As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the locking device of the sliding drawer of the present invention is installed as follows: firstly, a self-tapping screw is adopted to pass through a through hole 116 on the locking seat 11 and a first mounting hole 122 on the mounting plate 12 to horizontally mount the locking component 1 on the left upper corner of the rear side of the drawer backboard 31 of the drawer 3, and after mounting, the end cap of the self-tapping screw is hidden in the first mounting hole 122, so that the left-right movement adjustment of the locking seat 11 on the mounting plate 12 is not hindered;
then, the mounting position of the limiting component 2 is determined on the inner side of the drawer bin side plate 41, the mounting position of the limiting component 2 can be ensured to be accurately butted with the locking pin 114 on the locking component 1 when the drawer is pulled open, then the limiting component 2 is horizontally mounted on the drawer bin side plate 41 by adopting a self-tapping screw to pass through the second mounting hole 25 on the limiting component 2, and the limiting component 2 and the locking component 1 are ensured to be positioned on the same horizontal line in the sliding direction of the drawer 3, namely the mounting of the locking device is completed;
finally, a drawer guide rail 33 is arranged between the side edge of the drawer bottom plate 32 and the drawer bin side plate 41, and the drawer 3 is pushed into the drawer bin 4 along the drawer guide rail 33, so that the integral assembly of the drawer 3 is completed.
As shown in fig. 13-14, in order to eliminate the influence of the machining dimension error of the drawer 3 and the drawer bin 4, the locking pin 114 is fully abutted with the limiting component 2, when the locking seat 11 needs to be adjusted in a left-right movement relative to the mounting plate 12, the rotary shifting plate 132 can be shifted clockwise or anticlockwise, so as to drive the locking seat 11 to move left and right, when the rotary shifting plate 132 rotates anticlockwise, the locking seat 11 is driven to move left, when the rotary shifting plate 132 rotates clockwise, the locking seat 11 is driven to move right, and after the locking seat 11 is adjusted in place, the protruding pins 1322 on the back of the elastic piece 1321 are clamped into the corresponding concave holes 1311 so as to clamp and position the locking seat 11, so that the locking seat 11 can be adjusted and positioned simply, quickly, accurately and stably, and the assembly coordination and reliability of the locking pin 114 and the limiting component 2 are improved.
As shown in fig. 5 to 12, the locking device of the sliding drawer of the present invention is used as follows:
in the closed state of the drawer 3, the needle tip of the guide balance needle 22 falls down and is overlapped on the bottom edge of the chute 21 due to the action of gravity, so that the upper slideway 211 in the chute 21 is opened;
when the drawer 3 needs to be pulled out for use, the drawer 3 is pulled out horizontally until the locking part 1 is in butt joint with the limiting part 2, then the locking pin 114 enters the chute 21 from the opening of the chute 21 and slides obliquely upwards along the upper slideway 211, in the sliding process, the sliding block 112 ascends along the sliding rail 111 so that the spring 113 between the two is in a stretching state, and a downward traction force is exerted on the sliding block 112, when the locking pin 114 slides to the upper parts of the first stop block 231 and the second stop block 232, the locking pin 114 falls into the V-shaped channel 233 along the gap between the two, and under the guidance of the V-shaped channel 233, the locking pin 114 rapidly falls into the limiting clamping groove 24 and is clamped, and meanwhile, a click sound is generated, so that the drawer 3 is locked in place, the limiting clamping groove 24 is designed into the V-shaped structure, the suitability of the locking pin 114 and the limiting clamping groove 24 can be improved, the locking pin 114 is tightly clamped, and the locking pin 114 is prevented from slipping, and thus the drawer 3 cannot be easily closed back, in the process, the spring 113 between the sliding block 112 and the sliding rail 111 is always in a tensioning state, and the locking pin 114 is subjected to the downward traction force;
when the drawer 3 is needed to be closed after use, the drawer 3 is pulled outwards by slight force, the locking component 1 moves along with the drawer 3, so that the locking pin 114 on the sliding block 112 is driven to slide along the V-shaped channel 233 and separate from the limiting clamping groove 24, when the locking pin 114 slides out of the V-shaped channel 233 and falls into the lower slideway 212 in the sliding groove 21 under the tensile force of the spring 113, a click sound is generated, which indicates that the drawer 3 is unlocked, then the drawer 3 is pushed back, the locking pin 114 slides backwards along with the locking pin to jack up the guiding balance needle 22, so that the lower slideway 212 of the sliding groove 21 is completely opened, the drawer 3 is pushed back continuously, the locking pin 114 slides out of the sliding groove 21 along the lower slideway 212, finally, the locking component 1 is separated from the limiting component 2, and the drawer 3 can be pushed back to the position and closed.

the locking component comprises a locking seat and a mounting plate for mounting the locking seat, a sliding rail and a sliding block nested with the sliding rail are arranged on the side edge of the locking seat, an elastic component for pulling the sliding block to slide up and down along the sliding rail is arranged between the sliding block and the sliding rail, a protruding locking pin is vertically arranged on the side edge of the sliding block, and the locking component is mounted on the rear side of the drawer backboard;
the front of the limiting component is provided with a chute, one end of the chute is provided with an opening pointing to the rear of the drawer, a guide swing needle and a limiting stop block are arranged in the chute, the root of the guide swing needle is in pivot connection with the chute, the guide swing needle can swing up and down so as to divide the inner cavity of the chute into an upper slideway and a lower slideway, the limiting stop block is positioned at the rear side of the guide swing needle, the rear side of the limiting stop block is provided with a V-shaped limiting clamping groove, and the limiting component is arranged at the inner side of a side plate of the drawer bin;
the locking component is vertically and slidably connected with the sliding groove of the limiting component through the locking pin, when the drawer is pulled open, the locking pin slides into the limiting clamping groove along the upper sliding way in the sliding groove, so that the drawer is locked, the drawer cannot be pushed back, when the drawer is closed, the drawer is pulled outwards, the locking pin moves out of the limiting clamping groove, and then the drawer is pushed back, so that the locking pin slides out of the sliding groove along the lower sliding way, and the locking component and the limiting component are separated.

The locking device of a sliding drawer according to claim 1, wherein the limit stop comprises a first stop and a second stop, the first stop and the second stop are arranged at intervals to form a V-shaped channel therebetween, and the limit slot is arranged on one side of the first stop close to the second stop.

The locking device of a sliding drawer according to claim 2, wherein the root of the guiding swing needle is arc-shaped, an arc-shaped notch corresponding to the root of the guiding swing needle is arranged on one side of the first stop block away from the second stop block, and the root of the guiding swing needle is movably abutted with the arc-shaped notch.
4. The locking device of a sliding drawer according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the sliding rail is T-shaped, the cross section of the inner cavity of the sliding block is cross-shaped, and the sliding block is connected with the sliding rail in a nested manner.
5. The locking device of a sliding drawer according to claim 4, wherein the elastic member installed between the slider and the slide rail is one of a spring or a rubber string.

the adjusting and positioning part comprises a limiting ruler and a rotary pulling piece, wherein the limiting ruler and the rotary pulling piece are arranged on the front surface of the locking seat, and the limiting ruler is formed by a plurality of concave holes which are distributed on the surface of the locking seat in a fan shape;
the bottom end of the rotary plectrum is movably connected with the locking seat and the mounting plate through a pivot, an elastic piece is arranged in the middle of the rotary plectrum, and a convex needle matched with the concave hole is arranged on the back surface of the elastic piece;
the rotary shifting piece is abutted with the concave hole of the limit ruler through the convex needle on the back of the elastic piece.
