In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Figures 2-5 schematically illustrate the cigarette making apparatus and mounting bracket of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2-5, in an embodiment of the present invention, a cigarette rolling apparatus 10 comprises:
a fuselage 16;
a detector 1a; and
the mounting bracket 2 is connected with the detector 1a and the machine body 16 and drives the detector 1a to move between a detection position and a non-detection position, when the detector 1a is at the detection position, the detector 1a is close to the detection target 3 and detects the detection target 3, and when the detector 1a is at the non-detection position, the detector 1a is far away from the detection target 3.
Through set up in cigarette equipment 10 and can drive detector 1a and detect the installing support 2 of position and non-detector motion for detector 1a no longer is fixed in a position of fuselage 16, but can alternate the position according to actual demand, satisfies the different demands that detect and dismouting, consequently, can effectively improve detector 1 a's use flexibility.
The disassembly and assembly can comprise disassembly and assembly of mechanical parts and also can comprise disassembly and assembly of production materials (such as auxiliary materials of tipping paper and the like). The attachment/detachment of the mechanical component may include attachment/detachment of other mechanical components, and may also include attachment/detachment of the detector 1a. For example, in some embodiments, the detection position space is narrow, and if the detector 1a is directly dismounted at the detection position, there is a problem of inconvenient dismounting, and in this case, the mounting bracket 2 may be used to drive the detector 1a to move to a spacious non-detection position, and then the detector 1a is dismounted, so as to facilitate dismounting of the detector 1a.
In order to enable the mounting bracket 2 to move the detector 1a between the detection position and the non-detection position, referring to fig. 2-5, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 2 includes a support 21 and a boom 22, the support 21 is connected to the body 16, the boom 22 is movably disposed on the support 21, the detector 1a is mounted on the boom 22, and the boom 22 moves the detector 1a between the detection position and the non-detection position by moving between a first position and a second position relative to the support 21.
Based on the above arrangement, when the detection target 3 needs to be detected, only the movable arm 22 needs to be moved to the first position, the detector 1a can reach the detection position, the detection function is realized, the required detection information is obtained, when the mechanical part or the auxiliary material needs to be disassembled and assembled, only the movable arm 22 needs to be moved to the second position, the detector 1a can reach the non-detection position, so as to avoid the disassembly and assembly operation process, a larger operation space is provided for the disassembly and assembly process, the disassembly and assembly operation is more convenient, the disassembly and assembly time is saved, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
Wherein the movement of the boom 22 between the first position and the second position may be a translation and/or a rotation. For example, in some embodiments, the boom 22 is rotatably disposed on the support 21 and is rotated relative to the support 1 to effect movement between the first position and the second position. Specifically, referring to fig. 4-5, in some embodiments, the support base 21 is provided with a mounting groove 216, and the boom 22 is inserted into the mounting groove 216 and rotatably coupled to the support base 21. At this time, the boom 22 swings between the first position and the second position.
In order to stably maintain the boom 22 in the first and second positions after moving to the first and second positions, referring to fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 2 further includes a locking mechanism 23, and the locking mechanism 23 is disposed on the support 21 and locks the boom 22 when the boom 22 moves to the first and second positions.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 to 5, in some embodiments, the boom 22 is provided with a first locking groove 226 and a second locking groove 227, the locking mechanism 23 includes a locking member 231, when the boom 22 is at the first position and the second position, the locking member 231 is respectively inserted into the first locking groove 226 and the second locking groove 227 to lock the boom 22 at the first position and the second position, and during the movement of the boom 22 between the first position and the second position, the locking member 231 is disengaged from the first locking groove 226 and the second locking groove 227 under the action of the boom 22. In this way, the latch mechanism 23 can reliably lock the boom 22 at the first position or the second position when necessary, and when the detector 1a needs to change positions, the latch mechanism 23 can release the latch of the boom 22 by applying a driving force for swinging the boom 22 to the boom 22, which is convenient and efficient.
With continued reference to fig. 4-5, in some embodiments, the latching mechanism 23 includes a return member 232, and the return member 232 applies a resilient force to the latching member 231 that urges the latching member 231 toward the boom 22. For example, in some embodiments, the holder 21 is provided with a receiving hole 215, the resetting member 232 is disposed in the receiving hole 215, and the locking mechanism 23 further includes a blocking member 233, the blocking member 233 blocks the receiving hole 215, and the resetting member 232 abuts between the blocking member 233 and the locking member 231. The restoring member 232 may be a spring.
Based on the above arrangement, after the boom 22 moves to the first position or the second position, the locking member 231 may reenter the first locking groove 226 or the second locking groove 227 by the elastic force of the resetting member 232, so as to lock the boom 22.
