Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the present application, technical features in examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict, and the detailed description in the specific embodiment should be understood as an explanation of the gist of the present application and should not be construed as an improper limitation to the present application.
An embodiment of the present application provides a method for detecting cross gas of a four-way valve, which is used for an air conditioner, and please refer to fig. 2, the method for detecting cross gas of a four-way valve includes the following steps:
step S101: under the current function mode, acquiring the evaporation temperature of an evaporator, the return air temperature of a compressor and the outdoor environment temperature, wherein the function mode is a refrigeration mode or a heating mode;
step S102: and performing gas leakage abnormity detection on the four-way valve based on the evaporation temperature, the return air temperature and the outdoor environment temperature to generate a detection result.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an air conditioner, please refer to fig. 1, including an indoor heat exchanger 11, an outdoor heat exchanger 23, a compressor 21, a four-way valve 22, a processor, and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor, where the processor is configured to execute the steps of the method for detecting cross air flow of the four-way valve according to any embodiment of the present application when running the computer program.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner mainly includes an indoor unit 10 and an outdoor unit 20, wherein the indoor unit 10 includes an indoor heat exchanger 11, an indoor wind wheel 12 and a first evaporation bulb 13, and the outdoor unit 20 includes a compressor 21, a four-way valve 22, an outdoor heat exchanger 23, a throttling device 24, an outdoor fan 25, a second evaporation bulb 26, an outdoor environment bulb 27, an exhaust bulb 28, a return air bulb 29, and the like. The first evaporation bulb 13 is used for detecting the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 11, the second evaporation bulb 26 is used for detecting the middle temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 23, the outdoor environment bulb 27 is used for detecting the external environment temperature, the exhaust bulb 28 is used for detecting the exhaust temperature of the compressor 21, and the return bulb 29 is used for detecting the return temperature of the compressor 21.
In the cooling mode, the evaporator is the indoor heat exchanger 11, and in the heating mode, the evaporator is the outdoor heat exchanger 23.
The outdoor environment temperature is relatively stable temperature and cannot change along with the operation of the air conditioner, under normal conditions, the temperature change of the low-temperature low-pressure gas refrigerant discharged by the evaporator is relatively small in the process of flowing back to the compressor through the four-way valve, however, if the four-way valve is abnormal in gas cross-over, the temperature of the low-temperature low-pressure gas refrigerant returning to the compressor can be obviously increased, namely, if the four-way valve is abnormal in gas cross-over, the temperature difference between the evaporation temperature and the return gas temperature is relatively large, therefore, whether the four-way valve is abnormal in gas cross-over can be judged based on the evaporation temperature, the return gas temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, and therefore, the gas cross-over phenomenon of the four-way valve can be effectively identified.
In one embodiment, based on the evaporating temperature, the return air temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, the detection result is generated by performing the abnormal air leakage detection on the four-way valve, and the detection result comprises:
if the evaporation temperature is less than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the first correction constant, the return air temperature is greater than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the second correction constant, and the evaporation temperature is not equal to the return air temperature, generating a detection result of abnormal air leakage of the four-way valve; wherein the first correction constant is less than or equal to 0, and the second correction constant is greater than or equal to 0.
Specifically, the above-described determination condition may be represented by the following relational expression:
tc is less than or equal to (Te + T1), Th is more than or equal to (Te + T2) and Tc is not equal to Th (1)
Wherein Tc is the evaporation temperature, Te is the outdoor environment temperature, Th is the return air temperature, T1 is the first correction constant, T1 is less than or equal to 0, T2 is the second correction constant, and T2 is more than or equal to 0.
The first correction constant is a correction value determined by the detection accurate measurement of the evaporation temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, and the second correction constant is a correction value determined by the detection accurate measurement of the return air temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, for example, if the detection accurate measurement of the evaporation temperature, the return air temperature and the outdoor environment temperature has errors of ± 1, the value range of the first correction constant may be 0 to-3, the value range of the second correction constant may be 0 to 3, and preferably, the value of the first correction constant is-3, and the value of the second correction constant is 3. It can be understood that the value ranges of the first correction constant and the second correction constant can be adjusted as required.
Under normal conditions, in the process that the low-temperature low-pressure gas refrigerant discharged by the evaporator flows back to the compressor through the four-way valve, the temperature of the low-temperature low-pressure gas refrigerant generally does not exceed the outdoor environment temperature, therefore, if the evaporation temperature is less than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the first correction constant, the return air temperature is greater than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the second correction constant, and the evaporation temperature is not equal to the return air temperature, the return air temperature is relatively higher than the evaporation temperature and exceeds the normal temperature change range of the low-temperature low-pressure gas refrigerant, and therefore, the occurrence of abnormal air leakage of the four-way valve can be judged.
