Referring to fig. 1, an electronic component 10000 provided in the present embodiment includes an earphone box 1000, an adapter 2000, and a data line 3000. The adaptor 2000 may be built in the earphone box 1000, the data line 3000 may be connected to the earphone box 1000, and the data line 3000 may be electrically connected to the adaptor 2000. Therein, the adapter 2000 may be configured to receive and process audio data output by the mobile terminal 20000 through the data line 3000.
Further, the electronic component 10000 further includes a wireless earphone 4000, and the wireless earphone 4000 is selectively housed in the earphone case 1000 or separately provided from the earphone case 1000.
It can be easily understood that an electronic component 10000 provided by the embodiments of the present application is an electronic device, which can be used to cooperate with a mobile terminal 20000 to play and listen to the audio of a media player in the mobile terminal 20000. The mobile terminal 20000 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted computer, or a smart watch. The mobile terminal 20000 in this embodiment is a mobile phone.
Specifically, the electronic component 10000 includes an earphone box 1000, an adapter 2000, a data line 3000, and a wireless earphone 4000. The data line 3000 and the wireless headset 4000 may be selectively housed in the headset case 1000 or provided separately from the headset case 1000. For example, when there is no need to use the wireless headset 4000, the data line 3000 is housed in the headset case 1000 together with the wireless headset 4000, and when the wireless headset 4000 needs to be used, the wireless headset 4000 can be taken out from the headset case 1000; at this time, if the data line 3000 needs to be used, the data line 3000 is collectively taken out and connected to the mobile terminal 20000, and if the data line 3000 does not need to be used, the data line 3000 is still housed in the earphone case 1000.
The earphone box 1000 may be configured to accommodate the data line 3000 and the wireless earphone 4000, so that the earphone box 1000, the data line 3000 and the wireless earphone 4000 form a whole with a compact structure, and the electronic component 10000 is more convenient to carry. The earphone box 1000 can also charge the wireless earphone 4000 and the mobile terminal 20000, which is convenient for realizing the endurance of the wireless earphone 4000 and the mobile terminal 20000.
In addition, the earphone box 1000 may also serve as a support for the mobile terminal 20000, so that the user can watch videos conveniently, and the user may not need to additionally carry a support or the like to support the mobile terminal 20000.
The shape of the earphone case 1000 may be a regular shape such as an oblong shape, a square shape, and the like. The earphone box 1000 may be made of plastic, or the earphone box 1000 may be formed by an injection molding process, so that the earphone box 1000 may be manufactured more simply and at a lower cost. Of course, the earphone box 1000 may also be made of various materials according to the specific functions that the earphone box 1000 needs to implement.
The adaptor 2000 is built in the earphone box 1000, the adaptor 2000 may serve as a bridge for data transmission between the mobile terminal 20000 and the wireless earphone 4000, for example, the adaptor 2000 may be used to acquire audio data on the mobile terminal 20000 and process the audio data for transmission to the wireless earphone 4000, so that the wireless earphone 4000 can play the audio data. The adaptor 2000 may reduce the communication delay between the mobile terminal 20000 and the wireless headset 4000. Of course, the functions of the adapter 2000 may be implemented as needed.
The data line 3000 may be plugged into the mobile terminal 20000 to cooperate with the adapter 2000 to acquire audio data of the mobile terminal 20000, and the data line 3000 may further assist the earphone box 1000 to charge the mobile terminal 20000. The data line 3000 may include a body 3001 and a plug 3002, and the data line 3000 may be partially detachably disposed on the earphone case 1000. For example, one end of the data line 3000 may be fixedly connected to the earphone box 1000, so as to be electrically connected to the adaptor 2000 built in the earphone box 1000; the other end of the data line 3000 is provided with a plug 3002 matching with the interface type on the mobile terminal 20000, so as to be plugged with the interface of the mobile terminal 20000 through the plug 3002, so that the auxiliary adapter 2000 acquires the audio data on the mobile terminal 20000. Of course, the data line 3000 may be provided separately from the earphone box 1000, for example, the data line 3000 may be completely detachably mounted on the earphone box 1000.
