Abstract
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of an automobile steel ring web plate, which comprises the following steps: firstly, heating a steel billet special for a wheel in a natural gas heating furnace, rolling the heated steel billet, rolling a flat steel-shaped section with unbalanced thickness, conveying the section to a flange hot-rolling bender through a conveying runway for collection and deformation, and obtaining a flange hot-rolling similar to a spring coil; step two: and (3) cooling the flange hot coil obtained in the step one, and cutting off the annular radius of the flange coil by using a special flange sawing machine to cut the flange coil into a plurality of circular hollow flat plate blanks with gaps, wherein the shape of the circular hollow flat plate blanks is similar to that of a spring gasket. The invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of an automobile steel ring web plate, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, heating a steel billet special for a wheel in a natural gas heating furnace, rolling the heated steel billet, rolling a flat steel-shaped section with unbalanced thickness, conveying the section to a flange hot-rolling bender through a conveying runway for collection and deformation, and obtaining a flange hot-rolling similar to a spring coil;

step five: spinning the round hollow flat plate by using powerful spinning equipment to obtain a semi-finished steel ring spoke plate product which is formed by an annular bottom plate positioned at the end part and a bent annular edge integrally formed with the annular end plate;
step six: carrying out air hole punching treatment on the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate through a lathe, and punching the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate to form air holes which are positioned at the bent annular edge and distributed annularly;
step seven: and (3) carrying out air hole deburring treatment, screw hole reaming treatment, chamfering treatment, hole turning treatment, end face turning treatment, outer circle turning treatment and inner hole turning treatment on the semi-finished steel ring web with the air holes, and finally obtaining a finished steel ring web.
The invention further improves that: cleaning the welding seam of the round hollow flat plate prepared in the third step by using a slag scraper, finely processing the welding seam of the round hollow flat plate by using an automatic grinding machine, shaping the round hollow flat plate by using rolling equipment for reverse spinning, and performing rounding processing by using automatic rounding equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the process replaces the traditional 'whole steel plate blanking' for the steel ring web with a 'near-net-shape steel rolling process', and the steel ring web material produced by the process adopts near-net-shape rolling, so that no corner waste steel and hollow waste steel are generated, compared with the existing 'whole steel plate blanking' process, the process has the advantages that the yield is at least improved by 40%, the energy is saved, the emission is reduced, the social benefit is obvious, and millions of tons of steel materials are saved every year and the emission of two hundred million tons of standard coal is reduced.

Step two: and (3) cooling the flange hot coil 3 obtained in the step one, and cutting off the annular radius of the flange coil by using a special flange sawing machine to cut the flange coil into a plurality of circular hollow flat plate blanks 4 with gaps similar to the shapes of spring gaskets.
And thirdly, carrying out flash welding on the round hollow flat plate blank 4 with the gap by using a base material to obtain a round hollow flat plate 5.
Cleaning the welding seam of the circular hollow flat plate 5 by using a slag scraper, finely processing the welding seam of the circular hollow flat plate 5 by using an automatic grinding machine, shaping the circular hollow flat plate 5 by using rolling equipment for reverse spinning, and rounding the circular hollow flat plate by using automatic rounding equipment to make the circular hollow flat plate more round, so that the deformation of the circular hollow flat plate 5 caused by butt welding of flash parent metal is corrected, and reshaping the two sides of the circular hollow flat plate 5 by using the rolling equipment again. After the step, the circular hollow flat plate 5 is smooth on two sides, and the butt joint of the welding line is perfect without burrs.
And fifthly, punching the middle hole and the threaded hole 6 of the circular hollow flat plate 5 by using an oil press.
Step six: the circular hollow flat plate 5 is subjected to spinning treatment by using a powerful spinning device, so that a steel ring spoke plate semi-finished product 7 consisting of an annular bottom plate 10 positioned at the end part and a bent annular edge 9 integrally formed with the annular end plate 10 is manufactured.
Step seven: and (3) carrying out air punching hole treatment on the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate 7 through a lathe, and punching the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate to form air holes 11 which are positioned at the bent annular edge 9 and distributed annularly.
Step eight: and (3) carrying out air hole deburring treatment on the steel ring web semi-finished product 7 with the air holes 11, carrying out reaming treatment on the threaded holes 6, carrying out chamfering treatment, turning center holes, turning end faces, turning outer circles and turning inner holes, and finally obtaining a steel ring web finished product 10.

thirdly, carrying out flash welding on the round hollow flat blank with the notch by using a base material to obtain a round hollow flat;
punching the round hollow flat plate in the third step by using an oil press to punch a middle hole and a threaded hole;
step five: spinning the round hollow flat plate by using powerful spinning equipment to obtain a semi-finished steel ring spoke plate product which is formed by an annular bottom plate positioned at the end part and a bent annular edge integrally formed with the annular end plate;
step six: carrying out air hole punching treatment on the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate through a lathe, and punching the semi-finished steel ring spoke plate to form air holes which are positioned at the bent annular edge and distributed annularly;
step seven: and (3) carrying out air hole deburring treatment, screw hole reaming treatment, chamfering treatment, hole turning treatment, end face turning treatment, outer circle turning treatment and inner hole turning treatment on the semi-finished steel ring web with the air holes, and finally obtaining a finished steel ring web.
2. The manufacturing process of claim 1, wherein: cleaning the welding seam of the round hollow flat plate prepared in the third step by using a slag scraper, finely processing the welding seam of the round hollow flat plate by using an automatic grinding machine, shaping the round hollow flat plate by using rolling equipment for reverse spinning, and performing rounding processing by using automatic rounding equipment.