In one embodiment, in the cooling mode, the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is obtained, and the outlet temperature is the evaporation temperature.
Specifically, in the cooling mode, for convenience of measurement, the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 11 detected by the first evaporation bulb 13 may be taken as the evaporation temperature of the evaporator, and therefore, in the cooling mode, the above relation (1) may be changed to:
to is less than or equal To (Te + T1), Th is more than or equal To (Te + T2) and Tc is not equal To Th (2)
Where To is the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger.
It should be noted that the temperature difference between the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the middle temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is small, and the influence on the detection result is also small, so in some embodiments, in the cooling mode, the middle temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can also be obtained, that is, the middle temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be taken as the evaporation temperature of the evaporator.
In one embodiment, in the heating mode, the middle temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is obtained, and the middle temperature is the evaporation temperature.
Specifically, the difference in structure between the outdoor heat exchanger 23 and the indoor heat exchanger 11 is large, and the temperature of the middle portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 23 is easy to detect for the outdoor heat exchanger 23, so in the heating mode, the temperature of the middle portion of the outdoor heat exchanger 23 detected by the second evaporation temperature sensing bulb 26 can be taken as the evaporation temperature of the evaporator for the convenience of measurement, and correspondingly, in the heating mode, the above relation (1) can be changed to:
tm is less than or equal to (Te + T1), Th is more than or equal to (Te + T2) and Tc is not equal to Th (3)
Where Tm is the middle temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger.
It should be noted that the temperature difference between the middle temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is small, and the influence on the detection result is also small, so in some embodiments, in the heating mode, the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger can also be obtained, that is, the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger can be taken as the evaporation temperature of the evaporator.
In one embodiment, before obtaining the evaporating temperature and the return air temperature, the method further comprises: and determining that the operation time of the compressor reaches a preset time. That is to say, the compressor can be operated for a period of time, so that the evaporating temperature and the return air temperature can be obtained after the air conditioner reaches a stable working state, and therefore the accuracy of the obtained evaporating temperature and the obtained return air temperature can be ensured.
The preset time duration can be set according to the actual situation, generally speaking, the preset time duration is not too short, if the preset time duration is too short, the air conditioner cannot be guaranteed to reach a stable working state, the preset time duration is not too long, if the four-way valve has a gas cross phenomenon, before the evaporation temperature and the return gas temperature are obtained, the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be rapidly increased, the compressor enters an exhaust temperature protection state, and then normal gas cross abnormality detection can not be carried out on the four-way valve. More preferably, the preset time period may be 3 minutes to 7 minutes, and more preferably, the preset time period may be 5 minutes.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, if it is determined that the four-way valve has abnormal air leakage according to the detection result, the method for detecting air leakage of the four-way valve may further include the following steps:
step S103: controlling the air conditioner to stop running;
step S104: controlling the four-way valve to change direction;
the cross-ventilation phenomenon of the four-way valve is generally caused by a commutation abnormality of the four-way valve, and therefore, the purpose of performing step S104 is actually to reset the four-way valve.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, controlling the four-way valve to switch may include the following sub-steps:
step S1041: adjusting the flow of the throttling device to at least reach the target flow;
this step is mainly to balance the pressure of the refrigerant quickly, so the target flow rate can be set to a larger flow rate, and in order to facilitate adjustment, in an embodiment, the target flow rate can be directly set to the maximum flow rate of the throttling device.
Step S1042: if the air conditioner executes a cooling mode before the air conditioner is controlled to stop running, the four-way valve is controlled to be powered on, and if the air conditioner executes a heating mode before the air conditioner is controlled to stop running, the four-way valve is controlled to be powered off;
generally, the four-way valve is powered off in the cooling mode and powered on in the heating mode, and in order to enable the four-way valve to be reversed, step S1042 needs to perform the opposite operation, that is, if the air conditioner performs the cooling mode before stopping running, the four-way valve needs to be controlled to be powered on in step S1042, and if the air conditioner performs the heating mode before stopping running, the four-way valve needs to be controlled to be powered off in step S1042.
Step S1043: controlling the indoor wind wheel and the outdoor fan to stop running;
step S1044: and controlling the frequency of the compressor to be increased so that the frequency of the compressor at least reaches the target frequency.
The frequency raising can accelerate the flowing speed of the refrigerant, so that the impact force of the refrigerant flowing through the four-way valve can be utilized to push the four-way valve to change the direction.
The target frequency may be set as desired, and in one embodiment, the target frequency may be 25 Hz-40 Hz.
