acquiring an approval time list corresponding to each approval event in the approval event list, wherein the approval event list comprises approval time for processing the approval event by each approval object in the corresponding approval event;
determining the data attribute of each approval time in the approval time list, wherein the data attribute is abnormal data or normal data;
and calculating the average time of the processing of the approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the approval event according to the approval time of the normal data, and outputting the average time of the processing of the approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the approval event.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)
1. An approval data query method, the method comprising:
receiving an approval data query request, wherein the request comprises the average time of processing an approval object requested to be queried and/or the average time of processing an approval event;
acquiring an approval event list of a preset time period, wherein the approval event list comprises a plurality of approval events;
acquiring an approval time list corresponding to each approval event in the approval event list, wherein the approval event list comprises approval time for processing the approval event by each approval object in the corresponding approval event;
determining the data attribute of each approval time in the approval time list, wherein the data attribute is abnormal data or normal data;
and calculating the average time of the processing of the approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the approval event according to the approval time of the normal data, and outputting the average time of the processing of the approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the approval event.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the data attribute of each approval time in the list of approval times comprises:
according to the approval time in the approval time column, averagely dividing the approval time into K time intervals;
counting the number Z of examination and approval events in each time intervalk;
According to the total amount of the examination and approval events and the number Z of the examination and approval events in each time intervalkAnd determining the data attribute of each approval time in the approval time list.

The method for inquiring approval data according to claim 2, wherein the total number of approval events and the number of approval events Z in each time interval are determined according to the total number of approval eventskDetermining data attributes of each approval time in the approval time list, wherein the data attributes comprise:
calculating the number Z of examination and approval events in each time intervalkA ratio to the total number of approval events;
if the ratio of the current time interval is larger than a preset value, determining that all the approval times in the current time interval are normal data;
and if the ratio of the current time interval is less than or equal to the preset value and the ratios of the previous time interval and the next time interval are both greater than the preset value, determining that all the approval times in the current time interval are normal data.
4. The approval data query method of claim 3, wherein the preset value is determined according to a total number of events.
5. The method for inquiring approval data according to claim 3, wherein the step of calculating the average time of the approval object processing and/or the average time of the approval event processing according to the approval time of the normal data comprises:
if the average time of the processing of the approval object is requested to be inquired, accumulating and summing the approval time of the normal data according to the approval event to obtain the total approval time of the approval object, and determining the average time of the processing of the approval object according to the ratio of the total approval time of the approval object to the number of the approval objects corresponding to the normal data;
and if the average time of the processing of the approval events is requested to be inquired, accumulating and summing the approval time of the normal data in the approval events of all types according to the approval objects to obtain the total approval time of all the approval events, and determining the average time of the processing of the approval events according to the ratio of the total approval time of the approval events to the number of the approval events.
6. An approval data query apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving an approval data query request, and the request comprises the average time of processing an approval object requested to be queried and/or the average time of processing an approval event;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring an approval event list of a preset time period, and the approval event list comprises a plurality of approval events;

the calculation module is used for calculating the average time of the processing of the examination and approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the examination and approval event according to the examination and approval time of the normal data;
and the output module is used for outputting the average time of the processing of the approval object and/or the average time of the processing of the approval event.
7. The approval data query device of claim 6, wherein the determination module comprises:
the dividing unit is used for averagely dividing the approval time into K time intervals according to the approval time in the approval time column;
a statistic unit for counting the number Z of approval events in each time intervalk;

calculating the number Z of examination and approval events in each time intervalkA ratio to the total number of approval events;
if the ratio of the current time interval is larger than a preset value, determining that all the approval times in the current time interval are normal data;
and if the ratio of the current time interval is less than or equal to the preset value and the ratios of the previous time interval and the next time interval are both greater than the preset value, determining that all the approval times in the current time interval are normal data.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the approval data query method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the approval data query method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
