Referring to fig. 1, a first heat transfer oil circulation pipeline 51 is installed at the upper end of the inner oil heat roller 5, and a second heat transfer oil circulation pipeline 61 is installed at the upper end of the outer oil heat roller 6.
The specific operation mode of the invention is as follows:
the blanket 9 fabric after being washed, chemically treated, singed and the like is guided into the gap between the inner hot roller and the outer hot roller through the guide roller 7 to pass; the temperature is raised under the heat conduction action of the outer oil hot roller 6 and the inner oil hot roller 5, the air bag 12 is raised to drive the prepressing roller 11 to rise, the prepressing roller 11 tightly attaches the blanket 9 to the inner oil hot roller 5, and the outer oil hot roller 6 is lifted to the position attached to the blanket surface through the lifting device 2, so that the inner surface and the outer surface of the blanket 9 are heated and ironed; when the blanket 9 is heated by the outer oil heat roller 6 and the inner oil heat roller 5, the first cylinder 311 and the second cylinder 321 are started to burn the protruding fiber ends and fuzz which are not firmly combined in the bottom net from the inner side and the outer side of the needled blanket 9 by the inner singer 31 and the outer singer 32; when the blanket 9 is stretched and stabilized at a high temperature, the stretching trolley 42 moves on the stretching track 41, so that the stretching roller 8 stretches the blanket 9, and the stretching length of the blanket 9 can be unlimited.
The following factors have great influence on the blanket shaping effect:
1. temperature: the setting temperature must be selected to be higher than the glass transition temperature of the polymer and lower than the melting point, the temperature is high, the setting time is short, but the high temperature can cause the fiber strength to be reduced. Therefore, it is said that an appropriate temperature will increase the crystallinity and crystalline integrity of the fiber, which is important to improve and enhance dimensional stability.
2. Time: the crystallization and relaxation of the polymer take a certain amount of time, and the longer the time, the more sufficient the crystallization and relaxation. The relaxation times of the different fibers, determined by their molecular structure, depend on the temperature, the higher the temperature the shorter the relaxation time and vice versa. On the heat-setting machine, the setting time is now at the felt running speed and at the machine time.
3. Stretching: during heat setting, certain stretching force is applied, so that uneven warp tension generated in the inserting process of the base fabric can be eliminated, the fiber distribution structure of the blanket can be improved, the longitudinal distribution of fibers can be increased, the improvement of the tensile strength and the dimensional stability of the blanket is facilitated, and the stretching rate is determined by the final size of the blanket. If the stretching rate is too large, new high elastic deformation can be generated, and the final dimensional stability of the product is influenced.