Step S105: controlling the air conditioner to restart according to the function mode executed before the operation is stopped;
specifically, if the air conditioner performs the cooling mode before stopping the operation, the air conditioner is still restarted in the cooling mode, and if the air conditioner performs the heating mode before stopping the operation, the air conditioner is still restarted in the heating mode.
The step is to change the direction of the reset four-way valve again according to the functional mode executed before the air conditioner stops running.
Step S106: acquiring evaporation temperature, return air temperature and outdoor environment temperature;
step S107: continuing to detect abnormal gas leakage;
step S108: judging whether the detection of abnormal ventilation is released or not;
if so, determining that the abnormal air leakage is relieved, and ending the process; if not, step S109 is executed.
Step S109: judging whether the number of times of abnormal gas leakage reaches a set number of times;
if so, determining that the four-way valve has a gas leakage fault, and ending the process; if not, the process returns to step S103 to restart a new cycle.
Specifically, steps S103 to S105 actually repair the cross gas flow abnormality of the four-way valve, and steps S106 to S109 detect the cross gas flow abnormality of the four-way valve again after the repair step is performed.
The set number of times can be one or more, if the set number of times is one, the method is equivalent to only repairing the gas leakage abnormality of the four-way valve once, if the gas leakage abnormality is determined to be removed after repairing, the air conditioner can continue to operate normally, and if the gas leakage abnormality is determined not to be removed after repairing, the gas leakage fault of the four-way valve is determined. If the set times are multiple times, after the first time of abnormal gas leakage repair is carried out on the four-way valve and the gas leakage abnormality is determined not to be removed, a new round of abnormal gas leakage repair and abnormal gas leakage detection is restarted according to the set times, during the period, before the set times are not reached, if the abnormal gas leakage is determined to be removed, the air conditioner can continue to normally operate, if the abnormal gas leakage is determined not to be removed, the next round of abnormal gas leakage repair and abnormal gas leakage detection are continued, and if the cycle times reach the set times, the abnormal gas leakage of the four-way valve is still determined, the gas leakage fault of the four-way valve is determined. For example, if the set number of times is two, if the first detection result is that the air leakage abnormality is not resolved, the air leakage abnormality is repaired and detected for the second time, if the second detection result is that the air leakage abnormality is resolved, the air conditioner can continue to operate normally, and if the second detection result is that the air leakage abnormality is still not resolved, the four-way valve is determined to have the air leakage fault.
The air leakage abnormality of the four-way valve is repaired, so that the air conditioner can automatically eliminate a part of air leakage abnormality, and therefore, the maintenance frequency of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the satisfaction degree of a user can be improved.
In an embodiment, an abnormal condition may also be recorded, for example, if the detection result generated in step S102 determines that the four-way valve has an abnormal air leakage, the abnormal condition may be recorded as an abnormal frequency 1, in step S107, each time the air leakage is determined, the abnormal frequency is increased by 1, and if the air leakage is determined to be resolved, the recorded abnormal frequency is cleared.
In one embodiment, based on the evaporating temperature, the return air temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, carry out the abnormal detection of air leakage to the four-way valve, generate the testing result, still include:
and if the evaporation temperature is less than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the first correction constant and the return air temperature is less than or equal to the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and the second correction constant, determining that the air leakage abnormality is relieved.
Specifically, the above-described determination condition may be represented by the following relational expression:
Tc≤(Te+T1),Th≤(Te+T2) (4)
in the cooling mode, Tc may be replaced by the outlet temperature To of the indoor heat exchanger or the middle temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, and in the heating mode, Tc may be replaced by the middle temperature Tm of the outdoor heat exchanger or the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger.
That is, if the evaporation temperature is not higher than the sum of the outdoor ambient temperature and the first correction constant and the return air temperature is not higher than the sum of the outdoor ambient temperature and the second correction constant, it indicates that both the evaporation temperature and the return air temperature are within a reasonable temperature range, and thus, it can be determined that the cross-air abnormality is resolved.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the four-way valve has a gas leakage fault, the method further includes: and controlling the air conditioner to stop and lock and outputting fault information.
Specifically, the fault information may be an alarm sound and/or a fault code display to prompt that the cross-gas fault occurs in the four-way valve for the user and the maintenance personnel, so that the user and the maintenance personnel can conveniently identify the gas cross-gas fault, and after the air conditioner is locked by shutdown, the user cannot operate the air conditioner, so that the damage of the air conditioner caused by misoperation of the user can be avoided. Further, after the air conditioner is powered off, the air conditioner can be unlocked, and the fault information can be cleared, so that maintenance personnel can maintain the air conditioner in the follow-up process.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method for detecting cross-gas of a four-way valve according to any embodiment of the present application are implemented.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application are included in the protection scope of the present application.
