Claims (9)

1. An automobile seat audio headrest, comprising: the device comprises a base module and a wing part arranged on the base module, wherein a loudspeaker is arranged on the wing part;
the wing portion comprises a left wing portion and a right wing portion; on a projection plane vertical to the front and rear directions of the vehicle body, the left wing part and the right wing part are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the head of a driver or a passenger;
the wing swing angle adjusting device further comprises an execution module used for keeping and changing the swing angle of the wing part, wherein the execution module comprises: the cylinder body is arranged along the front and back direction of the vehicle body, the top ends of the first push rod and the second push rod are respectively inserted into the cylinder body from the front end and the back end, and the first push rod and the second push rod can slide along a middle through hole of the cylinder body;
the gear rack transmission pair comprises a transmission rack and a gear structure which are meshed with each other; the gear structure is coaxially arranged with the pivot shaft of the wing part and is relatively fixedly connected with the wing part;
the execution module also comprises a first return spring and a second return spring, the first return spring is arranged between the first push rod and the cylindrical body, and the first return spring tends to force the first push rod to move forwards when working;
when the second push rod moves forwards, the wing part is driven to swing backwards and is far away from the head of a passenger or a driver, and the second push rod returns to the initial state;
by pressing the tail end of the first push rod, the first push rod pushes the second push rod to overcome the spring forces of the first return spring and the second return spring to move backwards, and the gear and rack transmission pair drives the wing part to swing forwards, to be close to the head of a passenger or a driver and finally to be close to the ear;
be provided with the spacing groove on the middle through-hole inside wall of the tube-shaped body, middle through-hole inside wall is provided with ratchet tooth structure in spacing groove rear side one end, and ratchet tooth structure includes: a holding step portion and a transition portion;
the excircle at the top end of the second push rod is provided with a guide rib which is in guide fit with the limiting groove, and the guide rib is matched with the limiting groove to limit the second push rod to rotate along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body;
the side face of the excircle of the front end of the first push rod is provided with a limiting strip block which is matched with the limiting groove in a guiding manner, so that the first push rod is prevented from rotating.
2. The car seat audio headrest of claim 1, wherein said speaker is connected to an audio playback device via a wiring harness;
or the loudspeaker is connected with the audio playing device through the wireless transmission module.
3. The automotive seat headrest of claim 1, wherein said left and right wings have respective left and right speakers disposed thereon.
4. The car seat audio headrest of claim 1, wherein a driver or passenger's head rests on the base module, the speaker being disposed facing an ear of the driver or passenger in a height direction.
5. The car seat audio headrest of claim 1, wherein said wing portions are pivotally connected to said base module away from or near a driver or passenger head.
6. The audio headrest of claim 1, further comprising a middle fixing plate, wherein the left wing portion and the right wing portion are respectively disposed at left and right ends of the middle fixing plate; the middle fixing plate is detachably connected to the base module.
7. The car seat audio headrest of claim 6, wherein the intermediate fixing plate is connected to the base module by a snap fit or a screw thread.
8. The car seat audio headrest of claim 6, wherein said left and right wings are pivotally mounted to said intermediate mounting plate away from or towards the head of the driver or passenger, respectively.
9. The car seat audio headrest of claim 1, wherein the wing portions sequentially include in a thickness direction: decorative board, soundproof cotton, bracket and foaming; the lug is arranged on the bracket;
the sound insulation cotton is filled in the closed space and further used for isolating the sound of the loudspeaker from being transmitted backwards, and the experience effect of the sound is improved;
the loudspeaker is arranged on the bracket ear plate through the fixed bracket; the foaming covers the front side of the bracket, and through holes for accommodating the loudspeakers are reserved at the corresponding positions of the loudspeakers by the foaming.