The mounting bracket 2 provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for mounting various detectors 1a in the cigarette equipment 10, and is particularly suitable for the detectors 1a which can only be mounted at narrow positions if fixed in view of equipment space structure, operation path and the like.
For convenience of description, the following description will be made by taking the case where the detector 1a is the glue detector 14 in the gluing device 1 as an example.
In the cigarette making machine, the gluing device 1 is used for coating glue on the tipping paper 4 so that the tipping paper 4 can be smoothly wrapped and adhered to the periphery of a filter tip rod to connect the filter tip rod and a cigarette rod.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the glue applicator 1 includes a glue cylinder 11, a glue control roller 12 and a glue application roller 13 disposed on a machine body 16. The glue cylinder 11 contains glue 3a. The lower part of the glue control roller 12 is soaked in the glue 3a of the glue cylinder 1. The sizing roller 13 is arranged above the glue control roller 12, is arranged opposite to the glue control roller 12, and rotates reversely with the glue control roller 12. Two guide rollers 15 are arranged on one side of the sizing roller 13 far away from the glue control roller 12 (namely, the upper side of the sizing roller 13) and used for guiding the tipping paper 4. When the tipping paper gluing device works, the glue control roller 12 transmits glue 3a to the glue coating roller 13, and the glue coating roller 13 transmits the glue 3a transmitted by the glue control roller 12 to tipping paper 4 wound on the guide roller 15, so that the gluing process of the tipping paper 4 is realized.
In order to prevent the problems of insufficient gluing and the like, a glue detector 14 is generally arranged in the gluing device 1, and the glue detector 14 is used for detecting glue 3a between the glue control roller 12 and the gluing roller 13 so as to judge whether glue exists between the glue control roller 12 and the gluing roller 13 and avoid the problem that the cigarette filter falls off due to insufficient gluing of tipping paper. For the glue detector 14, the detection target 3 is glue 3a. Generally, if glue detector 14 does not detect glue 3a, a signal is sent and the apparatus is shut down.
Fig. 1 shows the mounting of a glue detector 14 in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, in the related art, a glue detector 14 is installed in a narrow gap between a glue cylinder 11 and a guide roller 15, and is fixedly connected to a body 16. In this case, on one hand, the installation space is narrow, so that the glue detector 14 is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, on the other hand, when the glue cylinder 11 is disassembled and assembled or the tipping paper is installed, the glue detector 14 can hinder the disassembling and assembling operation, so that the disassembling and assembling efficiency is affected, and on the other hand, in the gluing process, the glue detector 14 is easily stuck by the glue thrown up by the rotation of the gluing roller 13, so that the false detection is caused.
In view of the above situation, the present invention applies the mounting bracket 2 provided in the foregoing embodiment to the gluing device 1, and uses the mounting bracket 2 to realize the movable mounting of the glue detector 14 on the machine body 16, so as to enhance the flexibility of use and improve the working efficiency.
The application of the mounting bracket 2 in the gluing device 1 will be described next with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 2-5.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-5, the mounting bracket 2 is provided with a mounting portion 224 for connecting with the detector 1a, and the glue detector 14 is mounted on the mounting bracket 2 by connecting with the mounting portion 224. Also, the mounting bracket 2 is disposed on the body 16 such that the glue detector 14 is no longer fixed relative to the body 16, but is movable between a detection position and a non-detection position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, in this embodiment, the mounting bracket 2 includes a support 21, a boom 22, and a lock mechanism 23. The support 21 is connected with the body 16 to realize the installation of the mounting bracket 2 on the body 16. The boom 22 is coupled to the support 21 and is swingable between a first position and a second position with respect to the support 21. The mounting portion 224 is provided on the boom 22 such that the glue detector 14 is mounted on the boom 22. The movable arm 22 effects the switching of the glue detector 14 between the detection position and the non-detection position by swinging between the first position and the second position. The locking mechanism 23 is disposed on the support 21 and detachably connected to the boom 22, for locking the boom 22 at the first position and the second position.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the support 21 includes a first seat 211 and a second seat 212. The first housing 211 and the second housing 212 are coupled to each other and to the body 16 and the movable arm 22, respectively.
Specifically, the first seat 211 is provided with a first connection hole 213. The first housing 211 is coupled to the body 16 through the first coupling hole 213. For example, the first connection hole 213 may be a threaded hole, and a threaded connector such as a screw passes through the first connection hole 213 and a corresponding connection hole on the body 16 to connect the support 21 and the body 16 together, so as to fix the mounting bracket 2 on the body 16.
