the setting mechanism is sleeved outside the central tube;
the suspension mechanism is sleeved outside the central tube, and the upper end of the suspension mechanism is connected with the lower end of the setting mechanism;
the releasing mechanism is connected with the upper end of the central pipe through the fishing head, and the upper end of the setting mechanism is propped against the lower end face of the fishing head;
the pipeline crossing device is characterized by further comprising a sealing pipe, wherein the sealing pipe is arranged inside the central pipe, and a pipeline crossing channel is formed between the outer wall of the sealing pipe and the inner wall of the central pipe;
the releasing mechanism comprises a releasing pawl and a releasing support sleeve, the releasing pawl and the releasing support sleeve are both arranged in a space between the fishing head and the sealing pipe, the outer wall of the releasing pawl is connected with the inner wall of the fishing head in a reverse screw thread manner, the inner wall of the releasing support sleeve is connected with the outer wall of the sealing pipe in a screw thread manner, the fishing head and the releasing support sleeve clamp the releasing pawl in the middle, and the releasing support sleeve is provided with a hydraulic control pipeline through hole which is axially communicated;
the releasing support sleeve is made of soluble magnesium-aluminum alloy material.
2. The line-crossing efficient suspension releasing packer according to claim 1, wherein the releasing mechanism further comprises:
the anti-rotation sleeve is connected to the upper end of the fishing head and fixedly connected with the anti-rotation nail, and the anti-rotation sleeve is provided with a radial through backwashing well hole.
3. The high-efficiency hanging releasing packer of a pipeline crossing type as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the releasing support sleeve is provided with at least one axial dissolution hole.
4. The line-crossing efficient hanging releasing packer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connecting thread on the inner wall of the releasing support sleeve is treated with corrosion prevention.

The pipeline-crossing efficient hanging releasing packer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the sealing pipe comprises an upper sealing nipple, a sealing body and a lower sealing nipple, the lower end of the upper sealing nipple is connected with the upper end of the lower sealing nipple through the sealing body, the outer wall of the sealing body and the inner wall of the central pipe are in a sealing state, the upper end of the upper sealing nipple is connected with the lower end of an upper joint, a hydraulic control pipeline channel is formed in the upper joint, and a pawl on the inner wall of the upper end of the releasing pawl is inserted into a key groove on the outer wall of the upper joint.
6. The line-crossing efficient hanging release packer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the setting mechanism comprises:
the packing element, the packing element suit is at the center tube outer wall, and the packing element upper end withstands the lower terminal surface of fishing head, the packing element sets up two at least, sets up the spacer ring between two liang of packing elements, and the indent annular is all seted up to the inner wall of every packing element, and the indent annular that all packing elements were seted up is not of uniform size, and the indent annular of top-down's packing element diminishes step by step promptly.
7. The line-crossing efficient hanging release packer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the setting mechanism comprises:
the setting piston is arranged in a piston cavity between the cylinder body and the central pipe, the central pipe and the sealing body are simultaneously provided with corresponding setting pressure transmission holes which are communicated in the radial direction, the sealing body is provided with radial setting pressure transmission holes and also provided with an axial hydraulic control pipeline through hole and a backwashing well channel, and the radial hole channel and the axial channel are not communicated with each other so that the piston cavity is communicated with the inner cavity of the sealing pipe;
the upper end of the lock sleeve props against the lower end of the rubber cylinder, and the lower end of the lock sleeve is connected with the setting piston.
8. The line-crossing efficient hanging release packer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the setting mechanism comprises:
the lock ring is arranged on the outer wall of the lock sleeve, and the outer wall of the lock ring is connected with the inner wall of the cylinder body in a button type manner through a horse tooth, so that the lock sleeve can only move upwards in one direction relative to the cylinder body.
9. The line-crossing high-efficiency hanging release packer as claimed in claim 8, wherein the setting mechanism comprises:
the compression ring is connected to the outer wall of the upper end of the lock sleeve, the lower end of the compression ring presses the upper end of the lock ring to axially limit the lock ring, and the compression ring is fixedly connected with the lock sleeve through the seat seal shear pin.

the slips are arranged in slip grooves of the slip sleeve;
the conical surface at the lower end of the upper cone props against the upper end of the plate spring, the middle part of the plate spring props against the inner wall of the slip, the upper cone is connected with the upper end of the slip sleeve through an anchoring shear pin, and the upper end of the upper cone extends into the cylinder body;
the upper conical surface of the lower cone props against the lower end of the plate spring, the outer wall of the lower cone is sleeved with a lower cone retaining ring, and the lower end of the slip sleeve is connected with the lower cone retaining ring through a shear pin;
the anchoring piston is arranged in the cylinder body, the safety locking block is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the central pipe, the safety locking block simultaneously limits the anchoring piston and the setting piston in the axial direction, namely, the setting piston is limited to move downwards, the anchoring piston is limited to move upwards, the lower end of the cylinder body is connected with the anchoring piston through shear pins, and the lower end of the anchoring piston is connected with the upper end of the upper cone through shear pins.
11. The line-crossing efficient suspension release packer of claim 10, wherein the suspension mechanism comprises:

continuing to increase the pressure, shearing the anchoring shear pin by the anchoring piston, pushing the upper cone to move downwards, and realizing anchoring by the slips under the action of the upper cone and the lower cone, so that the setting and anchoring function of the hanging releasing packer is completed;
in the production operation process, the releasing support sleeve in the suspended releasing packer can be slowly corroded, and when a certain condition is reached, the releasing support sleeve loses support, so that the natural release of the pawl is realized, and the releasing is automatically and smoothly performed;
and during later-stage maintenance operation, a corresponding anchor is put in, the central pipe is lifted upwards, the deblocking shear pin is cut off, and then the deblocking shear ring is cut off after the central pipe is continuously lifted to pass through an idle stroke, so that the whole body of the deblocking sleeve is completely fallen off, and the deblocking of the rubber sleeve and the slips is realized.
