Abstract

4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, according to the personal information of the target service object, whether the service object corresponding to each created target service in the account of the login user includes the target service object comprises:
respectively checking whether the name and the birth date of the target service object are valid according to a first check rule;
if the name and the birth date of the target service object are both valid, judging whether a historical service object which has the same name, the same birth date and the same association relation as the target service object exists in the service object corresponding to each created target service;
and if the historical service objects exist, judging that the service objects corresponding to the established target services comprise the target service objects.

The service activation method of claim 2, further comprising: and if the service object corresponding to each created target service comprises the target service object, updating the created target service corresponding to the target service object according to the target service to be activated.
6. The service activation method according to claim 5, wherein the updating the created target service corresponding to the target service object according to the target service to be activated includes:
and updating the balance of the created target service corresponding to the target service object according to the balance of the target service to be activated.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining, according to the personal information of the target service object, whether the service object corresponding to each created target service in the account of the login user includes the target service object comprises:
checking whether the name and the identity card number of the target service object are valid or not according to a second checking rule;
if the name and the identity card number of the target service object are effective, encrypting the identity card number of the target service object by using a preset encryption algorithm to obtain an identity card identifier corresponding to the identity card number of the target service object;
and judging whether the service objects corresponding to the established target services in the account of the login user comprise the target service objects or not according to the identification card.
8. The service activation method of claim 7, further comprising: if the service object corresponding to each created target service in the account of the login user comprises the target service object, generating preset prompt information;
the preset prompting information is used for prompting that the target service object exists in the account of the login user.
9. A service activation apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring an activation request, the activation request is initiated by a login user after purchasing a target service to be activated for a target service object, and the login user has a preset operation authority;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain personal information of the target service object in response to the activation request;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the service objects corresponding to the established target services in the account of the login user comprise the target service objects or not according to the personal information of the target service objects;
and the activation unit is used for judging that the target service to be activated is effective and completing activation if the target service object is not included in the service objects corresponding to the created target services.
10. A server, comprising: a memory and a processor; the memory stores a program adapted to be executed by the processor to implement the service activation method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
