Abstract

The invention discloses a land double-fed wind turbine generator, a box-type transformer electrical protection device and a method. The invention obviously improves the sensitivity, reliability, selectivity and quick-action property of protecting equipment such as wind driven generators, variable frequency cabinets, box-type transformers and connecting cables thereof, is not influenced by the low voltage ride through working condition of a wind turbine generator set, and effectively reduces the electrical damage probability of the equipment.

Technical Field

In recent years, the wind power industry in China develops rapidly. At present, the electrical fault of the wind turbine generator is mainly cut off by a tower bottom circuit breaker and a box transformer low-voltage side circuit breaker, but the protection devices of the two circuit breakers have poor maintainability and low reliability, and the failure frequently occurs during the fault to cause the expansion of the accident. Meanwhile, the wind turbine generator is positioned at the tail end of a power grid, the fault current is relatively small, and the influence of the low-voltage ride through current causes that the existing protection constant values at all levels are large and the sensitivity is low.
Therefore, it is obvious that the above-mentioned conventional wind turbine generator set, box-type transformer protection device and method still have inconveniences and defects, and further improvement is urgently needed. How to create a new protection device and method for a land double-fed wind turbine generator and a box-type transformer, and belongs to one of the current important research and development subjects.
Disclosure of Invention
