The cloud server verifies whether the user habit information of the user exists according to the identity information, and if not, the user habit information of the user type of the user is determined according to the user type information of the current preset guest room, such as age, gender and the like.
After the user successfully pays on the APP, the cloud server filters out default configuration of the Internet of things equipment in user habit information corresponding to the user according to the Internet of things equipment in the hotel guest room selected by the user, the default configuration is sent to the user terminal, the APP on the user terminal jumps to the customized page of the Internet of things equipment to be displayed for the user, the user can check and change corresponding configuration, and after the change is stored, the user terminal can synchronously modify content to the cloud server.
The cloud server acquires the configuration information of the Internet of things equipment modified by the user, synchronizes the identity information of the user and the configuration information of the Internet of things equipment to the hotel local server, and in addition, the cloud server or the local server can also take the user type of the user and the configuration information of the Internet of things equipment set by the user as training data.
Before the user check in, the hotel local server initializes the internet of things equipment in the guest room according to the configuration information of the internet of things equipment synchronized from the cloud server, and controls the brightness, the temperature and the humidity of the started light and the like.
When a user check in, the hotel room door is unlocked according to identity authentication such as an identity card, fingerprints, facial recognition and voiceprint recognition, after the user identity authentication is successful, the user unlocks the door and obtains the room use permission, if the authentication is failed, the user is refused to enter, and for the possible situation of identity authentication failure, the user can re-acquire identity information through a user terminal or enter through a temporary mobile phone authentication code, and can also contact corresponding hotel staff. Specifically, the cloud server synchronizes voiceprint and facial information of the user to the local server, and the user can unlock the door through voiceprint identification and facial identification of the intelligent door lock of the guest room to obtain the use permission of the room.
The internet of things equipment in the guest room starts to operate according to respective configuration information, the configuration information of the internet of things equipment can be manually modified after a user logs in, or the configuration information of the internet of things equipment is modified through a user terminal, or the configuration information of the internet of things equipment is modified through internet of things equipment supporting voice input in the guest room, such as an intelligent sound box, through a voice instruction, the configuration information of the internet of things equipment is modified, the voice instruction in the guest room can distinguish instructions of different users through means of voiceprint recognition and the like, and the internet of things equipment can synchronize the modification of the configuration information of the internet of things equipment by the user to a local server and a cloud server. The voice instruction relies on the Internet of things equipment and various sensors inside the Internet of things equipment, provides a uniform interface for a user to control various equipment in a voice mode, such as intelligent sound box equipment and the like, can collect and recognize the voice instruction of the user through a microphone of the intelligent sound box equipment, and updates the state of the equipment according to the voice instruction.
In the embodiment, a user can customize various internet of things devices of a guest room through a user terminal; for parameters which are not manually customized, the cloud server can provide proper initial configuration for equipment which is not customized by the user according to the user type of the user; the guest room internet of things equipment can be automatically configured and update data to the cloud server, so that the complexity and time consumption of manual configuration are avoided; when a user subscribes a room, the reservation and customization process can be accelerated, and the user experience is improved; the voice interaction can be carried out on the Internet of things equipment in the guest room through the user terminal or the Internet of things equipment in the guest room, the use habit of the user on the Internet of things equipment is gradually refined, and better accommodation experience is provided.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the server 400 includes:
a receiving module 401, configured to receive check-in information for a target room of a hotel, where the check-in information includes setting information for target internet of things devices in the target room, and a target user corresponding to a client is a user who reserves the target room;
a first control module 402, configured to control the target internet of things device based on the setting information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the server 400 further includes:
an obtaining module 403, configured to obtain usage information of the internet of things device corresponding to the historical user of the hotel;
a generating module 404, configured to generate user habit information corresponding to each user type in the multiple user types based on the user type corresponding to each historical user and the usage information;
a sending module 405, configured to send, to the client, user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs, where the setting information is information obtained by setting, by a user, the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs.
Optionally, the check-in information further includes voiceprint information, as shown in fig. 6, the server 400 further includes:
the first identification module 406 is configured to receive voice information sent by the target internet of things device, and perform voiceprint identification on the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
a second recognition module 407, configured to perform voice recognition on the voice information;
and a second control module 408, configured to control the target internet of things device based on the voiceprint recognition result and the voice recognition result.
