Abstract
The invention provides a damping device and a releasing method for slowly releasing internal force, and relates to the technical field of field operation of a building steel structure, wherein the damping device comprises a plurality of damping units arranged on a temporary rod piece; each damping unit comprises a connecting lug plate fixed on the temporary rod piece and a connecting clamp plate which is superposed with the connecting lug plate and is detachably and fixedly connected with the connecting lug plate; the connecting ear plate is vertically erected on the surface of the temporary rod piece and is positioned in the middle of the temporary rod piece. When the temporary rod piece is unloaded, firstly the temporary rod piece is cut off from the middle, then the bolts on the damping device are loosened slowly one by one, the effect of slowly releasing the internal force is achieved through the sliding of the bolts in the long round holes, and finally the two ends of the temporary rod piece are cut to finish the dismantling operation. By the damping device, stress can be slowly released when the temporary rod piece is unloaded, and the unloading process is more stable and safer.

Background
In the field of current building steel structures, the safety and stability of structures in the construction process are ensured by adding and supplementing temporary rods frequently during site construction, and the temporary rods are unloaded after the structures are installed. At present, flame cutting is generally adopted in a method for unloading temporary rods on site, however, structural vibration and displacement can be caused due to redistribution of internal force of the structure in the process, and great potential safety hazards are caused to operators.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, a first object of the present invention is to provide a damping device for slowly releasing an internal force, which ensures stability and safety when unloading a temporary rod.

Further, the damping device arranges a corresponding number of damping units on the operable surface of the temporary rod piece according to actual calculation and operability.
Further, the connecting lug plate is fixedly connected with the temporary rod piece through a welding seam.
Furthermore, the connecting lug plate and the connecting clamp plate are fixed through high-strength bolts, transverse long round holes are formed in the connecting lug plate, vertical long round holes are formed in the connecting clamp plate, and the high-strength bolts penetrate through the transverse long round holes and the vertical long round holes which are mutually crossed and perpendicular to each other and then are fastened.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a method for slowly releasing internal force by the damping device, comprising the steps of:
when the temporary rod piece is unloaded, the temporary rod piece is firstly cut off from the middle, then the bolts on the damping device are loosened slowly one by one, the effect of slowly releasing the internal force is achieved through the sliding of the bolts in the long round holes, when the bolts do not slide relative to the connecting clamping plates, the state of completely releasing the internal force is achieved, and finally the two ends of the temporary rod piece are cut to finish the dismantling operation.
The principle of the invention is as follows: after the middle part of the temporary rod piece is cut, the internal force of the temporary rod piece is transferred to the damping unit, the internal force of the damping unit overcomes the friction force between the bolt and the connecting plate to enable the bolt to slide by slowly loosening the bolt on the damping unit, when the bolt does not slide relative to the connecting clamping plate, the state that the internal force is completely released is achieved, the internal force is gradually changed in the process, and the internal force is not suddenly changed, so that the structure can be prevented from generating larger vibration and displacement.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
