after being disinfected and sterilized is taken, female joints on a liquid inlet pipe 15 and a liquid outlet pipe 16 are connected to a liquid outlet interface 221 and a liquid inlet interface 222, then the dental stent 11 is contained in an oral cavity, an upper dental arch and a lower dental arch are occluded in an upper dental arch groove 11 and a lower dental arch groove 12, the position is adjusted to enable the dental stent 11 to be stably supported between the upper dental arch and the lower dental arch, a magnetic trigger 17 is slid to be sleeved on an induction lock 223, and finally a switch 224 is started to enable refrigerant liquid to circularly enter a refrigerant bag 12;
s2, judging whether the refrigerant liquid flows by observing whether the impeller 132 of the liquid feeding signal wheel 13 rotates, and if the impeller 132 does not rotate, replacing the refrigerant liquid supply assembly 22 and then performing step S1; if the impeller 132 rotates, the refrigerant fluid can smoothly enter the refrigerant bag 12 until the refrigeration time of the order is reached, and then the switch 224 is closed;
s3, the female connectors on the liquid inlet pipe 15 and the liquid outlet pipe 16 are detached from the male connectors of the liquid outlet interface 221 and the liquid inlet interface 222, and the used oral cavity cooler 1 is put into a medical garbage can.
Claims (10)
1. A shared oral cavity refrigerating system used by multiple persons is characterized by comprising an oral cavity cooler (1) and a refrigerating circulator (2); the oral cavity cooler (1) comprises a tooth support (11) and a flexible refrigerant bag (12) connected to the rear end of the tooth support (11), a liquid inlet pipe (15) and a liquid outlet pipe (16) which are communicated into the refrigerant bag (12) are fixed on the tooth support (11), and a magnetic trigger (17) is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe (15) or the liquid outlet pipe (16);
the refrigeration cycle machine (2) comprises a refrigerant liquid circulating system for storing refrigerant liquid and refrigerating refrigerant and a refrigerant liquid supply assembly (22) communicated with the refrigerant liquid circulating system, wherein the refrigerant liquid supply assembly (22) comprises a liquid outlet interface (221), a liquid inlet interface (222), an induction lock (223) and a switch (224), the liquid outlet interface (221) and the liquid inlet interface (222) supply the liquid inlet pipe (15) and the liquid outlet pipe (16) to be connected, the induction lock (223) supplies the magnetic trigger (17) to be connected, and the switch (224) is used for opening a circulating assembly arranged on the refrigerant liquid supply assembly (22) and a refrigerant liquid circulating system communicating pipeline.
2. Shared multi-user use shared oral refrigeration system according to claim 1, characterized in that the switch (224) is a push-button switch or a push-button switch equipped with a scanning payment system.

The multi-user shared oral cavity refrigerating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a liquid inlet signal wheel (13) is connected to the liquid inlet pipe (15) and/or the liquid outlet pipe (16), the liquid inlet signal wheel (13) comprises a pipe shell (131), an impeller (132) is rotatably arranged in the pipe shell (131), one end of the pipe shell (131) is sealed by a transparent cover (133), and refrigerant liquid in the liquid inlet pipe (15) and/or the liquid outlet pipe (16) tangentially flows into the impeller (132).

The multi-user shared oral cavity refrigerating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a breathing tube (14) penetrating the dental bracket (11) and the refrigerant bag (12) along the front and back direction is fixed on the dental bracket (11), the breathing tube (14) comprises a rigid flat tube (141) fixed on the dental bracket (11) and a flexible flat tube (142) fixed on the refrigerant bag (12), and the flexible flat tube (142) extends forwards from the rear end of the refrigerant bag (12) and is then hermetically connected with the rigid flat tube (141).
5. The multi-user shared oral cooling system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flexible flat tube (142) is integrally formed on the refrigerant bag (12).

The multi-user shared oral cavity refrigerating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic trigger (17) comprises a fixing plate (172) for fixing a magnetic block (171), the fixing plate (172) is slidably sleeved on the liquid inlet pipe (15) or the liquid outlet pipe (16), a concave hole (173) aligned with the magnetic block (171) is formed in the fixing plate (172), and a convex sensing portion for the concave hole (173) to be sleeved in is formed in the sensing lock (223).
7. The multi-user shared oral cavity refrigerating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a female joint (18) is fixed to one end of the liquid inlet pipe (15) and the liquid outlet pipe (16) far away from the dental bracket (11), and a male joint for the female joint (18) to be connected in a sealing manner is fixed to the liquid outlet port (221) and the liquid inlet port (222).

Shared oral cooling system for multiple users according to claim 1, wherein the coolant liquid circulation system and the coolant liquid supply assembly (22) are arranged on a cabinet (21), the bottom of the cabinet (21) being provided with walking wheels (27) and/or adjustable support feet (28).

The multi-user shared oral cavity refrigerating system according to claim 8, wherein a liquid receiving tank (23) is arranged on the cabinet body (21), the liquid receiving tank (23) is positioned below the refrigerant liquid supply assembly (22), and the liquid receiving tank (23) is communicated with the refrigerant liquid circulating system or is communicated with a waste liquid container.

s1, the oral cavity cooler (1) which is sealed after being disinfected and sterilized is taken, female joints on a liquid inlet pipe (15) and a liquid outlet pipe (16) are connected to a liquid outlet interface (221) and a liquid inlet interface (222), then a dental bracket (11) is contained in an oral cavity, the position of the dental bracket is adjusted to enable the dental bracket (11) to be stably supported between an upper dental arch and a lower dental arch, a magnetic trigger (17) is slid to enable the dental bracket to be sleeved on an induction lock (223), and finally a switch (224) is started to enable refrigerant liquid to circularly enter a refrigerant bag (12);
s2, judging whether the refrigerant liquid flows by observing whether the impeller (132) in the liquid feeding signal wheel (13) rotates, and if the impeller (132) does not rotate, replacing the refrigerant liquid supply assembly (22) and then performing the step S1; if the impeller (132) rotates, the refrigerant fluid can smoothly enter the refrigerant bag (12) until the refrigeration time of the order is reached, and the switch (224) is closed;
s3, detaching the female connectors on the liquid inlet pipe (15) and the liquid outlet pipe (16) from the male connectors of the liquid outlet interface (221) and the liquid inlet interface (222), and putting the used oral cavity cooler (1) into a medical garbage can.
