Detailed Description

The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the application and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present application provides a decorative background wall comprising a decorative assembly 100 and a decorative frame 200 disposed around the decorative assembly 100. Alternatively, the decoration frame 200 may be disposed on any side of the decoration device 100 for decoration purposes, and the present application is not limited to the specific side of the decoration frame 200. The decoration frame 200 is positioned at the left, upper and right sides of the decoration device 100 in the present embodiment.

The decoration device 100 includes a back plate 110 coupled to a wall, and a plurality of first members 120 coupled to the front of the back plate 110 and vertically disposed. The back plate 110 is attached to the wall and is tightly attached to the first member 120. Alternatively, the back plate 110 and the wall, the first member 120 may be connected by gluing, etc., and the connection manner is not particularly limited in the present application. The aluminum-zinc plated plate has long service life and good heat resistance, and can be used in a high-temperature environment at 315 ℃; the adhesive force between the coating and the paint film is good, and the paint film has good processing performance and can be punched, sheared, welded and the like; has better conductivity. The type of the aluminum-zinc-plated steel composite board meets the requirements of the decorative background wall.

Further, the fluorocarbon coating refers to a coating material using fluororesin as a main film forming substance. The fluorocarbon coating has weather resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and unique non-tackiness and low friction. Wherein the thickness of the fluorocarbon coating is not less than 23 μm, alternatively, when the decorative background wall has different wear and corrosion resistance requirements, the thickness of the fluorocarbon coating can be set to be different. Similarly, the number of brush coating times of the fluorocarbon coating can be set to be different, and the application is not limited thereto.

In summary, the decorative background wall is manufactured by selecting the aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate with the fluorocarbon coating coated on the surface by roller, has stronger wear resistance and corrosion resistance compared with the traditional paint and wallpaper decoration, and the decorative component of the decorative background wall has a three-dimensional decorative structure, so that the decorative background wall has stronger aesthetic property.

4. A decorative background wall according to claim 1, characterized in that the second receiving cavity (228) is an open cavity, the opening (229) of which is located at the outer side of the second frame.

5. A decorative background wall according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the second frames are symmetrically disposed on both front and rear sides of the first frame (210).

6. A decorative background wall according to claim 1, wherein the inner walls of the left and right side portions of each of the first members are bonded to each other, and adjacent two of the first members are bonded to each other.

7. A decorative background wall according to claim 1, wherein the fluorocarbon coating on the surface of the aluminized zinc sheet is greater than 23 μm.