It can be easily understood that when the interface Type of the mobile terminal 20000 is configured as a Type-a Type, the plug 3002 Type of the data line 3000 also corresponds to a Type-a Type; when the interface Type of the mobile terminal 20000 is configured as Type-C Type, the plug 3002 Type of the data line 3000 also corresponds to Type-C Type; when the interface type of the mobile terminal 20000 is configured as Lightning type, the plug 3002 type of the data line 3000 is also corresponding to Lightning type; when the interface type of the mobile terminal 20000 is configured as a microsusb type, the plug 3002 type of the data line 3000 is also corresponding to the microsusb type.
The wireless headset 4000, as a hands-free headset, allows a user to avoid the wire being caught and to talk or listen to audio anytime and anywhere. The wireless headset 4000 can be worn on the ear of the user for receiving the electrical signal sent by the media player or the adapter 2000 of the mobile terminal 20000, and then converting the electrical signal into the sound wave that can be heard by the user, so as to assist the user to realize the functions of talking, listening to the audio, etc.
It can be readily appreciated that the wireless headset 4000, as a means for directly interacting with a user to listen to audio, is typically arranged in pairs, i.e., the number of wireless headsets 4000 is typically two. The wireless headset 4000 may communicate with the adapter 2000 to receive audio data transmitted by the adapter 2000. Of course, the wireless headset 4000 may also directly communicate with the mobile terminal 20000 to receive the audio data transmitted by the mobile terminal 20000. In particular, the wireless headset 4000 may communicate with the adapter 2000 via the bluetooth protocol or a pre-established proprietary protocol.
As such, through the cooperative interaction of the earphone box 1000, the adaptor 2000, the data line 3000 and the wireless earphone 4000, the electronic component 10000 can be conveniently carried by a user to listen to audio at any time, and the earphone box 1000 may be further accompanied by other functions, such as providing a charging environment for the mobile terminal 20000 and the wireless earphone 4000 and serving as a cradle for the mobile terminal 20000.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the earphone box 1000 includes a box body 200. The case 200 may include a housing 20, and a receiving groove 202 may be formed on the case 200, the receiving groove 202 extending from an outer surface 201 of the case 200 into the case 200, and the receiving groove 202 may be configured to receive the data line 3000. Further, in this example, the receiving groove 202 may be formed around the case 200. In this way, the data line 3000 can be stored in the earphone box 1000, so that the extra data line 3000 does not need to be carried and the data line 3000 is prevented from being lost.
Specifically, the case 200 is a main body portion of the earphone case 1000, which forms a main body shape of the earphone case 1000. The case 200 includes a case 20, wherein the case 20 serves as an external component of the earphone box 1000, so that the impact on the internal components of the earphone box 1000 can be reduced, and the contact between the internal components and foreign objects such as dust and water vapor can be avoided. In this example, the bottom end of the housing 20 is set as a first end 205, the top end opposite to the bottom end is set as a second end 206, and the left and right side ends of the housing 20 connected to the first end 205 and the second end 206 are set as a third end 207 and a fourth end 208, respectively.
In particular, the box body 200 may be a hollow structure, that is, a recessed portion inside the box body 200 may form the receiving cavity 203. The receiving cavity 203 may be used to receive a wireless headset 4000. As shown in fig. 2, when the wireless headset 4000 is not needed, the wireless headset 4000 may be accommodated in the headset case 1000 through the accommodating cavity 203 formed inside the case 200 to isolate the wireless headset 4000 from the external environment.
In order to facilitate the miniaturization of the electronic component 10000, the data line 3000 and the earphone box 1000 may be integrated. In the embodiment of the present invention, a housing groove 202 is formed extending from the outer surface 201 of the case 200 into the case 200, and the housing groove 202 is used to house the data line 3000 when the data line 3000 is not needed. The receiving groove 202 may be a recess having a square, circular or oval shape, and the specific shape of the receiving groove 202 is not limited thereto as long as it can match the shape of the data line 3000. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to take or store the data cable 3000 into the receiving groove 202, the receiving groove 202 has a notch 2021 located on the outer surface 201 of the box 200, and the width of the receiving groove 202 is slightly wider than the width of the data cable 3000.
