2. The metal bristle-free electric toothbrush head of claim 1, wherein the rib is an elongated body and includes an end surface and a ring-shaped inclined surface, the soft rubber portion being attached to the ring-shaped inclined surface.
3. A metal-free bristle electric toothbrush head according to claim 2, wherein each of the sockets extends through the base, and a plurality of projections are formed on the bottom surface of the base and are welded to the plurality of bristle bundles.

The metal-free bristle electric toothbrush head according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the handle base is protrudingly provided with a fixing portion, the fixing portion is provided on the bottom surface of the base and formed with a sidewall surface, and the glue injection hole penetrates through the fixing portion.
5. A method of manufacturing a metal bristle-free electric toothbrush head for use in making a metal bristle-free electric toothbrush head according to any one of claims 1 to 4, the method comprising:
hard glue forming: preparing a plurality of brush holders and an injection mold which are formed by hard plastics, wherein the injection mold comprises an upper injection mold and a lower injection mold, a plurality of upper injection mold grooves are formed in the upper injection mold in a concave manner, a plurality of through holes penetrate through each upper injection mold groove, each brush holder is arranged in the corresponding upper injection mold groove, the top surface of the base is attached to the upper injection mold groove, and the positions of the plurality of through holes correspond to the positions of the plurality of brush hair parts;
no metal flocking: penetrating a plurality of bristle bundles through the through holes, and combining the bristle bundles with the base by using ultrasonic waves;
and (3) combining a rear cover: the rear cover is jointed to the bottom surface of the base by ultrasonic waves, a plurality of lower injection mold grooves are formed in the lower injection mold in a concave mode, a plurality of glue inlet holes are formed in the lower injection mold in a penetrating mode, the shapes of the lower injection mold grooves correspond to the shapes of the soft glue parts, the lower injection mold grooves of the lower injection mold are covered on the corresponding rear cover and attached to the upper injection mold, and the positions of the glue inlet holes correspond to the positions of the glue inlet holes;
encapsulating with soft glue: soft plastic is cast from each glue inlet hole of the lower injection mould, and the lower injection mould is filled to form a soft plastic part which is coated on the base and the rear cover.
6. A method of making a metal free bristle electric toothbrush head of claim 5 wherein the plurality of projections are fused to the plurality of bristle tufts by ultrasonic fusion in the absence of metal bristles.
7. A method of manufacturing a metal free bristle electric toothbrush head according to claim 5 or 6,
when the soft rubber is used for rubber coating, the soft rubber part is coated and attached to the top surface and the annular side wall of the base.
8. A method of making a metal bristle free electric toothbrush head of claim 7,
when the soft rubber is used for rubber coating, the soft rubber part is coated and attached to the annular inclined surface of the rib part and the side wall surface of the fixing part, and is not attached to the end surface of the rib part.
