referring to the attached drawings 1-9 of the specification, when the existing sewer pipe is produced, the positions of the inner walls of the sewer pipe, which correspond to the joints of the dies, are provided with bulges or sundries, after the epoxy resin liquid is sprayed, the bulges or sundries on the inner walls of the sewer pipe fall off and can be together with the epoxy resin liquid to fall off, so that an epoxy resin layer is not formed at the positions, and further, the positions are corroded at first and then slowly corroded to the periphery, so that the corrosion area is larger and larger, and the corrosion-resistant layer in the sewer pipe is damaged, therefore, the invention mainly solves the problem that when the epoxy resin liquid is sprayed, the uneven positions are treated, the surface objects are prevented from falling off, and the corrosion-resistant effect; the specific measures and the using process are as follows: firstly, hoisting a sewer pipe onto two power rollers 3 by a crane, then plugging a strickle spraying device 4 into the sewer pipe, inserting a side plate 42 on a support plate 2 in an inserting manner, and then fixing the side plate 42 on the support plate 2 by bolts 5; then, the liquid spraying pump 47 is externally connected with epoxy resin liquid, the two power rollers 3 are started to work in the same direction, the power rollers 3 drive the sewer pipeline to rotate, the liquid spraying pump 47 pumps the epoxy resin liquid to enter the liquid distributing pipe 46 and then enter the connecting pipe 45, and finally the epoxy resin liquid is sprayed out from the spray head 44 to carry out liquid spraying treatment on the inner wall of the sewer pipeline, when the spray head 44 sprays liquid in the rotating process of the sewer pipeline, the scraper 43 carries out scraping treatment on the inner wall of the sewer pipeline, and then the liquid sprayed out from the spray head 44 is sprayed on the inner wall of the sewer pipeline subjected to scraping treatment, so that the anticorrosive treatment effect is ensured; then, the cleaning materials scraped by the scraper 43 can be gathered on the surface of the scraper 43, part of the cleaning materials can enter the bearing frame 48 formed by the downward sinking of the middle part of the scraper 43, the height of the inner side bottom of the bearing frame 48 gradually becomes smaller from the middle part to the front side and the rear side, so that the cleaning materials falling into the bearing frame 48 slide to the leakage hole 49 along the inner side bottom of the bearing frame 48, and fall to the outer side of the sewer pipe from the leakage hole 49, the cleaning materials can quickly fall off, finally, after the sewer pipe is rotated for multiple circles, the scraping and spraying device 4 is detached, the finished sewer pipe is lifted out again through a crane, and the inner wall anticorrosion treatment of the sewer pipe is realized.

Claims (7)
1. An anticorrosion process method for urban sewer pipelines is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: compacting the edge of the foundation pit of the embedded pipeline, mixing the embedded soil with lime powder, and performing air drying treatment;
s2: hoisting the sewer pipe to a liquid spraying device through a crane, leveling the inner wall of the sewer pipe through the liquid spraying device, and spraying epoxy resin liquid on the inner wall of the sewer pipe in the leveling process to form a compact epoxy resin coating on the inner wall of the sewer pipe;
s3: placing the sewer pipe processed in the step S2 outside a vacant and windy room, ventilating for 3-5 days, and then hoisting the sewer pipe into a foundation pit;
s4: covering the sewer pipeline in the step S3 by the pre-buried soil subjected to the air drying treatment in the step S1, and rolling and flattening by a compression roller to realize the internal and external dual anti-corrosion treatment of the sewer pipeline;
the liquid spraying device in the S2 comprises a bottom plate (1), supporting plates (2) are arranged at positions, close to the front side and the rear side, of the top of the bottom plate (1), two power rollers (3) are arranged at the top of the bottom plate (1), the distance between the two power rollers (3) is gradually increased towards the top, a scraping and spraying device (4) is inserted into the tops of the two supporting plates (2), and the scraping and spraying device (4) is fixed on the supporting plates (2) through bolts (5);
the strickle spraying device (4) comprises a support shaft (41), two ends of the support shaft (41) are fixedly connected with side plates (42), and the bottom ends of the side plates (42) are inserted into the support plate (2) and are in threaded connection with bolts (5); a scraper (43) is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the supporting shaft (41), a plurality of spray heads (44) are fixedly connected to the other side of the bottom of the supporting shaft (41), connecting pipes (45) are connected to the tops of the spray heads (44), liquid distributing pipes (46) are connected to the top ends of the connecting pipes (45), the liquid distributing pipes (46) are installed on the top of the supporting shaft (41), one end of each liquid distributing pipe (46) is a closed end, and the other end of each liquid distributing pipe is connected with a liquid spraying pump (; scraper (43) slope sets up, and scraper (43) middle part undercut forms and accepts frame (48), and accepts the height of the inboard bottom of frame (48) and diminishes to the front and back side by the middle part gradually, and accepts and all seted up on frame (48) the front and back lateral wall and leak hole (49).
