The invention belongs to the technical field of air purifiers, and particularly relates to a filtering device of an air purifier.
Background
The air purifier filter device utilizes the filter screen to realize the evolution of the air to improve the indoor air quality. After long-term use, the filter screen can accumulate the filtration debris such as dust, needs often to dismantle clearance or change. However, the common filter screen is only used, and the situation that the filter screen is forgotten to be replaced on a new filter screen after being detached may exist in the replacement process, so that the air purifier cannot effectively remove dust, and the condition that the purification quality is possibly influenced or the air purifier is possibly damaged occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a filtering device of an air purifier, wherein two filtering nets of the filtering device cannot be detached simultaneously.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a filtering device of an air purifier, which comprises a main body, a filter screen, a locking device and an upper interlocking device and a lower interlocking device; the main body is provided with a vertically through channel, the front surface of the main body is provided with two filter screen mounting holes which are matched with the filter screen and are distributed vertically in parallel, and the filter screen mounting holes are matched with the radial through channel; the locking device and the up-down interlocking device are arranged on the side surface of the main body in a matching way;
the filter screen is divided into two pieces, and the two filter screens are respectively installed in one filter screen installation hole in a matched mode and isolate a channel; the locking device is matched with and locks and fixes the filter screen; the upper and lower interlocking means can lock one filter net when the other filter net is disengaged from the main body.
The locking device comprises an adjusting block, a connecting rod, a bolt and a first return spring; the upper surface and the lower surface of the adjusting block extend out movable rods which are coaxially and symmetrically distributed; the side surface of the main body is provided with a locking device mounting groove and a first cover plate for covering the locking device mounting groove; the locking device mounting groove comprises an adjusting groove, a movable groove, a connecting rod groove and a bolt moving hole, wherein the adjusting groove is used for enabling the adjusting block to slide up and down in the middle, the movable groove is vertically and symmetrically communicated with the adjusting groove and matched with the movable rod, the connecting rod groove is vertically and symmetrically communicated with the movable groove and used for the connecting rod to move, and the bolt moving hole is matched with the bolt and simultaneously communicated with the connecting rod groove and the filter screen mounting hole; bolt holes matched with the bolts and corresponding to the bolt moving holes are formed in the side edge of the filter screen.
The connecting rod, the bolt and the first return spring are respectively provided with two parts; the upper movable rod and the lower movable rod of the adjusting block are respectively hinged with one connecting rod in a matching mode, the tail end of each connecting rod is respectively hinged with one bolt in a matching mode, and the first return spring is sleeved on the movable rods in a matching mode; the locking device is installed in the locking device installation groove in a matching mode and covers the first cover plate; the regulating block is matched and installed in the regulating groove, the first reset spring is matched and acts on between the end face of the regulating groove and the regulating block, the movable rod is matched and installed in the movable groove, the connecting rod is matched and installed in the connecting groove, and the bolt penetrates through the bolt movable hole and then is matched and inserted into the bolt hole in the filter screen.
The side surface of the adjusting block is provided with an adjusting rod, and the first cover plate is provided with a sliding groove for the adjusting rod to slide up and down; the adjusting rod on the adjusting block extends out of the sliding groove of the first cover plate.
Wherein, the top of bolt is provided with first inclined plane, and this first inclined plane is towards the opening direction of filter screen mounting hole.
The upper interlocking device and the lower interlocking device comprise interlocking rods and second return springs; the interlocking rod comprises a vertical connecting rod and ejector rods which are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the connecting rod and are in cross connection with the connecting rod; an upper interlocking device mounting groove and a lower interlocking device mounting groove are formed in the two sides of the main body, and a second cover plate is used for covering the upper interlocking device mounting groove and the lower interlocking device mounting groove; the upper and lower interlocking device mounting grooves comprise a connecting rod movable groove and a top rod movable hole, wherein the middle part of the connecting rod movable groove is used for laterally moving a connecting rod, and the top rod movable hole is matched with the top rod and simultaneously penetrates through the connecting rod movable groove and the filter screen mounting hole; the side of the filter screen is provided with a lock hole matched with the ejector rod.
The interlocking rod is installed in the upper and lower interlocking device installation grooves in a matching mode, the connecting rod is installed in the connecting rod movable groove in a matching mode, the front end of the ejector rod is inserted into the ejector rod movable hole in a matching mode, the rear end of the connecting rod is sleeved with the second return spring in a matching mode, and the second cover plate covers the upper and lower interlocking device installation grooves in a matching mode; the second return spring is matched and acts between the connecting rod and the second cover plate; the two sides of the main body are respectively provided with the upper interlocking device and the lower interlocking device, a top rod at the upper end of one upper interlocking device is matched with a lock hole corresponding to the side edge of the upper filter screen, and a top rod at the lower end of the other upper interlocking device is matched with a lock hole corresponding to the side edge of the lower filter screen; the front end of the ejector rod is provided with a second inclined surface, and the second inclined surface faces the opening direction of the filter screen mounting hole.