It can be easily understood that the data line 3000 is often of a certain length for the convenience of the user. Correspondingly, the total length of the receiving groove 202 matches the length of the data line 3000 received therein. For the overall appearance of the earphone box 1000, the receiving groove 202 may be disposed around the first end 205, the third end 207, and the fourth end 208 of the box body 200.
Of course, in other embodiments, the receiving groove 202 may be formed at other positions of the case 200, for example, only at any one end of the case 200 or at any two ends of the case 200, as long as the total length is sufficient to receive the data line 3000, and the specific position of the receiving groove 202 is not limited in the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the case 200 may further include a circuit board 21. The circuit board 21 is built in the housing 20, and the adapter 2000 may be provided on the circuit board 21.
Specifically, the box 200 includes a housing 20 and a circuit board 21, and the circuit board 21 is embedded in the housing 20 so as to isolate the circuit board 21 from the external environment and reduce the impact on the circuit board 21. The circuit board 21 may be a flexible circuit board 21, and the number of the circuit boards 21 may be plural. Various fine electronic parts are disposed on the circuit boards 21 to realize specific functions of the earphone box 1000, wherein the adapter 2000 may be disposed on one of the circuit boards 21 by soldering.
Thus, the adaptor 2000 is disposed on the circuit board 21 and is embedded in the earphone box 1000, so that the adaptor 2000 and the earphone box 1000 form a compact whole, and the electronic component 10000 is lighter and occupies a smaller volume.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the earphone box 1000 includes a battery 300 and a coil 400. Both the battery 300 and the coil 400 may be electrically connected with the circuit board 21, and the coil 400 may be used to charge the battery 300 by wireless charging, and the battery 300 may be configured to charge the mobile terminal 20000 through the data line 3000.
Specifically, the battery 300 is further built in the case 20 of the earphone box 1000, and the coil 400 may be formed on the back of the earphone box 1000. The earphone box 1000 may support a mainstream wireless charging protocol (e.g., Qi standard, etc.) to cooperate with a wireless charger through the coil 400 at the back to charge the battery 300 of the earphone box 1000 using wireless charging. Compared with a wired charging mode, the wireless charging mode is lower in electric loss rate, and the influence of charging wires can be avoided. Of course, in another embodiment, a charging interface may be provided on the earphone box 1000 to charge the battery 300 of the earphone box 1000 by using a wired method.
Meanwhile, the earphone box 1000 may further include a power storage device, that is, the earphone box 1000 may further be inserted into the mobile terminal 20000 through the data line 3000 as a mobile power source to charge the mobile terminal 20000 with the power stored in the battery 300.
Thus, the coil 400 is arranged to cooperate with a wireless charger to wirelessly charge the earphone box 1000, so that the charging mode of the earphone box 1000 is more convenient; the battery 300 built in the earphone box 1000 is matched with the data line 3000 to charge the mobile terminal 20000, so that the power failure of the mobile terminal 20000 due to insufficient electric quantity when a user goes out is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the earphone box 1000 may further include a box cover 100, and the box cover 100 is configured to open and close the box body 200. The cap 100 may include a first side 10 and a second side 20 opposite to each other, the first side 10 of the cap 100 is rotatably provided on the case 200, and the edge of the second side 20 of the cap 100 is provided with a protrusion 111. Further, when the cap 100 is in the open state, a clamping space may be formed between the case body 200 and the cap 100, and one side of the protrusion 111 faces into the clamping space.
Specifically, the case cover 100 may completely hide the wireless headset 4000 accommodated in the headset case 1000, so that not only impurities such as dust may be prevented from contaminating the wireless headset 4000, but also the headset case 1000 may be more beautiful. The cap 100 may be rotatably provided on the case 200, that is, the cap 100 may be rotated to easily open or close the case 200. The present application sets one side of the cover 100 rotatably coupled to the case 200 as a first side 10 and the other side opposite to the first side 10 as a second side 20.
