As shown in fig. 5, the buckle 12 of the housing 1 is located at the periphery of the air guide ring 11, the buckle 12 of the housing 1 is bent by means of a die to complete the processing operation of the buckle 12, meanwhile, two opposite sides of the first sheet metal part 2 are bent, and hole structures on the housing 1 and the first sheet metal part 2 are turned over, therefore, holes and edges on the housing 1 and the first sheet metal part 2 are turned over and bent simultaneously by means of a movable die and a static die in the same die, and then the movable die is adjusted to perform the final forming operation on other sides and holes of the housing 1 and the first sheet metal part 2.
In step S3, bending the side surfaces of the housing 1 includes bending both side surfaces of the housing 1, and bending the first sheet metal part 2 includes bending both side surfaces of the first sheet metal part 2.

As shown in fig. 2, in step S1, the mold forms an annular convex hull and/or rib position in the corresponding area of the air guide ring 11 of the housing raw material by punching. For example, the convex hull may be formed by stamping, or the convex hull and the rib may be formed at the same time in the corresponding region of the wind guiding ring 11 by stamping, specifically according to the structure of the first sheet metal part 2. The annular convex hull and/or the rib position may be a closed shape formed by a circular ring shape or other wire bodies, which is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 3, one side of the annular convex hull and/or rib is flat and pre-stamped on this flat side to form a gap for subsequent stamping.