Wherein, the pressure spring mounting hole has been seted up to the bottom of filter screen mounting hole, the fixedly connected with pressure spring in the pressure spring mounting hole, and this pressure spring matches and acts on between the bottom of pressure spring mounting hole and the filter screen.
The filter screen comprises a filter screen main body and filter screen side edges fixedly connected to two sides of the filter screen main body; the bolt hole and the lock hole are arranged on the side edge of the filter screen and are horizontally staggered on the side edge of the filter screen.

(III) advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the interlocking structure between the two filter screens is adopted, so that one filter screen is locked on the main body in the filter screen dismounting and replacing process, the situation that the filter screen is dismounted and forgotten to be remounted can be effectively avoided, at least one filter screen is always arranged in the main body, and the normal operation of the filtering effect is ensured.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The air purifier filter device of the invention is a double-layer filter screen structure with interlocked upper and lower parts, and the structure of the air purifier filter device comprises a main body 1, a filter screen 2, a locking device 3 and an upper and lower interlocking device 4 as shown in figures 1 and 2; the main body 1 is provided with a vertically through channel 11, the front surface of the main body 1 is provided with two filter screen mounting holes 12 which are matched with the filter screen 2 and are distributed vertically in parallel, and the filter screen mounting holes 12 are matched with the radial through channel 11; the locking device 3 and the up-down interlocking device 4 are arranged on the side surface of the main body 1 in a matching way; the filter screens 2 are divided into two parts, and the two filter screens 2 are respectively installed in one filter screen installation hole 12 in a matching manner and isolate a channel 11; the locking device 3 is matched with and locks and fixes the filter screen 2; the up-down interlock means 4 can lock one filter net 2 when the other filter net 2 is detached from the main body 1. By adopting the structure, one filter screen is locked on the main body in the process of dismounting and replacing the filter screens through interlocking of the two filter screens, so that the situation that the filter screens are dismounted and forgotten to be remounted can be effectively avoided, at least one filter screen is always arranged in the main body, and the normal operation of the filtering effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the locking device 3 includes an adjusting block 31, a connecting rod 32, a bolt 33 and a first return spring 34; the upper and lower surfaces of the adjusting block 31 extend out of movable rods 311 which are coaxially and symmetrically distributed; a locking device mounting groove 13 and a first cover plate 14 covering the locking device mounting groove 13 are formed on the side surface of the main body 1; the locking device mounting groove 13 comprises an adjusting groove 131, a movable groove 132, a connecting rod groove 133 and a bolt moving hole 134, wherein the adjusting groove 131 is used for enabling the adjusting block 31 to slide up and down in the middle, the movable groove 132 is vertically and symmetrically communicated with the adjusting groove 131 and matched with the movable rod 311, the connecting rod groove 133 is vertically and symmetrically communicated with the movable groove 132 and used for enabling the connecting rod 32 to move, and the bolt moving hole 134 is matched with the bolt 33 and simultaneously communicated with the connecting rod groove 133 and the filter screen; the side edge of the filter screen 2 is provided with a bolt hole 21 which is matched with the bolt 33 and corresponds to the bolt movable hole 134; the connecting rod 32, the bolt 33 and the first return spring 34 are respectively provided with two parts; the upper and lower movable rods 311 of the adjusting block 31 are respectively hinged with one connecting rod 32 in a matching manner, the tail end of each connecting rod 32 is respectively hinged with one bolt 33 in a matching manner, and the first return spring 34 is sleeved on the movable rod 311 in a matching manner; the locking device 3 is arranged in the locking device mounting groove 13 in a matching way and covers the first cover plate 14; the adjusting block 31 is arranged in the adjusting groove 131 in a matching mode, the first return spring 34 is arranged between the end face of the adjusting groove 131 and the adjusting block 31 in a matching mode, the movable rod 311 is arranged in the movable groove 132 in a matching mode, the connecting rod 32 is arranged in the connecting groove 133 in a matching mode, and the bolt 33 penetrates through the bolt movable hole 134 and then is inserted into the bolt hole 21 in the filter screen 2 in a matching mode.
