Specifically, the doctor on duty management interface 343 is configured to display doctor on duty information on the day, including primary, secondary, and administrative doctors, etc.; rapidly inputting and modifying on the current page; all the doctors on duty in the department are arranged in the background and selected by clicking; and editing and deleting of information are supported. The interface solves the problem that the information of the on-duty doctor is only acquired by partial people, when an emergency or a special condition exists, the nurse can quickly acquire the information of the on-duty doctor to obtain help and guidance, the nurse does not need to call the nurse or other nurses to inquire about the on-duty doctor on the day, and the information can be quickly acquired in the emergency.
The bed management interface 344 is used to display and modify all bed information, recent bed changes, bed additions, and bed occupancy information. Specifically, the home page of the bed position management interface 344 displays the latest information of bed change, bed addition and bed occupation, and can view all the information of bed change; the bed position is directly selected by clicking without manual input; and editing, modifying and deleting the bed change information is supported. The interface solves the problems of changing beds, adding beds and the like frequently occurring in a nurse station, and nurses do not need to copy or record any more and only need to click the record in a large screen. The information can be rapidly input, the information can be displayed at once, a nurse and a nurse manager can conveniently and timely acquire the latest bed information, and the condition that the bed is looked up by turning over a notebook or running legs is not required.
The loan management interface 345 is used to display information about recently borrowed items from each department and to view information about all borrowed items. Specifically, the borrower management interface 345 displays information on recently borrowed items on the top page, and can view information on all the borrowed items; supporting the handwriting input of the name of the item or the quick selection of common words; rapidly operating the returned display of the article information after the article is returned; long-term preservation or short-term preservation of the borrowed goods lending information is supported. The functional interface solves the problem that articles frequently in departments are lost after being lent out, and particularly avoids the loss caused by the loss of some valuables such as scalpels and the like. Due to the fact that the article returning time is not fixed, secondary borrowing is conducted, an effective management means is lacked in a nurse station, and great loss is caused to departments due to the loss of articles in the borrowing process.
The nurse shift display 346 is used to display and update shifts at various stages of each day of the department. Specifically, the shift condition of each phase of each day of the department is displayed; the shift condition of the individual in one week can be checked; nurses, nurses and nursing staff can leave messages mutually, including work of handing over to work and warm prompt; the existing nurse shift of the hospital is in a form of printing and distributing to individuals, and nurses are not convenient to know the shift-handing personnel and the same shift-handing personnel, so that much inconvenience is caused for work and handover work. The function module can display the information of the person on duty on the day and can check the details of the person on duty in one week. In addition, the function also gets through communication channels between the nursing department and nurses and between nurses, and cross-space communication is realized.
