When the cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group with the working mode switching permission are set, the setting can be carried out according to the cluster terminal number, the user level of the cluster terminal group number and the specific application scene of the user.
S302, a cluster single-call session request sent by a first cluster terminal is received, wherein the cluster single-call session request comprises a called second cluster terminal;
when a first cluster terminal needs to initiate a session, a cluster single call session request sent by the first cluster terminal is received first, that is, the first cluster terminal only needs to establish a session with one cluster terminal. That is, a session request is received that the first cluster terminal needs to initiate a session to the second cluster terminal.

S313, when no carrier exists between the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal within the first time length or the switching time length is longer than the second time length after the feedback of the first cluster terminal is received, the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal are controlled to be switched to the cluster working mode.
In the process that the first trunking terminal and the second trunking terminal establish the conventional working mode to call in the conventional designated channel, when the first trunking terminal feeds back that no carrier exists between the first trunking terminal and the second trunking terminal within the first time period, that is, when the first trunking terminal and the second trunking terminal do not communicate through the conventional working mode within the first time period, in order to ensure the normal use of the trunking terminal, the first trunking terminal and the second trunking terminal are controlled to be switched from the conventional working mode to the trunking working mode at the time. When the first cluster terminal feeds back that the time length for switching the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal into the conventional working mode is longer than the second time length, namely the time length for establishing the conventional working mode by the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal is longer than the set second time length, in order to avoid the normal use of the cluster terminal caused by the fact that the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal are in the conventional working mode for a long time, the first cluster terminal and the second cluster terminal are controlled to be switched to cluster work from the conventional working mode.
In summary, in this embodiment, when the cluster single call service is performed, the cluster working mode and the conventional working mode of the cluster terminal can be flexibly switched, so that normal use of the cluster terminal is effectively ensured, and user experience is improved.

s401, setting a cluster terminal with a working mode switching right and a cluster terminal group;
when the working mode of the cluster terminal needs to be dynamically controlled, the cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group which are allowed to switch the working mode can be determined in advance according to actual requirements. When the cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group with the working mode switching permission are set, the setting can be carried out according to the cluster terminal number, the user level of the cluster terminal group number and the specific application scene of the user.
S402, receiving a cluster group call session request sent by a first cluster terminal, wherein the cluster group call session request comprises a called and called cluster terminal group;
when a first cluster terminal needs to initiate a session, a cluster group call session request sent by the first cluster terminal is received first, that is, the first cluster terminal needs to establish a session with a cluster terminal group. That is, a session request is received that the first cluster terminal needs to initiate a session to the group of cluster terminals.
S403, determining that the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group have the working mode switching permission;
and when the received session request is a cluster group call session request, further judging whether the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group have the working mode switching permission. When the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group have the working mode switching right, representing the condition that the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group have the working mode of the dynamic control cluster terminal when the first cluster terminal initiates the cluster group call session request.
It should be noted that, when the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group do not have the operating mode switching right, the condition that the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group do not have the operating mode of the dynamic control cluster terminal is indicated when the first cluster terminal initiates the cluster group call session request, that is, the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group can only communicate with each other in the existing communication manner.
S404, based on the cluster group calling session request, judging whether the channel resource is smaller than a threshold value, if not, entering S404, and if so, entering S405:
after receiving the cluster group call session request sent by the first cluster terminal, further based on the received session request, determining whether the channel resource is less than a set threshold, that is, determining whether the current channel resource is in shortage.
S405, establishing a cluster working mode between the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group to call;
and when the current channel resource is greater than or equal to the threshold value, establishing a cluster working mode between the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group for calling according to the cluster group calling session request.
S406, sending a request for acquiring a conventional channel corresponding to the called trunking terminal group to a terminal management system;
and when the current channel resource is less than the threshold value, establishing a normal working mode between the first cluster terminal and the cluster terminal group for calling.
Specifically, when a normal operating mode is established between the first trunking terminal and the trunking terminal group for calling, a request for acquiring a normal channel corresponding to the trunking terminal group is first sent to the terminal management system.
S407, receiving a conventional channel corresponding to the called cluster terminal group fed back by the terminal management system;
and after receiving the request of acquiring the conventional channel corresponding to the called trunking terminal group, the terminal management system feeds back the conventional channel corresponding to the called trunking terminal group.
S408, controlling the first trunking terminal and the called trunking terminal group to establish a conventional working mode in a conventional channel to call;
and after receiving the conventional channel corresponding to the called trunking terminal group fed back by the terminal system, controlling the first trunking terminal and the called trunking terminal group to establish a conventional working mode in the conventional channel for calling.
S409, when no carrier exists between the first cluster terminal and the called cluster terminal group within the third time length fed back by the first cluster terminal or the switching time length is longer than the fourth time length, the first cluster terminal and the called cluster terminal group are controlled to be switched to the cluster working mode.
And in the process that the first trunking terminal and the called trunking terminal group establish a conventional working mode to carry out calling in a conventional appointed channel, if no carrier wave exists between the first trunking terminal and the called trunking terminal group in a third time length or the switching time length is longer than a fourth time length after the first trunking terminal feeds back the carrier wave, controlling the first trunking terminal and the called trunking terminal group to be switched to the trunking working mode.
