Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the various embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, is provided by way of illustration. Aside from the detailed description, this invention is capable of broad application in other embodiments and many variations and modifications of the embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention. In the description of the specification, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the invention; however, the present invention may be practiced without some or all of these specific details. In other instances, well-known steps or elements have not been described in detail so as not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention. The same or similar elements in the drawings will be denoted by the same or similar symbols. It is particularly noted that the drawings are merely schematic and do not represent actual sizes or quantities of elements, and that some of the details may not be fully drawn for clarity of the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a cup structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an inner cup 110, an outer cup 120, and a cup body 140, wherein the inner cup 110 is disposed in the outer cup 120, and the outer cup body 140 covers an opening of the inner cup 110 and an opening of the outer cup 120. The detailed structure thereof is explained as follows.
Referring also to fig. 2, the inner cup 110 has an inner surface 112, an outer surface 114 and a first opening 111, wherein a groove 116 is formed on the outer surface 114 of the inner cup 110 and is recessed inward from the outer surface 114 to the inner surface 112. In this embodiment, the recess 116 includes, but is not limited to, a bottom 118 extending from the first opening 111 to the inner cup 110.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the outer cup 120 has a receiving space 122 and a second opening 121, the receiving space 122 is used for receiving the inner cup 110 therein, and a fluid channel 130 is formed between the groove 116 of the inner cup 110 and the inner side of the receiving space 122. In addition, in an embodiment, a first suction hole 115 is formed at the first opening 111 and a second suction hole 117 is formed at the cup bottom 118, and the fluid channel 130 is formed among (the inner side surface of) the first suction hole 115, the second suction hole 117, the recess 116 and the accommodating space. And a drinking hole 142 is formed on the cup housing 140 to correspond to the position of the first suction hole 115. The assembled cup structure is shown in fig. 4, and in one embodiment, the hardness of the material of the inner cup 110 needs to be higher than that of the material of the outer cup 120. The material of the inner cup 110 includes, but is not limited to, plastic, silica gel, rubber, resin, metal, ceramic, paper, wood, plant fiber, natural mineral, or composite material. The material of the outer cup 120 may be elastic material, including but not limited to plastic, silica gel, rubber, resin, glass, metal, ceramic, paper, wood, plant fiber, natural mineral or composite material. The cup cover 140 is made of materials including, but not limited to, plastic, silicone, rubber, resin, glass, metal, ceramic, paper, wood, plant fiber, natural minerals, or composite materials. In another embodiment, the cup housing 140 may be a thin film body, or a thin film body may be further disposed in the cup housing 140, wherein a drinking opening cutting line is formed on the thin film body and is opposite to the first suction hole 115. The material of the inner cup body and the material of the outer cup body may be the same or different, but in principle, for the convenience of the user, the hardness of the material of the inner cup body needs to be harder than that of the outer cup body, and in addition, the material of the outer cup body 120 may be an elastic material. In another embodiment, the outer cup 120 may be a membrane and may be wrapped around the inner cup in a suitable manner.
In yet another embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the inner cup 110 includes a first inner cup 110A and a second inner cup 110B, and the first inner cup 110A and the second inner cup 110B are joined to form the inner cup 110. That is, in this embodiment, the inner cup 110 is not necessarily integrally formed, but may be used by assembling and joining two members, and the two members are separated, so that the inner cup is easier to clean and the separated members are easier to stack (see fig. 6A, 6B, and 6C). In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B, the first inner cup 110A includes a first fastener a 1; the second inner cup 110B has a second engagement member a 2; the first engaging member a1 and the second engaging member a2 are engaged with each other (see fig. 7A and 7B) or engaged with each other (see fig. 8A and 8B), but it is understood that the shapes of the engaging members are not limited to those shown in fig. 7A, 7B, 8A and 8B.
Accordingly, the aperture size of the fluid channel 130 can be designed according to the needs of the user. That is, the pore size of the fluid channel 130 can be designed differently for different users and drinks, for example: the common pipe diameter can be designed when a common user drinks common beverages; when the tea is drunk by children, the pipe diameter can be designed into a common pipe diameter or slightly smaller than the common pipe diameter; if a thick beverage is required to be drunk or other food materials are added to the beverage, for example, red beans, mung beans, coconut, pearls, small taro balls, fruit pulp, jades, vermicelli and other food materials are added, the aperture of the fluid channel 130 can be designed to be larger than the general tube diameter so as to be convenient for a user to drink. The shape of the fluid channel 130 is not limited to that shown in fig. 1 to 4, and may be as shown in fig. 9A to 9F or other shapes.
According to the cup body structure, the suction holes are formed at the two ends of the fluid channel, so that a user can conveniently suck and allow all substances in the cup body structure to be placed. In addition, the cup body structure can be made into a common environment-friendly cup or a disposable cup material of a beverage shop, for example, the common environment-friendly cup, the cup body structure has a good cleaning function, the inner cup body, the groove and the outer cup body can be easily cleaned only by pulling out the inner cup body, and the cup body structure is better than a common environment-friendly straw. Furthermore, the inner cup structure of the present invention can be divided into two parts for stacking.
In summary, in the cup body structure of the present invention, the fluid channel is formed in the cup body, and the suction holes are formed at both ends of the fluid channel, so that a user can conveniently suck all substances placed in the cup body structure.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical spirit and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the same, so as not to limit the scope of the present invention, i.e., all equivalent changes or modifications made in the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
