The present application is directed to a system for manufacturing digital teaching materials, which solves the problems of the related art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a digital teaching material manufacturing system, including:
the central processing end is used for transmitting, processing and storing various data in a centralized manner;
the editing end is in signal connection with the central processing end and comprises a first login module, an information storage module, an information input module, a revision module and an information transmission module;
the first login module is used for logging in by a digital teaching material editor and can support multiple persons to log in simultaneously;
the information storage module is used for storing various required information for use in information input;
the information input module is electrically connected with the information storage module and is used for inputting information on the blank template, editing and sequencing various information and supporting multiple persons to edit simultaneously;
the revision module is used for revising the information which is unqualified in audit;
the information transmission module is in signal connection with external equipment and is used for transmitting the digital teaching materials to other websites for people to use after manuscript setting;
the auditing end is in signal connection with the central processing end and comprises a second login module and an auditing module;
the second login module is used for allowing auditors to log in and audit the digital teaching materials;
and the auditing module is in signal connection with the revising module, can audit each piece of information and give out a modification suggestion.
In an embodiment of the present application, the editing end further includes a voice communication module, and the voice communication module is used for a plurality of editing personnel to perform remote communication.
In an embodiment of the application, the information storage module is divided into a plurality of information storage sub-modules, and editors can classify information of the same chapter into different information storage sub-modules, so that the information storage sub-modules can be called conveniently during editing.
In an embodiment of the present application, the information entry module includes a priority classification component, which can classify editors into several priorities, and an editor with a high priority can change the editing content of an editor with a low priority;
the information entry module comprises a locking component, and after the information in one stage is edited, an editor with high priority can lock the edited information by using a locking function, so that the editor with low priority can be prevented from modifying the edited file without permission.
In an embodiment of the application, the information entry module includes a template library, a plurality of modules are stored in the template library, and editors can call various templates to edit on the templates when making digital teaching materials, so that the speed of editing the teaching materials is increased.
In one embodiment of the present application, the information entry module further comprises an auto-play component and a ranking component.
The automatic playing component can play voice and video in the digital teaching material in sequence, so that the digital teaching material has the function of automatic teaching;
the sequencing component is in signal connection with the automatic playing component, and an editor can adjust the automatic playing sequence of the voice and the video in the digital teaching material through the sequencing component.
In an embodiment of the application, the editing end further comprises a task allocation module, each logged-in editor has a task bar, and people with high priority can allocate tasks to people with low priority, so that repeated labor is prevented.
In an embodiment of the application, the information input module further comprises a voice conversion module, which can convert voice into characters, so that the content in the voice can be conveniently known during editing, and the user does not need to listen to the content once during editing every time, thereby improving the editing efficiency;
the voice conversion module is provided with two modules which are respectively a complete mode and a brief description mode; the complete mode can completely display the content of the voice, the brief description mode can display a plurality of first words of the voice, and an editor can freely switch the two modes.
In an embodiment of the application, the editing end further includes a teaching material preview module, and an internal auditor of the editing end can log in the editing end through the login module to preview the completed teaching material.
In an embodiment of the application, the editing end further includes an information processing module, which can modify various information that does not meet the requirements.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this application are: through the digital teaching material manufacturing system with the design, the digital teaching materials can be produced in batch and efficiently, and technical support is provided for the current situation that the current digital teaching materials are not rich enough.
A national unit, such as a publishing company, with the qualification of teaching material writing can only pay attention to the teaching content of the produced teaching material, but does not need to pay attention to the complex technical details for realizing teaching interaction, so that the produced teaching material becomes simpler.
