Because, when the first reel 1 and the second reel 20 normally receive and discharge materials, the rotating directions of the first reel 1 and the second reel 20 are the same; however, after the fixing ring 10 is locked, the fixing ring 10 tightly holds the material tray shaft 8, so that the first tape reel 1 and the second tape reel 20 can only rotate in one direction, that is, the rotating directions of the first tape reel 1 and the second tape reel 20 can only be opposite, therefore, after the fixing ring 10 locks the first tape reel 1, the second tape reel 20 and the material tray shaft 8, the first tape reel 1 and the second tape reel 20 can not normally rotate, the tetrafluoro belt 2 on the welding head 15 can be tensioned, and meanwhile, the tetrafluoro belt 2 on the welding head 15 can not loosen or slide when the lap welder works.
That is, after the fixing ring 10 is locked, the first reel 1 can only perform the take-up operation, and the second reel 20 can only perform the take-up operation, so that the tetrafluoro cloth mat take-up and release mechanism is locked, and the first reel 1 and the second reel 20 do not rotate.
In one embodiment of the invention, the guide post 4 is fixedly mounted on the base plate 3 by means of a nut 17. In one embodiment of the present invention, the horn holder 13 is provided with a first guiding hole 14, the first guiding hole 14, and the guiding column 4 is mounted on the base plate 3 and can protrude from the first guiding hole 14, and the protruding portion of the guiding column 4 is located in the middle gap between the adjacent welding horns 15.
Furthermore, a step groove is formed in the part, extending out of the first guide hole 14, of the guide column 4, and when the tetrafluoro belt 2 is guided by the guide column 4, the tetrafluoro belt 2 is located in the step groove, so that the position accuracy is guaranteed.
Further, the first guide hole 14 and the second guide hole 16 are provided with an upper row and a lower row, and the guide posts 4 above the position of the outgoing line vertical to the bus bar are arranged in the guide holes on the upper row to avoid interference with the outgoing line.

In the step S1, the tetrafluoro belt 2 is wound on the first reel 1, and the end of the tetrafluoro belt 2 is fixedly connected with the second reel 20; the tetrafluoro belt 2 is tensioned between the first belt reel 1 and the second belt reel 20, and the tetrafluoro belt 2 is tightly attached to the bottom of the welding head 15 by bypassing the guide column 4.
In step S1, the winding method of the tetrafluoro belt 2 is: when the first reel 1 rotates clockwise, the tetrafluoro belt 2 is unwound from the first reel 1; when the first tape reel 1 rotates anticlockwise, the tetrafluoro belt 2 is wound on the first tape reel 1; when the second reel 20 rotates clockwise, the tetrafluoro belt 2 is wound (wound) on the second reel 20;
in the step S1, after the tetrafluoro cloth gasket retracting and releasing mechanism is installed, the first one-way bearing is installed in a counterclockwise rotating manner, and the second one-way bearing is installed in a clockwise rotating manner; the fixing ring 10 is in a locking state, the first reel 1 and the second reel 20 cannot rotate, and the tetrafluoro belt 2 is tensioned on the welding head 15.

step S3: after the material is collected and discharged, a fixing ring (10) is locked to limit the rotation of the PTFE tape spool; the tetrafluoro belt (2) is tensioned on the welding head (15), and the replacement of the tetrafluoro belt (2) is completed.