Optionally, the target user includes at least two users, the voiceprint information includes voiceprint information of each of the at least two users, and the server 400 further includes:
a first determining module 409, configured to determine, based on the voiceprint information, a user corresponding to the voice information;
a second determining module 410, configured to determine, based on the voice information and the user corresponding to the voice information, usage information of the user corresponding to the voice information on the internet of things device.
The server can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 1, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a client according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the client 500 includes:
a first receiving module 501, configured to receive a first input of a target user for a target room of a hotel, where the target user is a user who subscribes to the target room;
a sending module 502, configured to send check-in information of the target room to a server in response to the first input, where the check-in information includes setting information for a target internet of things device in the target room.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, the client 500 further includes:
a second receiving module 503, configured to receive user habit information, which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user type to which the target user belongs;
a display module 504, configured to display the user habit information, where the setting information is information obtained by setting, by a user, user habit information corresponding to a user type to which the target user belongs.
The client can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 2, and details are not described here to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a fifth schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a server 600 includes: a memory 602, a processor 601, and a program stored on the memory 602 and executable on the processor 601, wherein:
the processor 601 reads the program in the memory 602 for executing:
receiving check-in information aiming at a target room of a hotel, which is sent by a client, wherein the check-in information comprises setting information aiming at target Internet of things equipment in the target room, and a target user corresponding to the client is a user booking the target room;
and controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information.
In the embodiment of the invention, check-in information aiming at a target room of a hotel, which is sent by a client, is received, wherein the check-in information comprises setting information aiming at target Internet of things equipment in the target room, and a target user corresponding to the client is a user for booking the target room; and controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information. Therefore, the target user can remotely customize the setting information of the target Internet of things equipment in the target room through the client when reserving the room so as to accord with the check-in habit of the user, and the efficiency of hotel management can be improved.
Optionally, the processor 601 is further configured to perform:
obtaining use information of the Internet of things equipment corresponding to the historical user of the hotel;
generating user habit information corresponding to each user type in a plurality of user types based on the user type corresponding to each historical user and the use information;
and sending user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs to the client, wherein the setting information is information obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
Optionally, the check-in information further includes voiceprint information, and the processor 601 is further configured to:
receiving voice information sent by the target Internet of things equipment, and carrying out voiceprint recognition on the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
performing voice recognition on the voice information;
and controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the voiceprint recognition result and the voice recognition result.
Optionally, the target user includes at least two users, the voiceprint information includes voiceprint information of each of the at least two users, and the processor 601 is further configured to:
determining a user corresponding to the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
and determining the use information of the user corresponding to the voice information on the Internet of things equipment based on the voice information and the user corresponding to the voice information.
In fig. 6, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 601 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 602 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface.
The processor 601 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 602 may store data used by the processor 601 in performing operations.
It should be noted that any implementation manner in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the server in the embodiment, and the same beneficial effects are achieved, and details are not described here.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a third schematic structural diagram of a client according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, a client 700 includes: a memory 702, a processor 701, and a program stored on the memory 702 and executable on the processor 701, wherein:
the processor 701 reads the program in the memory 702 for executing:
receiving a first input of a target user for a target room of a hotel, wherein the target user is a user who subscribes to the target room;
in response to the first input, sending check-in information of the target room to a server, wherein the check-in information includes setting information for target internet of things devices in the target room.
In the embodiment of the invention, a first input of a target user for a target room of a hotel is received, wherein the target user is a user who reserves the target room; in response to the first input, sending check-in information of the target room to a server, wherein the check-in information includes setting information for target internet of things devices in the target room. Therefore, the target user can remotely customize the setting information of the target Internet of things equipment in the target room through the client when reserving the room so as to accord with the check-in habit of the user, and the efficiency of hotel management can be improved.
Optionally, the processor 701 is further configured to perform:
receiving user habit information which is sent by a server and corresponds to the user type to which the target user belongs;
and displaying the user habit information, wherein the setting information is information obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
In FIG. 11, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors, represented by processor 701, and various circuits of memory, represented by memory 702, being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface.
The processor 701 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 702 may store data used by the processor 701 in performing operations.
