Background
At present, a capacitor is a main element forming an electronic circuit, a film capacitor is manufactured by overlapping two ends of a plastic film and a metal foil, and is generally wound into a cylindrical shape, so that a winding machine is required in the production and processing process of the metallized film capacitor, and the existing winding machine for the metallized film capacitor still has the problems of complex winding structure, multiple working procedures and more troublesome operation, thereby reducing the production speed of products.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems in the prior art are not solved:
(1) the traditional metallized film capacitor winding machine has complex winding structure, multiple working procedures and troublesome operation, thereby reducing the production speed of products;
(2) the traditional metallized film capacitor winding machine generally adopts a stamping mode to connect a blade to cut off an adhesive tape, and after the traditional metallized film capacitor winding machine is used for a long time, an air cylinder is easy to leak air, so that the cutting safety is influenced;
(3) the traditional metallized film capacitor winding machine is inconvenient for clamping and limiting the capacitor, and influences the processing efficiency of equipment;
(4) the traditional metallized film capacitor winding machine is inconvenient to clean dust on a film, and the dust in the air is adsorbed on the film to influence the processing quality;
(5) traditional metallized film capacitor winder carries article not convenient to, generally takes to place by the staff, wastes time and energy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a metallized film capacitor winding machine, which solves the problems of complicated winding structure, multiple working procedures and troublesome operation in the prior art, thereby reducing the production speed of products.

winding mechanism includes driving motor, driving motor fixed connection is at the opposite side on bottom plate top, driving motor's output passes through the second rotation wheel fixed connection of coupling and one side bottom, the second rotates the wheel and is provided with four groups and sets up the corner all around at the through-hole respectively, the outside that the wheel was rotated to the second is provided with spacing belt, the opposite side that the wheel was rotated to the second runs through in the inside of riser and extends to one side of first rotation wheel through the connecting piece, be provided with hollow disc between the first rotation wheel, the both sides and the top and the bottom of hollow disc are provided with spacing runner respectively, one side fixedly connected with guide roll of hollow disc.
Preferably, the second rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the first rotating wheel through a connecting piece, and the diameter of the second rotating wheel is larger than that of the first rotating wheel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the metallized film capacitor winding machine has the advantages that the winding structure is simple, the production speed of products is increased, the film can be conveniently cut, the structure is simple, the use efficiency of equipment is improved, the capacitor can be conveniently clamped and limited, the processing efficiency of the equipment is ensured, the dust on the film can be conveniently cleaned, meanwhile, the cut scraps can be collected and cleaned, the object can be conveniently conveyed, the work burden is reduced, and the time and the labor are saved;
(1) by arranging the driving motor, the second rotating wheel, the limiting belt, the first rotating wheel, the hollow disc, the limiting rotating wheel and the guide roller, when in use, the driving motor is started, the driving motor drives the second rotating wheel to rotate through the coupling, the second rotating wheels are connected through the limiting belt, so that the second rotating wheels at the four corners are driven to rotate simultaneously, the second rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the first rotating wheel through a connecting piece, the first rotating wheel is driven to rotate along with the rotation of the second rotating wheel, the hollow disc is arranged between the first rotating wheels, so that the hollow disc can rotate to operate, the limiting rotating wheels are arranged at the periphery of the hollow disc, the limiting function is realized, the use stability is ensured, the guide roller is driven to rotate, the film arranged at the guide roller is stretched and wound on an article by a worker, the article can be conveniently wound, and the structure is simple, the operation of workers is facilitated, and the working efficiency of the equipment is improved;

(4) by arranging the collecting tank, the supporting plate, the guide pipe, the fan, the suction nozzle, the corrugated pipe and the dust removing plate, when the dust collecting device is used, the fan is started, the fan cleans surrounding dust through the suction nozzle, the suction nozzle is fixedly connected with the corrugated pipe, the corrugated pipe can change the direction and the angle of the suction nozzle, after the dust is guided into the guide pipe, the bottom of the guide pipe is connected with the collecting tank, so that the dust is guided into the collecting tank, the dust removing plate is connected with the collecting tank, the dust is conveniently adsorbed by the dust removing plate, the dust is prevented from being adsorbed on a film, the quality of product processing is influenced, meanwhile, waste materials generated in the cutting process can be collected, the flying of the dust generated in the operation is reduced, and the environmental protection performance of the device is improved;
(5) through being provided with the transport running roller, the connecting band, connect the runner, second servo motor and connection belt, during the use, start second servo motor, second servo motor drives and connects the runner rotation, connect the runner and carry and connect through connecting the belt between the running roller, thereby it rotates to drive the transport running roller, it is provided with the outside to carry the running roller, and link together through the connecting band between the transport running roller, along with a set of rotation of carrying the running roller, thereby it carries the rotation of running roller to drive whole group, treat the product of processing and carry appointed position after, obtain processing completion back, place the product on carrying the running roller again, carry next procedure with the product, the time of staff's time of taking has been saved, the efficiency of product processing has been improved.

The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, firstly, the driving motor 11 is started, the driving motor 11 drives the second rotating wheels 16 to rotate through the shaft connector, the second rotating wheels 16 are connected through the limiting belt 15, thereby driving the second rotating wheels 16 at the four corners to rotate simultaneously, the second rotating wheels 16 are fixedly connected with the first rotating wheels 8 through connecting pieces, the first rotating wheels 8 are driven to rotate along with the rotation of the second rotating wheels 16, the hollow disc 4 is arranged between the first rotating wheels 8, the hollow disc 4 is rotated, the limit rotating wheel 3 is arranged around the hollow disc 4, which plays the role of limiting and ensures the stability of use, thereby drive guide roll 5 rotatory, the film that guide roll 5 department set up is by the tensile winding of staff on article, is convenient for to the article coiling, simple structure, and the staff's of being convenient for operation has improved the work efficiency of equipment.
Secondly, after article coiling is accomplished, start first servo motor 201, first servo motor 201 drives gag lever post 206 through the coupling and rotates, because the bottom activity of gag lever post 206 cup joints the inside at spacing sleeve piece 202, thereby drive spacing sleeve piece 202 and reciprocate, and be connected with hydraulic telescoping rod 203 in the bottom of spacing sleeve piece 202, after spacing sleeve piece 202 moves down to suitable position, start hydraulic telescoping rod 203, hydraulic telescoping rod 203 drives the cutting blade 204 of bottom to stretch out and draw back downwards, can cut off the film fast, after article coiling is accomplished, repeat above-mentioned step and can circulate and cut off the film, the availability factor of equipment has been increased.