When the locking device 3 is in a free state, under the action of the two first return springs 34, the locking device 3 is in a vertically parallel and symmetrical state in the locking device mounting groove 13 of the main body 1, and parts of the two pins 33 enter the pin holes 21 of the two filter screens 2, so that the two filter screens 2 are ensured to be in a locking state; when the adjusting block 31 is shifted downwards, the locking device 3 overcomes the first return spring 34 at the lower end to move downwards integrally, the bolt 33 at the upper end is separated from the bolt hole 21 of the upper filter screen 2, so that the upper filter screen 2 can be taken out, and the bolt 33 at the lower end is deeper into the bolt hole 21 of the lower filter screen 2, so that the lower filter screen 2 is ensured to be in a locking state; on the contrary, when the adjusting block 31 is shifted upwards, the lower filter screen 2 can be taken out, and the upper filter screen 2 is in a locking state.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the adjusting rod 312 is disposed on the side surface of the adjusting block 31, and the first cover plate 14 is provided with a sliding groove 141 for the adjusting rod 312 to slide up and down; the adjustment lever 312 of the adjustment block 31 protrudes from the sliding groove 141 of the first cover plate 14. The invention can stir the adjusting block 31 to move up and down through the adjusting rod 312 exposed at the side of the main body 1, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the locking state of the upper and lower layers of filter screens 2, and being simple and practical.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the tip end of the latch 33 is provided with a first inclined surface 331, and the first inclined surface 331 faces the opening direction of the filter mounting hole 12. By adopting the structure, when the filter screen 2 is inserted into the filter screen mounting hole 12, the bolt 33 can be jacked open to be mounted in place through the first inclined surface 331, and the bolt 33 cannot be automatically separated when inserted into the bolt hole 21 of the filter screen 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the present embodiment, the up-down interlock device 4 includes an interlock lever 41 and a second return spring 42; the interlock rod 41 comprises a vertical connecting rod 411 and top rods 412 which are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the connecting rod 411 and are crosswise connected with the connecting rod 411; an up-down interlocking device mounting groove 15 and a second cover plate 16 covering the up-down interlocking device mounting groove 15 are formed on two sides of the main body 1; the upper and lower interlocking device mounting groove 15 comprises a connecting rod movable groove 151 in the middle for lateral movement of the connecting rod 411 and a push rod movable hole 152 which is matched with the push rod 412 and simultaneously penetrates through the connecting rod movable groove 151 and the filter screen mounting hole 12; the side edge of the filter screen 2 is provided with a lock hole 22 matched with the top rod 412; the interlock rod 41 is installed in the upper and lower interlock device installation groove 15 in a matching manner, the connecting rod 411 is installed in the connecting rod movable groove 151 in a matching manner, the front end of the ejector rod 412 is inserted into the ejector rod movable hole 152 in a matching manner, the rear end of the connecting rod 411 is sleeved with the second return spring 42 in a matching manner, and the second cover plate 16 covers the upper and lower interlock device installation groove 15 in a matching manner; the second return spring 42 is matched and acts between the connecting rod 411 and the second cover plate 16; the two sides of the main body 1 are respectively provided with the up-down interlocking device 4, a top rod 412 at the upper end of one up-down interlocking device 4 is matched with the lock hole 22 corresponding to the side edge of the upper filter screen 2, and a top rod 412 at the lower end of the other up-down interlocking device 4 is matched with the lock hole 22 corresponding to the side edge of the lower filter screen; the top bar 412 has a second inclined surface 4121 at the front end thereof, and the second inclined surface 4121 faces the opening direction of the filter attachment hole 12.
When the two filter screens 2 are inserted into the filter screen mounting holes 12 in place, one ejector rod 412 on the interlocking rod 41 is pushed open by one filter screen 2, so that the other ejector rod 412 on the interlocking rod 41 cannot be inserted into the lock hole 22 of the other filter screen 2, and the two filter screens 2 are not locked by the up-down interlocking device 4; when a filter screen 2 is taken out, the interlocking rod 41 pushed away by the filter screen 2 rebounds under the restoring force of the second restoring spring 42, so that a top rod 412 of the interlocking rod 41 is inserted into the lock hole 22 of another filter screen 2, the purpose of locking the filter screen 2 which is not taken out is achieved, two filter screens 2 of the product can not be taken out simultaneously, and one filter screen 2 is required to play a role in filtering.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, a pressure spring mounting hole 121 is formed at the bottom end of the filter screen mounting hole 12, a pressure spring 5 is fixedly connected in the pressure spring mounting hole 121, and the pressure spring 5 is matched to act between the bottom end of the pressure spring mounting hole 121 and the filter screen 2. The structure is added, when the bolt 33 is separated from the bolt hole 21 of the filter screen 2, the filter screen 2 can be ejected out of the filter screen mounting hole 12 of the main body 1 by utilizing the restoring force of the spring 5, the filter screen 2 is convenient to detach, and the structure is simple and practical.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the filter screen 2 includes a filter screen main body 23, and filter screen side edges 24 fixedly connected to two sides of the filter screen main body 23; the bolt hole 21 and the lock hole 22 are arranged on the side edge 24 of the filter screen, and the bolt hole 21 and the lock hole 22 are horizontally staggered on the side edge 24 of the filter screen, so that the bolt 33 is prevented from being inserted into the lock hole 22 by mistake.
In the embodiment, the filter screen sides 24 are fixedly connected to two sides of the filter screen main body 23 through a magic tape structure, the filter screen main body 23 can be a conventional filter screen, and the two filter screen sides 24 can be of the same structure, so that the mass production is convenient, and the filter screen is economical and practical; moreover, the filter screen side 24 and the filter screen main body 23 are quite convenient to disassemble and assemble. Wherein, the filter screen side 24 and the filter screen main body 23 can be fixedly connected through other detachable structures, such as a clamping structure, or fixed by screw connection.