When the box cover 100 is rotated to open the box body 200, that is, the box cover 100 is in an open state, an included angle is formed between the box cover 100 and the box body 200 due to the rotation, and the included angle may range from 0 degree to 160 degrees, that is, the box cover 100 may rotate from 0 degree to 160 degrees relative to the box body 200. Further, at this time, a clamping space may be formed between the box cover 100 and the box body 200, and the clamping space may be used for providing an accommodating space for the mobile terminal 20000 when the user uses the mobile terminal 20000 to watch videos.
It can be easily understood that, since the range of the rotational angle of the case cover 100 is large enough, the wireless headset 4000 can be conveniently taken out from the case body 200 and the mobile terminal 20000 can be supported in the clamping space. For example, when the cap 100 is rotated 90 degrees with respect to the case 200, the wireless headset 4000 can be conveniently taken out; when the cover 100 is rotated 160 degrees with respect to the case 200, enough clamping space is provided to accommodate the mobile terminal 20000.
Further, the edge of the second side 20 of the box cover 100 is formed with a protrusion 111. The shape of the protrusion 111 may be regular, such as square, oval, or triangular, or irregular. In this example, the protrusion 111 has a semicircular sheet shape. Specifically, when the box cover 100 is in the open state, one side of the protrusion 111 faces into the sandwiched space. That is, the protrusion 111 is formed by protruding downward from the edge of the second side 20.
It can be easily understood that the protrusion 111 may be used to provide support for the mobile terminal 20000 to limit the movement of the mobile terminal 20000 in the clamping space when the mobile terminal 20000 is accommodated in the clamping space. That is, the protrusion 111 may enable the earphone box 1000 to bear against the mobile terminal 20000 more firmly for the user to watch video conveniently.
It should be noted that the present application does not limit the way the cover 100 opens and closes the box 200. The box body 200 and the box cover 100 may be separate structures, that is, the box cover 100 may be detachably mounted on the box body 200, for example, the box cover 100 may close the box body 200 by being fixed to the box body 200 in a snap-fit manner.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the box body 200 may be formed with an avoiding groove 204, and the protrusion 111 may be accommodated in the avoiding groove 204 when the box cover 100 is in the closed state. Additionally, the cartridge 200 may include a side 209 having an end 2061 and an end 2061. When the cap 100 closes the case 200, the cap 100 covers the end 2061, and the surface of the protrusion 111 facing away from the case 200 may be flush with the side 209. Thus, the structure of the earphone box 1000 is more compact, and the appearance is more beautiful.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the end surface 2061 is located at the second end 206 of the housing 20, and the housing 20 further includes a side surface 209 connected to the end surface 2061. When the cap 100 closes the box 200, the cap 100 can be covered on the end surface 2061. Further, when the cap 100 closes the box body 200, the cap 100 can be completely attached to the end surface 2061. Thus, the cap 100 may be flush with the outer surface 201 of the case 200, i.e. the cap 100 does not protrude from the outer surface 201 of the case 200, so as to achieve the purpose of making the whole of the earphone box 1000 more beautiful, and the cap 100 is tightly attached to the end surface 2061 to facilitate the dust-proof and water-proof functions inside the case 200.
The box body 200 may further be formed with an escape groove 204, and the protrusion 111 may be received in the escape groove 204 when the box cover 100 is in the closed state. The avoidance slot 204 may be provided on the side 209. The shape of the avoiding groove 204 may match the shape of the protrusion 111, e.g. the protrusion 111 is in the form of a half disc in this example, then the shape of the avoiding groove 204 is also in the form of a half disc. Of course, in some embodiments, the shape of the avoiding groove 204 may be other regular or irregular shapes as long as the protrusion 111 can be accommodated.
As described above, when the cap 100 closes the case 200, the cap 100 can be covered on the end surface 2061. At this time, the protrusion 111 formed downward on the edge of the second side 20 of the box cover 100 can be accommodated in the box body 200 through the avoiding groove 204 formed on the box body 200, and further, when the protrusion 111 is accommodated in the avoiding groove 204, the surface of the protrusion 111 facing away from the box body 200 is flush with the side surface 209 of the box body 200, that is, the protrusion 111 does not protrude from the outer surface 201 of the box body 200. This makes the appearance of the earphone case 1000 more beautiful.
