The public toilet bowl adjusting method according to claim 1, wherein if the number of the male toilet people flow is less than or equal to the number of male fixed toilet bowls and the number of the female toilet people flow is greater than the number of female fixed toilet bowls, the adjusting of the gender state of the dynamic toilet bowl according to the number of the male toilet people flow, the number of the female toilet people flow, and/or the average time of the male toilet bowls and the average time of the female toilet bowls comprises:
calculating the difference value between the female toilet people flow number and the female fixed toilet number to obtain a female dynamic toilet number;
calculating the total number of the dynamic toilet positions and the number of the female dynamic toilet positions to obtain the number of the male dynamic toilet positions;
wherein, the number of the dynamic toilet bits for men is the same as the number of the dynamic toilet bits for women in the initial state.
