Abstract
The invention discloses a method for sewing protective clothing edges which are not easy to remove hair, which is characterized in that when all parts of the protective clothing are sewed, the sewed parts are arranged outside the protective clothing; the cuffs, the foot openings and the hat openings of the protective clothing are subjected to edge locking by adopting a three-edge-curling and loosening process. Compared with the existing common protective clothing, the protective clothing hides the rough edges of the protective clothing by improving the sewing of the protective clothing edges, thereby well preventing the problems of depilation and leakage in the washing process of the protective clothing, and having the advantages of better durability and better washing resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for sewing protective clothing edges which are not easy to remove hair.
Background
In the outbreak stage of new coronavirus, medical protective clothing is extremely short, so that a large number of enterprises are switched to production, and how to improve the product competitiveness is particularly important for the switched-to-production enterprises. The existing direction of a plurality of protective clothing products is to strengthen the mechanical index of the protective clothing, the protective clothing is repeatedly washed and disinfected to improve the utilization rate of the protective clothing, but unhairing and leakage of rough edges of the existing common protective clothing in the washing process are not well solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing protective clothing is easy to remove hair in the washing process, and provides a method for sewing the protective clothing edge which is not easy to remove hair.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for sewing protective clothing edges not easy to remove hair is characterized in that: when all the cut pieces of the protective clothing are sewed, the sewed parts are arranged outside the protective clothing; the cuffs, the foot openings and the hat openings of the protective clothing are subjected to edge locking by adopting a three-edge-curling and loosening process.
Preferably, after sewing, the seam is pressed with a high temperature resistant polyurethane strip.

Fig. 3 is a schematic three-sided front view.
Fig. 4 is a three-hemmed elastic cuff.
FIG. 5 shows the inner surface of the sewn portion of the protective garment of the present invention.
FIG. 6 shows the seam parts pressed by the adhesive tape after sewing the outer surface parts of the protective clothing.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples.
In order to overcome the defects of depilation and leakage in the washing process of the common protective clothing, the invention improves the sewing of the protective clothing edge:
firstly, the tightness of the cuffs, the foot openings and the hat openings of the protective clothing adopts a 3-edge curling process (as shown in figures 2-3, namely, the rubber band is wrapped in fabric, the edge of the fabric is curled and folded once, then the fabric is curled and folded for the second time, the edge part of the fabric which is curled and folded for the first time is wrapped in the fabric which is curled and folded for the second time, and then the flat car is sewn), so that the fabric burrs are hidden inside (as shown in figure 4), the rubber band is wrapped in the fabric at the same time, the fabric is not easy to depilate in the washing process, the durability is better, and the fabric is more resistant to washing.
Secondly, when all cut pieces of the protective clothing are sewn, sewing parts are placed on the outer surface (front surface) of the protective clothing, so that raw edges cannot be seen on the inner surface (back surface) of the protective clothing (as shown in figure 5), after sewing, the sewn edges left on the outer surface are finally pressed by high-temperature-resistant (450-530 ℃) polyurethane adhesive tapes (as shown in figure 6), so that the existence of the sewn edges cannot be seen on the front surface and the back surface of the protective clothing, the fabric can be well prevented from being unhaired and missed in the washing process, and the requirement of repeated washing can be met.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (2)
2. The method of sewing a protective garment hem according to claim 1, characterized in that: after sewing, the seam was pressed with a tape.