The second seat body 212 is connected to the first seat body 211 to form a T shape, the second seat body 212 forms a vertical portion of the T shape, at this time, the second seat body 212 is connected to the lower surface of the first seat body 211, and the first seat body 211 protrudes toward two sides of the second seat body 212 in the thickness direction (also in the horizontal direction in fig. 2 to 5) relative to the second seat body 212. The second seat 212 has a mounting groove 216 for inserting the movable arm 22. One end of the mounting groove 216 away from the first seat 211 and both ends in the thickness direction of the second seat 212 are open, that is, both the lower end and both ends in the horizontal direction of the mounting groove 216 are open. Meanwhile, the two side walls of the mounting groove 216 are respectively provided with a second connecting hole 214 for realizing the rotatable connection between the movable arm 22 and the second seat 212.
As can be seen from fig. 2 to 3, in this embodiment, the installation position of the first seat 211 on the machine body 16 is no longer located between the glue cylinder 1 and the guide roller 15, but located on a side of the guide roller 15 away from the gluing roller 13, i.e., located above the guide roller 15.
Turning to fig. 4-5, the structure of the boom 22 will be described. As shown in fig. 4-5, in this embodiment, boom 22 includes a head 221 and a body 222. The arm body 222 is connected to the arm head 221, and is rotatably connected to the support 21 via the arm head 221.
Wherein, the arm head 221 is provided with a third connecting hole 223. The third connection hole 223 corresponds to the aforementioned second connection hole 214. When the swing arm 22 is assembled, the arm head 221 is inserted into the mounting groove 216, and the connecting shaft 24 passes through the second connecting hole 214 and the third connecting hole 223, so that the swing arm 22 can be rotatably connected with the support 21, and the swing arm 22 can be rotated between the first position and the second position. The surface of the arm head 221 adjacent to the first seat 211 is configured as a circular arc surface, which is advantageous for achieving smoother rotation of the movable arm 22.
The arm body 222 is connected to an end of the arm head 221 (i.e. a bottom end of the arm head 221) far away from the first seat 211, and the arm body 222 is provided with a mounting hole 22a serving as a mounting portion 224 for connecting with the glue detector 14, so as to mount the glue detector 14 on the movable arm 22. For example, the mounting hole 22a may be a threaded hole, which is screwed with the glue detector 14 to fix the glue detector 14 to the boom 22. As can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the mounting hole 22a is provided at the side of the arm body 222, so that the glue detector 14 is mounted at the side of the boom 22 as shown in fig. 2.
The boom 22 is swung between the first position and the second position by being rotated about the connecting shaft 24. As can be seen from fig. 2 to 3, in this embodiment, the first position is a position where the boom 22 is perpendicular to the first support 21, and the second position is a position where the boom 22 is parallel to the first support 21.
When the movable arm 22 is located at the first position, the movable arm is located at the vertical position, the movable arm extends downwards to the bottom end and is located between the glue applying roller 13 and the glue controlling roller 12, at this time, the glue detector 14 is located at the detection position, the glue detector 14 is close to the glue 3a located between the glue applying roller 13 and the glue controlling roller 12, the glue pile formed by the glue 3a can be detected, as shown in fig. 2, at this time, the glue detector 14 is located at the downstream of the position where the glue applying roller 13 starts to be in contact with the glue 3a along the rotation direction of the glue applying roller 13, and compared with the case that the glue detector 14 is located at the upstream of the position where the glue applying roller 13 starts to be in contact with the glue 3a along the rotation direction of the glue applying roller 13 in the related art, the glue detector 14 is no longer located in the direction where the glue 3a is thrown out by the glue applying roller 13, which is beneficial to preventing the glue 3a from being thrown onto the glue detector 14 by the glue applying roller 13, so that the risk of false detection by the glue detector 14 due to the glue thrown out by the glue roller 13 is reduced.
In the second position, the movable arm 22 is in a horizontal position at the side of the guide roller 15 away from the gluing roller 13, and at this time, the glue detector 14 is in a non-detection position away from the glue 3a, and no longer detects the glue 3a.
From the first position to the second position, the boom 22 swings counterclockwise.
The locking of the boom 22 at the first position and the second position is achieved by a latch mechanism 23.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, in this embodiment, the locking mechanism 23 includes a locking member 231, a returning member 232, and a blocking member 233.
The second base 212 has a receiving hole 215. The receiving hole 215 is located at a side of the second connecting hole 214 close to the first seat 211, and an axial direction thereof is parallel to an axial direction of the second connecting hole 214. The closing member 233 is screwed to an end of the accommodating hole 215 axially distant from the movable arm 22 to close the accommodating hole 215. The locking member 231 and the reset member 232 are both disposed in the accommodating hole 215, and the reset member 232 abuts between the blocking member 233 and the locking member 231. Wherein, the blocking member 233 is specifically a nut. The return member 232 is embodied as a spring 23a. The locking member 231 is spherical in shape, forming a positioning ball.
The arm head 221 is provided with a first lock groove 226 and a second lock groove 227.