It should be noted that any implementation manner in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the client in this embodiment, and achieve the same beneficial effects, and details are not described here again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes each process of the hotel management method embodiment based on the internet of things, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the computer program is not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a hotel management system based on the Internet of things, which comprises the server and the client, wherein the server is used for providing a hotel management service; the client sends the check-in information to the server, wherein the check-in information comprises the setting information; and the server receives the check-in information sent by the client and controls the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A hotel management method based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving check-in information aiming at a target room of a hotel, which is sent by a client, wherein the check-in information comprises setting information aiming at target Internet of things equipment in the target room, and a target user corresponding to the client is a user booking the target room;
and controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving check-in information sent by the client for a target room of the hotel, the method further comprises:
obtaining use information of the Internet of things equipment corresponding to the historical user of the hotel;
generating user habit information corresponding to each user type in a plurality of user types based on the user type corresponding to each historical user and the use information;
and sending user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs to the client, wherein the setting information is information obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the check-in information further comprises voiceprint information, and wherein after controlling the target internet of things device based on the setting information, the method further comprises:
receiving voice information sent by the target Internet of things equipment, and carrying out voiceprint recognition on the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
performing voice recognition on the voice information;
and controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the voiceprint recognition result and the voice recognition result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the target user comprises at least two users, the voiceprint information comprises voiceprint information of each of the at least two users, and after the target IOT device is controlled based on the voiceprint recognition result and the voice recognition result, the method further comprises:
determining a user corresponding to the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
and determining the use information of the user corresponding to the voice information on the Internet of things equipment based on the voice information and the user corresponding to the voice information.
5. A hotel management method based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first input of a target user for a target room of a hotel, wherein the target user is a user who subscribes to the target room;
in response to the first input, sending check-in information of the target room to a server, wherein the check-in information includes setting information for target internet of things devices in the target room.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to sending the check-in information for the target room to the server, the method further comprises:
receiving user habit information which is sent by a server and corresponds to the user type to which the target user belongs;
and displaying the user habit information, wherein the setting information is information obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
7. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving check-in information which is sent by a client and aims at a target room of a hotel, the check-in information comprises setting information aiming at target Internet of things equipment in the target room, and a target user corresponding to the client is a user who reserves the target room;
and the first control module is used for controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information.
8. The server of claim 7, further comprising:
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the use information of the Internet of things equipment corresponding to the historical user of the hotel;
the generating module is used for generating user habit information corresponding to each user type in a plurality of user types based on the user type corresponding to each historical user and the use information;
and the sending module is used for sending the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs to the client, wherein the setting information is obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
9. The server of claim 7, wherein the check-in information further comprises voiceprint information, the server further comprising:
the first identification module is used for receiving voice information sent by the target Internet of things equipment and carrying out voiceprint identification on the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
the second recognition module is used for carrying out voice recognition on the voice information;
and the second control module is used for controlling the target Internet of things equipment based on the voiceprint recognition result and the voice recognition result.
10. The server according to claim 9, wherein the target user comprises at least two users, and wherein the voiceprint information comprises voiceprint information of each of the at least two users, the server further comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining a user corresponding to the voice information based on the voiceprint information;
and the second determining module is used for determining the use information of the user corresponding to the voice information on the Internet of things equipment based on the voice information and the user corresponding to the voice information.
11. A client, the client comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a first input module and a second receiving module, wherein the first input module is used for receiving a first input of a target user aiming at a target room of a hotel, and the target user is a user who reserves the target room;
a sending module, configured to send check-in information of the target room to a server in response to the first input, where the check-in information includes setting information for a target internet of things device in the target room.
12. The client of claim 11, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the user habit information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user type to which the target user belongs;
and the display module is used for displaying the user habit information, wherein the setting information is information obtained by setting the user habit information corresponding to the user type to which the target user belongs by the user.
13. A server, comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the Internet of things based hospitality management method of any of claims 1 to 4.
14. A client comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the Internet of things based hospitality management method of any of claims 5 to 6.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the internet of things based hospitality management method of any of claims 1 to 4, or which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the internet of things based hospitality management method of any of claims 5 to 6.
16. An internet of things based hospitality management system, said system comprising a server according to any of claims 7 to 10, and a client according to any of claims 11 to 12;
the client sends the check-in information to the server, wherein the check-in information comprises the setting information;
and the server receives the check-in information sent by the client and controls the target Internet of things equipment based on the setting information.
